Great accommodation

Lovely apartment! Comfortable, spacious and located along the beautiful St. Kilda Road and directly across Fawkner Park. Beautiful area for strolls and bike rides and enjoying the amazing autumn sunshine. Owner is very responsive and allowed me to drop off my luggages in the morning. There’s a very recent construction just next to the building so it was abit noisy but other than that, I had a wonderful stay! Would consider staying here again for my future visits.

Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

The apartment has a great location, easy to get around anywhere, only a few minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market where we can go there in the mourning to get some freshly baked breakfast. It’s clean and well equipped as well, Joanna gave us very clear guide on how to check in & out. A nice short stay for our family of three!

We loved our stay at John’s place! Everything was perfect, clean, and John was very flexible with letting us check in a bit early! Great place!

Great place in the heart of the city. Had everything that I needed, very convenient and location was perfect. close to tram, train stations. Nthati was very accommodating and responded rapidly to any questions. Will stay again.

The apartment was extremely clean with good access to all local sights and transport. Gockan was a great communicator and even granted us a late check out at 2pm due to an international flight we had. We greatly appreciated it.

Great spot to stay, easy walk to the train station so you can head into CBD with ease. Nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

I’ve traveled to Australia many times, and this is by far the most satisfying accommodation I’ve ever stayed in! Aster’s apartment is absolutely perfect for travelers. The location is unbeatable—close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, making it so convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a modern kitchen to comfortable bedding and even little extras that made our stay feel luxurious. It’s clear that Aster and the team have put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.

This apartment is highly recommended and worth to stay . It had a cozy, peaceful, very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere during my stayed, especially with those preset YouTube channels music on .. nice bath tub .. better than a hotel suite and felt like home… chocolate, different kinds of coffee and tea were provided generously… surroundings of building & apartment are very secure . The cleanliness of the apartment is rated 5 stars from The Super Host ! Perfect location within CBD and restaurants nearby … walking distance to train stations…and more places of tourist attraction… I wish everyone who stay in every apartment could taking of it as taking care of own home .

A beautiful apartment close to South Bank. It's close to the market and trams as well. walkable to most places and a safe neighbourhood. The owners are exceptional host who went out of their way to help us. The apartment is beautiful and has a character of its own reflecting the personality of the hosts. I will definitely return. If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

Cette maison a été parfaite pour notre famille de 5. Mobilier authentique, litterie et linge de maison de qualité, cuisine très fonctionnelle, petit jardin particulièrement agréable, sans vis à vis, très sécurisé pour les enfants. Sans compter le petit salon utilisé comme salle de jeux par les enfants. Le tout avec des hôtes réactifs, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Stjohn is a great host. He is very welcoming, friendly and happy to help. His property is in a great location being in close proximity to the city. The property has alll the amenities we needed with a great tv. Would most certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Howay exceeded all expectations. The property is truly exceptional, demonstrating meticulous upkeep both inside and out - and immaculate cleanliness. The amenities and activities such as the spa, sauna, outdoor pool, cinema and table tennis provide an unparalleled entertainment experience. I didnt get a chance to get to the board games and a 2 night stay is just not enough, the place is too fun!! I loved the interior design, bedrooms, beddings and intricate furnishings. I didnt realise it was so secluded in terms of location and so the woodlands may have contributed to internet connectivity issues on tv and cinema room but Donna's exemplary hospitality and responsiveness ensured a seamless stay. I was very impressed with her personal touches. Birthday basket and decorations were very appreciated. Overall an undeniable premier home for entertaining. Its inherent beauty inspires a sense of care are ownership. I left with a strong desire to return. Thank you 🙂
