Easy to get to the best attractions from here and the owner will help u with everything and even be your own guide. Makes it all very easy! In generel, the owner (and the rest of his family) are very kind and hospitable. You will love this place. Also good value for money! Go go go.

Our stay in Ninh Binh was the rainiest part of our trip by far but Thanh and his family (complete with their wonderful dog Binh) made it one of our favourite places to stay. They made sure we were able to still get out to see some of the best that Ninh Binh has to offer including the hang Mua lookout, trang An, and the bai Dinh pagoda. Thanh is extremely knowledgeable on how to help first time tourists in Vietnam, he even found us a train ticket when the website said there were none left! When we weren’t out exploring, their place was a very relaxing and beautiful place to spend our time! We recommend eating at the homestay, we loved all the delicious meals and they treated us like part of the family. We rocked out some karaoke and probably hurt some ears but we had a blast doing so. Lots of good memories in Ninh Binh, will for sure be coming back!

Long and Yen are fantastic hosts. the property is lovely, well-situated for touring and a great value with breakfast included and dinner available for a minimal additional amount. Most of all they are both super friendly and helpful. their coordination of my transport from and back to Hanoi was flawless. highly recommend. my only regret is the weather prevented me from using their beautiful pool!

quel séjour incroyable !! ce fut une expérience extraordinaire. nous voulions voir plusieurs aspects du vietman et après quelques jours sur hanoi , cela a été un vrai plaisir de tomber sur cet endroit. c'est magique , bien entretenu, confortable et il y a Thánh et sa femme. on est venu en ayant une idée des visites mais Thánh a su nous aiguiller et proposer des activités. j ai vu en commentaire que certains trouvaient cela cher , oui pour le vietnam c'est un prix mais sincèrement ce qui en ressort en vaut largement le coup. on a passé une journée formidable en sa compagnie et on a pu visiter le coin en vélo avec une vrai expérience locale. Thánh est agréable et prend le temps d expliquer les choses et reste disponible à chaque instant. c'est un hôte formidable je recommande à 100% ce homestay. la cuisine de sa femme est délicieuse et nous avons pu profiter des vélos qui sont prêtés pour visiter et manger à l extérieur. un réel plaisir à venir les yeux fermés

Very friendly and welcoming host and family. Long helped us when we were stuck at the airport, i am very grateful for that. Overall great experience. Beware the beds are a bit more on the firm side.

Long's place was great for our family of four. Because our flight was delayed, we didn't make it to Ninh Binh until midnight, but Long was still available to meet us and make sure we got settled. Breakfast was great each day, and we really enjoyed the family-style dinners each night where we had the opportunity to not only eat great food, but to also meet other travelers. We took advantage of the very well priced bicycles to get around for the 2 days we spent in Ninh Binh, and we highly recommend staying with Long.

Our group had a wonderful stay! Thành’s place was very comfortable and clean. His wife made wonderful meals for us. His place is located 15-20 minutes away from Ninh Binh attractions, but he organizes all transportation. The neighborhood outside his property is not very walkable, but you can enjoy some biking. He organized a wonderful two days of sight-seeing & gave us many options on what to see in the local area. Every detail of every day was seamless, and his planning went above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the Ninh Binh area!! Thank you Thành!

Is a beautiful place with limestone surround. Bicycles are provided so it enables you to get around to sightsee at Thung Nham, Bamboo is used throughout Nan House which gives you the feel of being in Asia. Nan had a nice swimming pool, room is big with comfy bed. Nan doesn't use plastic bottles but glass ones which shows that they have environmental awareness. The staff are friendly and the food is home made delicious highly recommend to eat there I got there late at night they went out of the way to prepare food for me the best spring rolls ever Nan house as an great place to stay in Ninh Binh.

Endroit joli et paisible, proche de café et à 20 min à pied de Tam Coc où on trouve beaucoup de restaurants. 10 minutes des Mua Caves. Le host est réactif et la chambre était sympathique et très moderne. Il y avait un cafard mais pas de problème pour le retirer. J'ai passé une bonne nuit dans cet endroit. Je recommande pour passer sa journée à Tam Coc et aux Mua Caves

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Beautiful locale, tucked away in a quieter part of Tam Coc yet only a 5 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants and businesses. Mr. Le was especially helpful , providing excellent local recommendations and assisting us in booking day trips at short notice. Mr. Nam, the onsite manager, took care of our laundry and other needs during our stay. We were served a delicious Vietnamese breakfast with fresh fruit every morning, even getting food to go the last morning when we had to check out early. Would highly recommend this stay!

The views from Lotus Field Homestay are amazing! The entire family/staff were incredibly helpful when it came to navigating our way around as well as with which tourist attractions were available and open. They have a full kitchen and the food was quite good as well. The entire family was very kind and patient with us, and we would definitely return to this home stay if we were to travel to ninh binh in the future.

Lotus field homestay is a true oasis. The location is perfect for anyone looking to escape the noisy city. The bungalows are comfortable and clean. The family is helpful and caring and they will cook you delicious Vietnamese food. And the best part - this homestay is pet friendly! Highly recommended, we will definitely come back soon!
