We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

The place was amazing. Much bigger than the actual photos. A dream holiday. The perfect place to be with friends or familly.

We had some beautiful days in this villa. The house is very clean and comes with everything you might need. There are air cons in every room so you can sleep very relaxed. Communication and Checkin went absolutely flawless. We can highly recommend a stay in this villa! :)

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Nino is een super Host, bij aankomst stonden er verse brownies, water en wijn klaar. Accommodatie was zeer netjes en schoon. Deze villa is perfect voor een gezin met zowel kleine als volwassen kinderen. Genoeg bedden, 2 ruime badkamers en alles is aanwezig Dorp is op loopafstand en er is genoeg te doen. Zwembad is een zeer grote pluspunt, helder water en heerlijk temperatuur. Ik kan totaal niks negatiefs verzinnen over deze villa en ons verblijf. We hebben enorm genoten en voelde ons erg thuis, kan deze villa iedereen aanraden!! Dank je wel Nino 😊😊

The house is huge with everything you need for a nice holiday, including basic groceries in the kitchen - water, flour, sugar, spices, etc. Lovely views from the veranda and surrounding nature. The yard is also very big, but not really suitable for small children to play. The beach across the road is very private and natural, it is more rocky than sandy. The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a relaxing and happy holiday.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit zwei Kindern und einem Baby hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Dank der Klimaanlage war es drinnen angenehm kühl. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit Liegen, Tisch, Hängematte und Außendusche. Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig und idyllisch. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Yannis hat uns sogar Wasser, Bier, Wein, Softdrinks und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und ideal für Kinder, da das Wasser flach abfällt. Die Kommunikation mit Yannis war hervorragend; er antwortete immer schnell und zeigte uns bei der Ankunft alles. Einziger Punkt, den man bedenken sollte: Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und nur wenige Restaurants. Das hat uns allerdings wenig gestört, da wir oft selbst gekocht haben. Das Restaurant Metoxi hat top Qualität. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Mary è stata molto cordiale e puntuale nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta. La villa è curata sia internamente che esternamente ed ideale per 2 famiglie. La descrizione e le foto sono fedeli alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per visitare tutta la penisola, in auto. A piedi è raggiungibile il piccolo centro di Kryopigi che offre ristorantie negozi. La bella spiaggia locale dista poco più di 1 km ma la risalita è dura a piedi. Tutto eccellente, anche il check-in mediante cassetta elettronica con codice che permette di arrivare ed andare via a qualsiasi orario. L'unica cosa migliorabile può essere l'illuminazione dei bagni. Aggiungerei solo un forno a microonde ed una macchina per il caffè espresso (soprattutto per gli ospiti italiani), nulla di insormontabile comunque. Consigliatissimo!

We stayed at the villa with a group of 6 friends for a week, and it was absolutely amazing! The villa was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was large and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor charcoal grill was a huge plus, and we made several dinners on it. Overall, a stunning place, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! Our host was fantastic—very friendly and responsive. Ilias made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. Also great recommendations! A truly wonderful experience!

This was a beautiful villa in an even more beautiful setting. The sea view from the 2 double upstairs bedrooms was breathtaking. The description didn’t sell this view enough, we were blown away! The setting was lovely, really peaceful and plenty of outdoor space around the pool. Everything was provided that we needed, the host Mario even offered us water for the stay. Mario was superb, he was on hand for everything we needed, no question went unanswered. The villa itself was clean and well kept. Perfect size for 4-6 people. The location is ok, the walk to the centre is along a couple of busy roads but it is walkable. The centre has plenty of wonderful restaurants and all the food we had was lovely. Navigli has the best cocktails! And staff! Would love to return here for a relaxing break.

Not only one of my best experiences with Airbnb, but overall as a traveller. Nikos is a great host. The property 5/5, the villa 5/5 and the host is 5+/5. Communication before made everything easy. We were a group of 8 and everyone of us wants to come back next year. The beach right in front of the property is god's gift for this outstanding project. Explore the waters with the SUPs, play volleyball at the beach or just sunbathe. Kitchen -indoor and outdoor- are well equipped. The next town with supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries is only a few minutes away. You can go for a hike, dive or rent a boat or other water sports equipment nearby. We fell in love with this place!

Smukt hus, fantastisk flot have og poolområde og dejlig terrasse. Man kunne endda lige akkurat se havet. Godt indrettet hus og behagelige senge. Michail var hurtig til at svare på beskeder og vi blev taget godt imod af Michaels far. Kort køretur til strande og spisesteder - dog skal man være opmærksom på, at sæsonen lukker ned i oktober, så der er de lokale supermarkeder og restauranter lukkede. Eneste minus var, at huset ligger tæt på hovedvejen, hvilken giver lidt vejstøj fra trafikken. Dette var dog ikke et stort problem, men godt at vide hvis man leder efter et hus med fuldkommen ro. Vi nød vores ophold og kan varmt anbefale stedet.

The house was exactly as described. Amazing setting on a private beach. Even with festivals happening it never felt busy. We were a family of six and the house got us very comfortably. Town had plenty of dining options and plenty of nightlife. It’s about a 7/10 of a mile to walk the town but there is a large parking lot if you want to drive.

The house and hosts are fantastic. Kostas is a great host and very helpful. Zoi is very helpful with both the house and everything you will need. The hosts were great hosts and very responsive. We had a very nice time during our stay. The house has everything you need. The house is right on the beach. We loved the wonderful warm waters. The beach was quiet and far from the the chaos and congestion of the other beaches. The house is conveniently located by tavernas, beaches, and supermarkets but is in its own private quiet area. The house has room for the whole family and wonderful areas for lounging and resting inside and out with beautiful views. The garden is also very lovely and restful. Happy about a clean, orderly, stylish and very well-equipped villa! You could tell the furnishing concept and amenities were well thought out, and the setting just perfect! Contact with Kostas was easy and friendly. The spacious garden area and large terrace are a dream for BBQs and spending time outside in the shade or moon shine vine testing, with a 180 sea view. Like heavens on earth. Recommendable also for families or a group, with plenty of retreat space.

Wir waren ende Mai mit 4 Personen bei Mike in der Villa. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber angetroffen. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was der Urlauber benötigt und darüber hinaus mit wertvollen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Toll fanden wir die Aussenküche und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Der Pool war um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas frisch, aber sehr sauber und mit den Liegen sehr einladend für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Störend empfanden wir anfangs die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber wir haben uns auch daran gewöhnt. Positiv auch der kurze Fussweg um Strand und die Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs in der Nähe, sowie der kurze Weg zur Autobahn. Danke und beste Grüße an Mike!

We were a group of five women enjoying our vacation in Greece, and this villa made our trip truly special! Dominiki is an amazing host—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The villa, designed by Dominiki and her husband, has beautiful interior details, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean pool. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the pillows! Dominiki's in-laws were also around, sharing great stories and speaking perfect English. We had a late flight and Dominiki allowed late check-out. The villa’s location is perfect, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the center of Pefkochori (or a quick taxi ride 5€). We only rented a car for 2 out of our 5 days, with parking conveniently available outside. Dominiki even brought us some food when she knew we hadn't been to the store yet. The villa is spotless, well-planned, and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Greece!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.
