This was a great Airbnb that was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The pool and outdoor seating area was a wonder bonus. Walking distance to a grocery store, nice that neighbors bars and restaurants . Plenty of on street parking available. Highly recommend Michael and Marcia's charming home.

The location was in a pretty quiet portion of mid-city. It was in a better part of mid-city than some other locations that we’ve stayed so definitely a nice little asset for this location. The adjustments to a typical New Orleans “shotgun” style layout was really nice because the hallway keeps the rooms separate. The bedrooms were nice and spacious. The living space was also really nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Abbie's place in NOLA for 3 nights. The space was very clean except for small debris in the bathroom (felt like tiny bits of rocks). The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets in the closet. The bathroom is well stocked with many supplies (pads, tampons, lotions, shampoos, curling iron, and hair dryer). The location is a bit too far for us personally to walk to the French Quarter (~30mins) but buses and streetcars are easily accessible and we did not have any problems with transportation. The only complaint (that is at no fault of the host) was that the bedroom window is very close to the neighbors, and we could clearly hear them talking and using the kitchen at ~11pm. They also had a dog that would occasionally bark at night when we were trying to sleep, but never for too long. We'd definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Granted early check in. Continual communications that were timely and helpful especially prior to check in. Super clean and tidy. All needed items and much more. Appeared to be recently renovated with modern lighting, switches, plugs ( a couple plugs had usb built in).. WiFi was fine; TVs strictly WiFi.

This home was perfect for our group’s Mardi Gras visit! We loved the heated pool, which was a very comfortable temperature even in the chillier evenings. The location was safe and in walking distance to the French Quarter, and just a few minutes’ walk from the St Charles parade route. The hosts were very communicative and provided helpful instructions. I would strongly recommend this house for a visit to New Orleans!

We stayed here with our family and our dog and the house is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a cozy stay! We enjoyed the large kitchen and living room to maximize our family time! The location is great and we enjoyed a long walk around the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are large!

We had an incredible stay! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a short walk to Bourbon St, WWII museum, casino, etc. etc. etc! The space itself was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and cleanliness truly stood out. If you're looking for a place that's both conveniently located and meticulously cared for, this is it. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place in the perfect location close to restaurants and event spaces. Host was easy to communicate with. The best part is they allowed us to extend our stay when a friend injured themselves while out on the town at no extra charge. The host didn’t have to do this and went above and beyond! *****

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this charming condo. Location is stellar and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, NORTA stops, and other things to do. This unit is right by a busy overpass, but there was little to no road noise. We found the unit itself the be very comfortable and beautifully decorated with local art. The well-appointed modern kitchen allowed us to enjoy a cozy and relaxed breakfast at “home” before heading out for our days adventures. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfy place to stay during a trip to New Orleans.

The house itself was super clean and had great amenities. Plenty of clean bathroom towels and shower soaps, etc. The house was clean. The bedrooms were a nice size and beds were comfortable. Great blinds/curtains that allow you to sleep in. Had a washer and dryer. The heated pool was really nice. The locked entrance for all 3 units added a layer of safety which was nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb in New Orleans, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was incredibly convenient, allowing me easy access to all the must-see attractions in the city. The hospitality was top-notch; my host was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating. They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed during my stay. Additionally, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and the service provided. I felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout my visit. If you're looking for a great place to stay in New Orleans, this is it! I can't wait to return!
