We stayed at the Wyatt Earp after a problem was discovered at the nearby Butch Cassidy and we were asked to change our reservation. The change was no problem, and the Wyatt Earp was comfy (great beds), clean (spin-and-span and clutter-free) and close to everything we wanted to do in Los Alamos (dinner at Bell's!) and the surrounding area (wineries). We only stayed one night so can't really comment on the kitchen use, but the layout is very convenient. There is only bar seating, so don't plan on a big sit-down meal. There was a little bit of street noise in the bedrooms, but the convenience/walkability of the location can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay! My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for a beach vacation. The hosts were very responsive during our late night check in and when we had to resolve one issue. The beach and restaurants are so close and there is a surf shop within easy walking distance to rent wet suits and other fun beach things. I highly recommend this town and these accommodations. We will be back!

My second visit. I felt right at home, everything was as the last time I stayed, Eryka addressed some improvements I suggested after last stay, shows she is on top of things. As I noted before, she is highly motivated to care for her guests. There is a great fireplace outside at covered area, very comfortable, something very desirable in this mild climate.

This is a quite a nice space, relatively close to town, and very quiet. It was spotless, seemed updated recently, and everything was in good shape. Liked the TV, that worked well with Apple Airplay and seemed to handle Google as well. A few things you should know, though... The bathroom is a 'Jack & Jill', which was a bit of a challenge sometimes. It's back behind some buildings, and not everyone is going to feel safe in this somewhat secluded space at night. Lastly, there wasn't a heater in the room with the single bed so it wasn't as cozy as the rest of the place.

What an amazing location! Less than 15 min to the beach and great restaurants. So private and cozy. The apartment has everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very restful time at Guys place. The huge bed was very comfortable and the TV in the bedroom made taking in a movie very chill. There is a balcony that overlooks the ocean with great views and the sound of the waves was an added bonus. Don't hesitate to stay at Guy's apartment for your next trip, he is a great host.

This is a truly beautiful property. Wonderful views of the ocean from this beautiful space and patio. The condo is decorated beautifully and the space was so comfortable. The two master bathrooms with tubs were wonderful. The team handled a maintenance issue quickly and with kindness. Cayucos is a charming beach town and a great place for us to stay while visiting our son at Cal Poly. Highly recommend this space!

Centrally located whether you’re doing beaches, looking for great food, a history buff, or enjoy wine tasting. Diane’s Airbnb was clean and comfortable.

We love staying at Matt and Toni's place because it's clean, spacious, well-appointed, and the location and view cannot be beat. Excellent value for the money too. It's so much nicer than a hotel.

We’ve stayed at Jody’s cute little place multiple times and just keep coming back because of so many reasons…Jody is a delightful, wonderful host, communicative and extremely caring and helpful, and her place is very clean, comfortable, has everything we need including little treats all over the place! The location is a few steps from the beach and a short walk into town…just love, love, love her place! We will definitely return again!

Linda took the time to provide me with an amenity that was listed as not available. She drove over and was very kind. She also provided snacks and beverages as a bonus. Her cozy little apartment made it feel like home and it was much appreciated.

Nice two bedroom place located 5 minutes from Monarch Dunes and Blacklake golf courses and 10 minutes from Cypress Ridge golf course.

Great place to stay. We will definitely be back. Anne and Emory did an excellent job of communicating and making sure I had all the information I needed to make it a smooth visit. The place was very clean and very comfortable.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and grand daughter, spent 10 nites at Zora’s place over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and being able to be together to play games and open presents. The close proximity into Solvang and its Julefest made for fun walks. We also enjoyed nearby wineries, Santa Barbara and local parks. I do think in 2024 in the Tech State of California not having free high speed WiFi is a bit anachronistic. Paying an additional $5 per device for poor bandwidth was unnecessary and annoying. That criticism however is not a negative reflection on Zoar but rather the Worldmark property policy

great Host and Neighborhood need to extend for an extra week due to job taking longer then expected host was very accommodating

Excellent apartment style place. Separated from the main house nicely and afforded plenty of quiet and privacy. Well equipped and great location for San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.

This place is a gem! So close to the beach, small but just enough at a terrific rate! We will definitely be back.
