Staying at Tijana’s place for a month was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the grocery store, atm, transport and Gora park. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. We loved starting our mornings on the serene balconies and working in the bright, airy space with reliable WiFi. We didn’t get to utilize the shared pool but it was clean and maintained regularly. The greenhouse with fresh vegetables was a bonus. Tijana and her family truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming home away from home.

Çok memnun kaldık. Gordana ve Igor bizi oldukça iyi karşıladılar. Dairenin konumu her yere çok yakın ve inanılmaz sessiz sakin bir konumda yer alıyor. Her şey için çok teşekkürler, bir daha gelecek olsam yine Gordana’nın evini seçerim.

Gem find for us. The spectacular view from the terrace and balcony alone is worth the money; everything else is just a bonus. The host and his mom were really helpful and always responded quickly to any questions. Bojan also helped us arrange a taxi from the airport to his place at a fair price. There is a small shop in town (10mins from home towards Kotor), but be advised that almost no markets are open on Sundays in Montenegro, which was a bit problematic for grocery shopping since we arrived on Saturday. There's also a bus that goes to Tivat or Kotor, but it's always late due to traffic. Just go near Ruma, and when you see one, signal to the driver to stop, and he will pick you up.

Очень понравилось. Тихий район. 5 минут пешком до центральной улицы, рядом магазины и пекарни. Заселились очень быстро, удобные инструкции. В квартире есть все необходимое, удобная кровать. Апартаменты небольшие, но уютные. Мы отлично провели время.

Очень просторные и чистые апартаменты. Мы были втроем, одну комнату даже не использовали, а ребенок оценил наличие письменного стола, рисовал все новогодние праздники. Хозяин позаботился о нашем проживании (мы сняли апартаменты на 3 дня) и оставил большое количество чистых полотенец. В наличии было все необходимое чтобы готовить, что очень ценно для семей с детьми. Очень удобно, что парковочное место было непосредственно под окнами. Апартаменты расположены достаточно близко от центра, но высоко. По-этому с маленькими детьми будет не очень удобно подниматься, если вы не на машине и это единственный минус. В остальном все понравилось, спасибо за заботу и комфорт. Цена-качество полностью соответствует.

4 gece 5 günlük Karadağ tatilimizde Nenad’ın evinde kalmak son derece keyifliydi.Evi kolayca bulduk ve manzarası harikaydı.Evin iç dizaynı ve temizliği gayet iyiydi.3 kişi kolayca konakladık. Kış olduğu için üşüme kaygısı yaşasak da klima ve salondaki şömine ısıtma konusunda yeterli oldu.Bidaha gelirsek yine Nenad’ı tercih ederiz.Sadece markete gitmek için arabaya ihtiyaç duyabilirsiniz.

Nice place close to city would recommend

Très bon séjour chez Marija, l’appartement est spacieux, propre et confortable, le balcon très agréable avec vue! Proche du centre à pied et des plages bon emplacement! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec des conseils de visite par notre hôte!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

My boyfriend and I have stayed at Milena’s place twice already for a month stay. This is a wonderful quiet place for solitude. The house has everything you need for long-term living. A large well-groomed area, no neighbors, no one disturbed us. Perfect for animal lovers. You can watch horses, cows, there are dogs and cats as well. Milena and her brother Nano are very nice people, hospitable and always ready to help. The house is located in the mountains, so a car is needed to travel to the supermarket or to the coast. We had a car, we drove ourselves, but a couple of times we needed a transfer to the airport, so the hostess of the house organized it for us. When we needed something from the nearest town Cetinje they helped us as well. We will be glad to return again.

Photos don’t do justice to this property. The view is so scenic and the surroundings are so peaceful. Jovica was really sweet in welcoming us with a couple of beers, juice and water and gave warnings about the weather. My wife and I absolutely loved the whole experience!

La casa de Aneta&Zorica es soñada. Las vistas y el entorno son muy agradables. Estuvimos gran parte de toda nuestra estadía en la terraza disfrutando de ella. Recomendamos tener auto para mejor movilidad y acceso a los distintos puntos de interés de Kotor y Perast. La casa estaba ordenada y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Un único detalle fue el baño donde la ducha perdía agua al bañarse y la tapa del inodoro estaba floja. Tuvimos un mal entendido con la velocidad del wifi (no era la que nos dijeron) que fue rápidamente solucionado. Buena predisposición de las dueñas. Sin dudas volvería!

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Sve je bilo sjajno. Ljubaznost i predusretljivost domaćina, izgled smeštaja i blizina plaže. Sve pohvale.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

A very quiet and cosy apartment with a beautiful view. Close to grocery store, bakery and seaside. Great swimming opportunities. Local life and friendly people around. Ivona was great to help with sightseeing and taxi. We really enjoyed our stay😊Thank you!

Ny og moderne leilighet, stor veranda med fantastisk utsikt. Flott beliggenhet, i nærhet til både strender og by, mange gode restauranter i nærheten. Fint bassengområde. Anbefales!

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!
