I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The grounds were lush and tropical and the place was very comfortable to come back from our days to back and relax. We didn’t want to move on to our next destination but there weren’t any available rooms to stay longer. We will definitely want to come back here! Pat and Mati were always available to answer any questions. Parking was a but tricky at first but was tucked away so our vehicle felt safe.

The house & location are amazing, you literally feel like you have your own beach in the middle of paradise, but also all of the conveniences you need like a variety restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores and even a hardware store are only less than a 5 minute drive away. The baby turtle sanctuary is only a 5 minute drive away and we got to see one of my bucket lists, we got to release baby turtles and watch them waddle their way to the ocean! The whole house had a water filter and reverse osmosis water so we were able to have safe and wonderful drinking water the entire trip and saved loads of money just refilling our water w/ regular cheap water bottles that we bought day one some of us brought our Yeti/Stanley cups. The pool is a perfect dip pool for when you get hot, and at low tide, which is everyday. The smooth sandy beach is a dream! We looked at tons of other beachfront properties but this was the only one that actually had a sandy swimmable beach! House is perfect!

Un lugar acogedor en medio de la selva. Un poco alejados del centro pero cerca en carro. Hermosa y tupida vegetación. La piscina está muy bien y nos sentimos cómodos con los tres baños. Una experiencia muy diferente para los citadinos. El anfitrión muy amable y nos ayudó en todo. Nos gustaría mucho volver.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de la villa qui nous a permis d’être au calme dans un super jardin et très près de la vie commerciale et de la plage Nous avions la villa Colibri en rez de chaussée ( place de parking pour la voiture à côté) Tous les appareils électro-ménagers sont neufs ainsi que la vaisselle et très appréciable de trouver tous les produits de première nécessité ( café sucre sel poivre huile d’olive ….) Un super endroit pour découvrir ce coin de la Péninsule Je recommande

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Helt utrolig beliggenhet og kort vei til stranden. Bra kjøkken med alt av utstyr.

Excelente ubicación en la primera planta. Muy cómodo para adultos mayores o personas con alguna limitación física. El Condominio en excelentes condiciones y Justin siempre atento a nuestras necesidades.

Awsome place to stay away from bussy life.Justin show us the howler monkeys next to our casa right after our arrival and recommended a tortuga sanctuary,we were lucky witness newborns release to nature.We are so great full.Pura vida ,gracias

An absolute dream! It’s beautiful and has everything we could have wanted and more. There was so much to do to keep our teen kiddos busy for the week. Despite all the excursions we had planned, our 5 teens were always excited to return to the ranch ASAP. Paul took all the stress away from planning. We did several excursions recommended by Paul and you can’t go wrong. We also enjoyed the time we were able to chat with Paul, Joann, and Bill. They are wonderful and we learned so much about Costa Rica. Absolute best hosts I have ever had. Can’t say enough about Rosibel’s cooking & the atmosphere of Rosita’s. What a luxury to have breakfast prepared everyday! Plan to add dinners to your trip as the food was amazing. Exceeded any restaurant we ate at. The outdoor dining area, sitting around with our family and friends will be a core memory. The jungle house and loft are fully stocked. The beds/sheets are so comfy! Perfect equidistant between Rio Celeste and La Fortuna! Hope to go back!

Beautiful area , great service . We had a group of 15 people . 4 rooms , 2 of which were set up dorm style . Plenty of room inside and out to spread out. This place is 5 min or so from downtown, la fortuna waterfall and maybe 10 mins from the thermal pools we went to (bonus: this resort gives you a discount to Termalitas so enjoy !) With such a large crowd , we inquired about getting us someone to cook and our host, Juan Gabriel came through for us , arranging for his beautiful mama to cook homemade meals for our group. A great experience, quality and very welcoming ! Staff was friendly . The facility was clean , and the roaring creek and sitting area was over the top . 10/10 ! The maintenance was on top of any request we made , promptly and efficiently.

Nous étions en famille avec deux adolescents dans l’unité 4 au 2e étage. Nous avons adoré et profité au maximum de la terrasse avec sa grande table en bois. Notre lit était confortable. Les 4 oreillers dans la chambre des maîtres étaient vraiment appréciés ainsi que chacun avait 2 serviettes. Chaque chambre à sa salle de bain ce qui facilite grandement l’organisation.

Es un lugar espectacular, la casa está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda, súper cerca de la playa para ir caminando. Mauricio es muy amable, responde los mensajes rápidamente y brinda instrucciones claras para la estadía. 100% recomendado.

We had an amazing stay! The interior is stunning, with tasteful decor and plenty of space to relax. The outdoor area is a true highlight – the pool was perfect for cooling off, and private. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, plus the BBQ was a real bonus for easy cooking. The upper deck offered lovely views to watch birds and monkeys and was such a peaceful retreat. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a grocery store that is walkable down the road. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Caroline's house was peaceful and private. Bas was the gentleman who helped us check in and gave us house keys. He was friendly and helpful and let us check in several hours early. This property was very convenient. It's really like a small town with a restaurant that has great pizza and a convenience store right at the property that sells some groceries and alcohol. There is a beautiful quiet beach. We were given recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Caroline even provided coolers, chairs, and beach towels for our beach day. A huge plus...Los Delfines is in Tambor Bay which is close to Isla Tortuga. I would highly recommend renting a boat and spending a day on the water. Our guide picked us up right on the beach in front of the property. Tambor bay also has bioluminescence at night but be sure to avoid your stay during a full moon if you really want a good show. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Un lugar muy bonito con una ubicación inmemorable; muy cerca de las mejores playas de la zona como Cabuyal, Nacascolo, Virador, etc. Nuestra estadía en "Quedare aquí" fue un 10/10. Un sitio muy acogedor y cómodo, pero lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial, fue la hospitalidad de Roberto y Luis. Son unos excelentes anfitriones, que siempre estuvieron muy atentos y muy anuentes a ayudaron con todo.

Villa Matisse was perfect! We loved the decor, perfectly stocked kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, 2 master suites, gorgeous back yard and our angel housekeeper / morning chef Maricela was icing on the cake! Thank you for a beautiful stay. We loved every minute.

En el lugar encontré todo lo necesario para la estancia. Y agradezco la atención que me prestaron en realidad no requerí realizar preguntar ya que la guía con la información es muy clara y tiene lo que se requiere. Me gusto mucho el área común del lugar.

Lovely place to stay in the Nosara area. The apartment was clean and plenty large for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements. Outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were a bonus. Pool was a must since it was very hot even in the evenings and mornings. The patio felt private and secluded due to nice landscaping even though there were several other ledgers on the property. Bit a walk to the beach, but doable. Tiffany was great to deal with and was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Fernando’s place was great! Great location in a super nice, safe community with very friendly security guards! About a 10 minute walk to the main town and a lot of the great restaurants and bars. There were a few things that could maybe be updated (one of the blinds was broken along with one of the knives in the knife set and one of the kitchen drawers) but nothing that was anything serious! Fernando was also super responsive, and when we let him know that the drawer with the laundry detergent was locked, he had someone there within the hour to come unlock it for us! Great place and great deal!

Great stay close to Tamarindo beach, but away from the business of the main strip (walkable). Pool was excellent for cooling off. Host very responsive/ accommodating of early check in time. Would certainly stay again!

The property is lovely - very safe, secure access and the pool is essential as, while only 10-mins to be beach, the wind can get up making relaxing on the beach a bit sandy! It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the tours we booked picked us up at the entrance to the property. Very relaxing and lovely with a built in holler monkey alarm system!
