Hemos disfrutado en el apartamento de Vera. Ella es muy amable, está situado en una zona muy cómoda para visitar Kotor puesto que Kotor está abarrotado y en la puerta del apartamento tienes la parada del bus que te deja directamente en Kotor en cinco minutos. La terraza es preciosa. Hay que tener cuidado con la carretera porque los coches van muy rápido y a veces puede ser peligrosa

הדירה מקסימה ונעימה, הנוף מדהים מכל החלונות, המטבח היה מאובזר והיה קל לבשל שם, היו גם תבלינים בסיסיים וכמה מצרכים. אפילו טבליות למדיח ואבקת כביסה. עבדנו מהדירה ולכן היה חשוב לנו שהחיבור לWiFi יהיה יציב, האינטרנט עבד מצוין ללא שום תקלות. בסביבה יש המון מה לעשות ולטייל, במרחק כמה דקות מקוטור, יש טיילת מקסימה בדוברוטה עם מסעדות על המים. סביבה שקטה. הוראות הכניסה לדירה היו ברורות והגיעו בזמן, היה תענוג לפתוח כל בוקר מול הנוף המדהים של המפרץ, ממליצים מאוד על הדירה, תמורה טובה למחיר, נשמח לחזור🙏

Всё прошло хорошо! Мы провели всего одну ночь. Заселение прошло без проблем. Всё соответствует описанию, очень чистая, уютная квартира. У нас были проблемы с бесплатной парковкой, хозяин предупреждал, что необходимо владеть хорошими навыками вождения. Но в Подгорице часто возникает проблема с парковочными местами. Наша машина очень широкая, заехав на парковку, мы еле выбрались, но есть рядом с домом платные парковочные места, о чём тоже сообщил заранее хозяин. К квартире это совершенно не относится. Квартира чудесная! Благодарим хозяев за тёплый приём!

My partner and I stayed at Jovana’s place for around 5 weeks and we absolutely loved it. Jovana is a lovely and exceptional host and went beyond what we would have expected throughout our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and we felt right at home from day one. The view is amazing and looks better than the photos! Balcony is protected from rain/sun and has an extra shade for super sunny days. Kitchen has everything you need and there is plenty of space for a very comfortable stay. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one because everything was within walking distance. Old town was about 25 min walk, local grocery & bakery 5 min walk and 2 bigger groceries 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Kotor. Thank you Jovana!

Hello everyone, 🙋🏻‍♂️ the landlord was a very caring and helpful person. He responded very quickly to our questions and provided us with information about the city. The house is very beautiful, just like in the pictures, very comfortable and in the center of the city. I can recommend it to everyone.

Great place, everything looks new, sparkling clean. The pool was amazing, surprisingly large and we had it for ourselves almost all the time. Absolutely loved it. Communication was easy and responsive, friendly staff. Only propsal I have is to add a coffee machine in the room. Other than that - we had a truly perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hosts, wonderful house - all you can ask for if you want a peaceful stay in Podgorica for a few days - also a quick access to the north of the country!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Elena is by far the most helpful, kind, and thoughtful host I’ve experienced – and I’ve used Airbnb for many years. The location is outstandingly beautiful – even on a rainy day, the view is priceless. The place is spotless, with everything you need to get started, including tea, coffee, and milk basic kitchen appliances ingredients . Showers are powerful, plenty of towels and toiletries are provided, and the beds have very high-quality mattresses – so comfortable. A truly lovely and well-thought-out stay. Thank you, Elena

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place which has an amazing view, it’s the perfect choice. The place was clean and tidy. Be aware of stairs when you want to go to the seaside, it needs strong and muscular legs :)

Amazing apartment in the heart of Podgorica

Extremely welcoming and helpful when it came to her guests. Apartment location is incredible. Would recommend this home just for the view alone, but Mirjana was an incredible host as well!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Nous avons passé une nuit à Drazin Vrt, dans l’appartement de Milica. Dès notre réservation, le contact a été chaleureux et fluide. Nous avons également reçu les indications pour trouver le logement agrémentées de photos pour nous aider à trouver. Nous avons prévenu de notre arrivée quelques temps avant et une personne accueillante était là pour nous recevoir et nous faire découvrir les lieux. Attention! Il y a de nombres marches en extérieur avant d’arriver à la porte d’entrée, c’est important à savoir pour les personnes qui ont du mal à monter des escaliers. Quel superbe endroit! L’intérieur et très récent et moderne, décoré avec goût et simplicité efficace. Chaque pièce est très propre, des draps de lit aux serviettes en passant par les sanitaires, la douche et les sols. Et puis, la vue est à couper le souffle! Les 2 balcons permettent de s’y détendre face à un superbe paysage. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée ainsi qu’une nuit confortable. Nous recommandons vivement.

Lea was very responsive, friendly and flexible. She always responds very quickly, gave us Check-in instructions pro-actively and let us stay a bit longer on the last day which we appreciated a lot. TV was not working on both floors but her father came the next day to fix it. Unfortunately, neighbours are a but unfriendly, to access the beach one must pass through a condo which is locked (we had a key), but it happened several times that one of the neighbours was protesting that we use that exit to the beach front "because it is reserved only for first line from the sea residents". The house is spacious, jad everything a family needs for a cousy vacation (3 baths, 3 terraces, 2 kitchens). Sea front is very near, there are public beaches nearby and several restaurants and bars where one may rent a sunbed. The only issue is parking which is a general one in all Dobrota, but there is a large public one less than 1km away. All in all, we are happy and Lea and her family are hospitable.

Goran çok iyi bir ev sahibi, sorunlarımıza çok hızlı sürede çözümler buldu. Dobrota'da çok uygun fiyatlı ve çok güzel bir evdi. Bir dahaki gelişimde düşünmeden konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Toll gelegen, etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Aber innerhalb von 30min zu Fuß ist man direkt in der City. Das Apartment Hat alles was man braucht. Alles super

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

Nikola did an incredible job with the place. it is big, modern and welcoming. A supermarket is close by and it is a 15mn walk to the restaurant area. I would have stayed longer if I could have!
