My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Historic Compound. The house is huge, has a great layout, and so much historical character. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, as it is close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the street car. My children loved the pool and the hot tub. The host was friendly and responsive. We highly recommend the property.

Ricky and Sabrina were wonderful hosts and their place was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The interior and exterior/pool area were excellent! Perfect for a BSL trip. Hope to stay again soon!

Alleshia's place was perfect for our group of 9 people. We were in a different neighborhood than the usual tourist-laden streets of New Orleans providing a haven after a day of exploring the city. Alleshia was a quick and clear communicator, made check in and checkout super easy, and the place was clean and spacious. I'd recommend staying here for sure.

We stayed with 3 other couples and loved the house. The home is beautiful, and the space was perfect for us to be together and have our own private spaces. The heated pool and backyard was great for unwinding. Centrally located for easy access to the quarter, garden district, and other great neighborhoods. Marcia was very responsive and helpful throughout. Loved our stay!

This is a beautiful home in the garden district of New Orleans. It was easy to access and the communication was amazing. They checked in with us several times while we were there to see if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed, the heated pool was appreciated. Everything was so clean and it is a perfect place to stay!

Great location - wonderful backyard - the hot tub was great. Wish the pool could have been heated without additional cost. Understand why it wasn’t. Gary answered questions as needed and provided lots of brochures for things to do in the area of which was nice! Would stay here again

If you have a group of 4 or less visiting NOLA, you MUST stay at Doody and Brady’s place! A perfect, cute neighborhood with plenty of walkable places (restaurants, coffee, trolley) and a short 10 minute Uber/trolley ride to French Quarter. Everything was exactly as advertised including the relaxing, perfect pool! Doody is the sweetest, best host! Highly recommend!

Stayed here with family for my birthday. It was 10 of us, every guest slept comfortably, the home was able to accommodate us all! It was very spacious, very clean, and had everything you need from the kitchen, to the bathroom, the bedroom, etc. The host was very helpful for all needs, and he responded very quickly. The home was near everything. It was about 5 minutes from Bourbon street. When we return this is definitely where we will be staying again! Thank you! Thank you!

The airbnb was easy accessible, easy to find. Clean and very spacious. Everything was pretty straightforward as to what the description said. Everywhere I wanted to go was nearby like the French quarter/ Bourbon street, Cvs, grocery store. I highly recommended!

Such a great place to stay. Ian even let us check in early! Which I was extremely thankful for. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean, & had a nice homey feel with a lot of character. It was a short drive from the French Quarter, giving it a good location. Definitely a great stay for our first time in NOLA!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's place just after Mardi gras! The weather was perfect. her home is great for getting into the garden District and just a short hop on a trolley or Uber to the French quarter and Frenchman Street. wonderful and restful place. so thankful!

We had a wonderful time here. The house was spacious and great for a big group. Location was excellent, allowing us to walk around the neighborhood in the mornings to grab coffee at Rook. It was on a side street so very quiet at nice. It was also quite easy to get Ubers and quick drive to other neighborhoods in the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting that does not want to stay downtown.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was fantastic! Walkable area with lots to do in any direction. We loved this beautiful home & greatly appreciate how friendly and helpful the host was from booking the trip all the way through check-out instructions. Thank you so much!

An absolute stunning & spotless home just a few steps from the French Quarter. This home has everything you need and a lot more. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending Spring Break there again next year.

We came to Marcelin's home to enjoy the city for my Bachelorette party! I really love easy mornings, good crew, talking and playing games, traditional New Orleans charm- and that's exactly what this gave us. It was a beautiful home with gorgeous details, and it held the group of 8 of us perfectly. I loved every bit of it. We were able to take an easy 25 minute walk (it was beautiful outside) to the St. Charles Streetcar and took it down to Bourbon St! It was a safe neighborhood and immediately felt like home. Thanks Marcy for an easy and memorable weekend in your beautiful home!

Was as described, clean, and had good instructions for the stay

Our family had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There were five of us with ample space for everyone. One of the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom, and the two other bedrooms shared a bathroom. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of space to unpack. There were televisions in every bedroom. The decor is New Orleans-themed, making the house feel like home. Right outside the front door is the Lafitte Greenway with a beautiful walking and bike trail. The Canal St. streetcar is only a walkable few blocks away and you can ride it all of the way to the French Quarter. I had a little difficulty connecting to wifi (I think the problem was more on my end) and the host was very responsive (literally within minutes) to get me connected to the right network which was robust enough and very reliable for streaming a lecture I had to attend during my stay. I cannot recommend it enough! I would definitely book again!

It was great for a family gathering. Beautiful location. Great porch, swing, bikes, and games. Two kitchens and refrigerators. Stocked by someone who values cooking, food, and entertainment. Responsive host. Great value.

This house is gorgeous!!! Comfortable beds, great dining area and a perfect retreat in the back yard. I loved the neighborhood. Lots of places to eat and drink. It was so easy to get around by the trolley. Added bonus is the parade route was a block away! This place is a gem! Thank you for sharing it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place. This was our first time to New Orleans and she provided great recommendations as well as a blog you can find even more restaurants, tours, and places to visit. For our family of four there was plenty of space, everything was clean and super accessible. Her neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. We felt very comfortable there.

First, I would like to start with the cons… There was ONE. And I won’t remove a star because it’s also my fault because I never once brought it to her attention or gave her the opportunity to fix it, but the WiFi didn’t work. Myself, husband, kids, all tried on different devices and it was a no-go. Again, my fault because I never gave her the chance to fix it. It was only slightly a con anyway because we were so busy the whole time. Now, to the pros… The house was not only BEAUTIFUL but it was prepared EXACTLY PERFECT for my family. I had my grandson and there were plenty of toys for him to play with. The house was IMMACULATE! My nephew slipped on the floor because it was SO CLEAN lol. I mean literally everything was shining! I have OCD and I have issue with germs so it was very refreshing to feel like I was actually in my own home. So nice and clean. Also, a welcome book with nearby amenities (even tho we are from NOLA) really helped! MY HEART IS FULL. Thank you!
