Great apartment in a good location, lots of trams available to take you around to different parts of Melbourne. Very well maintained and with great appliances. Only issue we had was with the lock box being a bit fiddly, but other than that we would recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here, the property is absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home as soon as we walked in! Very clean place and a good amount of space too! Kitchen is well equipped too, and very easy to get into the CBD! Definitely recommend staying here❤️

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

Katie’s place was in a great location walkable to the beautiful St Kilda Beach and the pier which is a fun lively experience in the evening and a great spot to capture photos of the water and the city. You can see the little penguins around sunset at the end of the pier. There are some really nice beachfront restaurants to grab lunch or a drink. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars on Fitzroy and the famous Acland Street (for the cake shops) which are both just a short walk. Also we were allowed early check in which was very much appreciated. We extended our stay to add three more nights because we enjoyed the area so much!

House was reasonably clean but still had dirt and items stuck under other items

The venue was super spacious and the trampoline was very fun! The kitchen was easy to use and there were lots of pots, pans and dishes for us to use which was lovely.

Highly recommended! We had a great stay here 😃 Dan’s communication was excellent, so check in was a breeze. The house was very welcoming and comfortable for a family. Amenities were exactly as described and the house was lovely and clean. The living space was extremely comfortable for a family, with lots of comfy seating and a big TV. The kitchen was very clean and had everything a family needs with a fantastic range of appliances, and lots of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups etc. It’s very conveniently located - close to supermarket, take away food, etc. It’s also very close to Funfields, which is why we stayed. Thanks heaps!

Amazing location for the family. Close to loads of adventure parka, ovals, cafes, shops etc. The house was beautiful and very clean. There is a spa bath there that the kids loved and with melbournes ever changing weather there is central cooling and heating which made us always super comfortable The outdoor area is perfect for kids and entertaining. The hosts are just lovely and so welcoming. Thanks for having us, we will defiantly be back and be recommending this house to others.

A very nice place to relax in. You feel away from everything but it is easy to get to. Easy to get to and a nice outdoor area to sit in.

Linda was a terrific host. We had a local wedding to attend and she was very accomodating so we could arrive and get ready at the property beforehand. Linda was always very responsive to questions and helpful with requests. The house was lovely and I imagine it would be very cosy on a cold night. We on the other hand experienced 35degree heat and the split systems in most rooms did a great job keeping the house a comfortable temperature. We would be happy to stay again with friends.

Hope's place was one of the best we have stayed in. Fabulous location with restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Close to train station and larger shopping centres. Hope's apartment had everything we needed and was sparkling clean. An absolute delight to stay in - just wish we could've stayed longer.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Staying at David’s place was a great experience. The train station is right outside and tram stop close by. The host has thought of all the necessities and the outdoor area was fantastic. A perfect location for day trips into the city. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean apartment with an awesome night view. The bed linens are nice and comfy—I sometimes get itchy when staying at other Airbnbs, but I had no such issues here. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment and felt very secure. Great location, with a 3 minute walk to the tram that takes you right into the city. Hosts were very polite and friendly.
