The apartment was very clean and cozy, located in peacefull district of Kotor. Everything was according to the description. Before our arrival Milica sent us precise directions how to find the apartment which was helpful. We highly reccommend the place!

This was one of the cleanest apartment I've seen. Ranko was very helpful and friendly, gave us clear instructions and recomendations for places and beaches to visit. Location is beautiful, very quiet and private, 5 minutes from the beach and center with great nearby historical places. I am looking forward to visit Ranko's apartment again asap!

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

We had an amazing month staying at Besi’s place. The location is perfect—there’s parking and a grocery store right across the street. Montenegro Port is a 20-minute walk along the beautiful waterfront (a great spot for coffee or just to enjoy a stroll in a lovely area). The place itself is incredibly cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It has the best interior we've ever encountered (which is crucial for anyone who still needs to work while traveling), and we have a lot of Airbnb experience. Highly recommend it! Everything you have read about this apartment is true - it's perfect! We lived in Podgorica for 2 months and fell in love with the city, the people, and the neighborhood. We were so comfortable in Sava's place; it's huge and more than enough room for 2 people. Even though it was winter, we stayed warm and cozy inside. It is well-maintained and super clean. The location is excellent; we could walk anywhere we needed to be within 20 minutes. The apartment building is very quiet; we never heard any noise from our neighbors. Groceries, banks, bakeries, coffee are steps away. Malls, green markets, the city center, museums are a 10 - 15 minute walk. Sava was very accommodating to our travel plans and always responded quickly if we had questions. Stop looking at other listings, this is the place to stay if you are in Podgorica.

My partner and I stayed at Jovana’s place for around 5 weeks and we absolutely loved it. Jovana is a lovely and exceptional host and went beyond what we would have expected throughout our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and we felt right at home from day one. The view is amazing and looks better than the photos! Balcony is protected from rain/sun and has an extra shade for super sunny days. Kitchen has everything you need and there is plenty of space for a very comfortable stay. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one because everything was within walking distance. Old town was about 25 min walk, local grocery & bakery 5 min walk and 2 bigger groceries 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Kotor. Thank you Jovana!

We were absolutely thrilled with Maria’s apartment! It’s incredibly spacious, stylish, and cozy, with a fresh, modern feel. The cleaning was impeccable before our arrival, and it was a pleasure to walk into such a spotless space. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and cooking—a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The view from the windows is stunning, and it’s just a short distance to all the main attractions. Huge thanks to Maria for such a warm and welcoming stay!

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

My boyfriend and I have stayed at Milena’s place twice already for a month stay. This is a wonderful quiet place for solitude. The house has everything you need for long-term living. A large well-groomed area, no neighbors, no one disturbed us. Perfect for animal lovers. You can watch horses, cows, there are dogs and cats as well. Milena and her brother Nano are very nice people, hospitable and always ready to help. The house is located in the mountains, so a car is needed to travel to the supermarket or to the coast. We had a car, we drove ourselves, but a couple of times we needed a transfer to the airport, so the hostess of the house organized it for us. When we needed something from the nearest town Cetinje they helped us as well. We will be glad to return again.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Merci à Darko son épouse. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques, très serviables. Ils sont toujours de bons conseils. Leur maison est authentique. Tout comme Dobrota. La baie de Kotor et les bouches de Kotor sont splendides. De nombreuses cités voisines sont à découvrir. Comme la vieille ville de Kotor, Perast… Seul bémol la circulation. Nous avons tout fait en taxi, et avec Darko (merci ) donc ça a été. Mais les panneaux, les rues sont mal indiquées et très étroites. Cela fait partie de l aventure. Nous étions une famille de 5. Le logement est parfait !! Équipements suffisants. Climatisation. Extérieurs très appréciables malgré les moustiques. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

I recently stayed at Deagana’s Airbnb in Tivat, Montenegro, and had a wonderful experience. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view, which I enjoyed every morning from the balcony. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Deagana was a gracious host, providing helpful local tips and ensuring that everything was just right. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking views.

השהייה בדירה של פיטר היתה מאוד מוצלחת. שהינו 4 נפשות היא היתה מרווחת ונעימה. הנוף הנשקף מהמרפסת של מפרץ קוטור מהממם. יכולנו להחנות את המכונית מול הדירה. נהננו לטייל לאורך הטיילת מתחת לדירה ולא פעם הלכנו ברגל לעיר העתיקה של קוטור. המיקום היה מרכזי ונוח לטיול "כוכב". ישנן מסעדות רבות בסביבה וגם סופר קטן מתחת לדירה עצמה. פיטר היה בעל דירה תגובתי מאוד סיפק לנו מידע כבר מההתקשרות הראשונה באינטרנט ואח"כ שלח מיקום מדוייק של הדירה וגם מידע ומיקום של מסעדות מומלצות על ידו שנמצאות בקרבת מקום. הדירה היתה נקיה מאוד, מאובזרת באופן מלא מה שאיפשר לנו להכין בעצמנו ארוחות, לצפות בטלויזיה ולשמוע מוסיקה. לסיכום נהננו מאוד והינו שמחים לשוב ולהתארח אצל פיטר בדוברוטה שליד קוטור.

Eugenio's apartment was fantastic and completely fulfilled the expectations from the photos and description. All of the furniture was very comfortable and had everything that I needed for a long-term stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and I really enjoyed the 10-15 minute walk into Porto Montenegro from the apartment. There is a grocery store, bakery, and restaurant right on the street, so this makes things very accessible, as well as a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Fast wifi, plenty of hot water, and great amenities. I'd absolutely stay at this apartment again, if it is available in the future.
