I loved the location I was either in walking distance or 10 minute drive to anywhere I needed to be. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was private. The neighbor was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for the activities we had planned. We really loved the historic neighborhood and the laid back vibe of this location. Initially, we were concerned about parking, but there was always a space available very close to the unit. While we never met the owners, they were very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions. All in all we would highly recommend!

Have stayed in a variety of New Orleans Airbnb properties over the years and unlike most of the places we stayed before - in this place everything works and is modern - doors close, the floors don't tilt this way and that, there are no cracks in the floors to let drafts in, the bath is state of the art, there is always a parking spot right out front and the street is not the typical patchwork of potholes. Audubon Park - a primo place for walk or a jog is 2 blocks away as are great restaurants that you can reward yourself at after you do your exercises.

We enjoyed our stay here when we were in town for a wedding! Excellent location right near magazine st and all the bars and restaurants it has to offer. Brian was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. Defintiely would recommend staying here!

Perfect location, plenty of space, and quiet.

I have stayed at many airbnbs and this was one of my favorites. We stayed with our 3 kids under 5 and we felt right at home. Walking to the nearby coffee shops and the saint charles street car was super easy and very beautiful. The Azeleas were blooming and all the houses around are beautiful. We felt very safe and thought this was the best location from a time we came 2 years ago. We ate dinner at Superior seafood one night and it was delicious and a quick walk. One night Lori made me a delicious cocktail because she saw me with all 3 of the kids and could tell it had been a long day on the french quarter. She was so accommodating and sweet! Would love to stay here again next time and will tell my friends! Thanks again Lori! The kids love the stuff animals you passed along and kept saying how kind you were.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We had an amazing stay at Stephanie’s cozy cottage in Bay St. Louis! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless – the self-check-in instructions were clear, and the home was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Old Town, where we enjoyed exploring the shops, restaurants, and beautiful waterfront. The house itself had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like coffee, extra linens, and even some pantry essentials. The screened porch was a favorite spot to relax in the mornings and evenings. Stephanie was an outstanding host, providing great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. This trip was extra special since it was a surprise getaway for my girlfriend’s birthday, and the warm hospitality made it even more memorable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bay St. Louis!

As senior citizens we were delighted with our 2 week stay in this shotgun house in a lovely neighborhood. The home is lovely with wood floors and soaring ceilings. The location is perfect for nearby restaurants, grocery shopping, neighborhood walking, and sitting on the front porch watching New Orleans flow by (including the street car!) We always had a parking place right in front of the house. We knew Blair was available should we need any information. We would definitely return.

The property met our family of five need's. Clean, cozy, light-filled beach retreat. Each room has its own AC or heat via a remote control. Bedding was comfy and clean. Beautiful original artwork says welcome to the beach. The kitchen was very nice to cook or socialize in. Every possible pot or pan and extra gizmo was available for our use. The cooktop is an induction model which heats really quickly. Make sure to read the how to manual in Melissa's how to book about the house. Very nice smart TVs. Drawers filled with games and toys for kids of all ages. Floor to ceiling windows. The outside really is great. First you are provided your own pool. The pool lights and pool fountain controls are by the pool pump and filter area. We all loved the pool, not heated, but still refreshing. The garage has every beach gizmo, toys and another fridge with drinks. A portable blue tooth speaker and beach tent were awesome. All in all 5 out of 5 place. Melissa and Robert are top hosts! J was an amazing host during my stay. It was my first time in New Orleans for Mardi Gras and he sent over an itinerary of recommendations of things to do during my stay. He was quick to respond if I needed anything. The place was as described and very clean. I would definitely stay at J’s place when I’m in town again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Great location, very quiet street, house is clean and free of excess clutter. The home is tucked away, but still right around the corner from all the best spots in the bay.

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

We stayed at Gigi’s place for a Mardi Gras trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were right in the heart of all the action with our own balcony to retreat to whenever we wanted! Plenty of restaurants and shops, and the streetcar picks up right outside. Gigi and David were very responsive and were even able to provide recommendations on where we could park our car for free during the parades. This is a stay that’s worth every penny!

this was our second stay in this apartment. We love it. It is in a great location and the beds are comfy.

I have stayed at Godfrey‘s place several times and will continue to do so. The condo is very clean and Godfrey is a cordial and very responsive host. The neighborhood is very walkable with several great restaurants and friendly neighborhood bars. The building itself is clean, quiet, and has several great amenities for those who wish to partake.

Exceptional apartment with a great layout for two couples and everything you need to relax and feel at home. Location was superb and close enough to walk to the French Quarter and downtown. Very quiet spot and we would most definitely recommend to others.

The place was exactly what we hoped for. The beds were super comfortable, & very clean throughout. The location felt safe. We parked at 740 Baronne which was super close and we had no issues. The cost was a little over $20 a day to just leave the car and Lyft your way to wherever you’re going. Peter was very friendly and helpful and even called us before we arrived to make sure to let us know he was there to answer Any questions we might have and gave us great suggestions of places to eat.

One of the Best Airbnb Experiences We’ve Ever Had: We were incredibly impressed with our stay at The Natchez. From start to finish, it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. If you’re heading to NOLA, it’s hard to beat this place—The Natchez sets the standard. Everything about the property is well thought out. The branding is on point, the layout is perfect, and the amenities are top-tier. The pool and two hot tubs made it feel like a resort. We were in town for a conference, but it’s clear this place would be just as amazing for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Honestly, we wish there were more places like The Natchez in other cities. We highly suggest expanding the brand—it’s clear they know exactly how to do it right.
