The home is even more beautiful than the pictures give it credit. On a gorgeous plot of land, very spacious for 9-10 guests. Wish we had even more time there

Our family stayed at Summer Place over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, the home was just as it was pictured. The yard is fully fenced so no worry about our dogs getting out. The house was equipped with everything you could think of, even Tupperware! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. PRVR had the best customer service. Our spa had some issues that they sent someone out to fix on Thanksgiving day. Highly impressed with this BnB and with the rental company. Will probably stay here again.

Had a great stay at Kimmy's place! It was perfect for families with children. So many amenities: outstanding game room, hot tub, kitchen well-stocked for cooking, comfortable beds, pack-n-play, high chair, etc. Kimmy is an excellent communicator with detailed, clear instructions. Loved how close we were to the beach and a great coffee shop and bakery. Our family would definitely stay here again.

First, this is an amazing property. It's more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures can capture. It provided a much needed respite for our family during a fortunately brief evacuation from the socal fires. It's convenient to a number of great trails and beaches. We also had fun saying hi to the animals. Lastly, Laurie and the property manager went above and beyond to be supportive during a stressful time for our family. We look forward to coming back for a full vacation!

Michele was a great host. During our stay, there weren’t any questions my group had but Michele was proactive in making sure we were enjoying our stay. She even added recommendations with brochures for local places and activities nearby. The Airbnb was clean and pretty spacious for our group of 7. We went out there for a birthday trip to Morro Bay and the place is pretty central to a lot of towns nearby that gave us plenty to do. Definitely would recommend.

Lovely stay. very central to the areas we were looking to visit (Oceano/AG/Pismo). Host was very communicative and everything was very well documented.

This is a beautiful place!!! The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had everything we needed! We had an Amazing stay here!

The Beach Cottage had everything we needed and was big enough for 2 adults and 5 kids. The play room/bunk beds were perfect. the garage was converted to a family room, but the TV isnt for watching, it's strictly for video games. There is a TV in the living room, which worked well. Lots of seating. The kitchen was the most well stocked airbnb kitchen i have ever been in. Cooking was a breeze, shopping (aldi's, TJS and Von's) all close by. Sara was responsive, opened up the place a little earlier for us and the kid's loved the back yard trampoline. In addition the amount of towels and beach stuff was awesome (boogie boards, chairs, games and a wagon to carry it all in). I don't really have any complaints, aside from the road being a through street and it being a little noisy at night and i didnt even think of it, but there's only one bathroom, which can be tricky with a lot of people. Everything else was perfect, dont hesitate to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice kitchen and amenities. Beautiful view of the mountains out the living room window. Anne and Emory were quickly responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend their place in Solvang!

We love visiting Morro Bay. This cozy home was perfect for 3 friends wanting to get away, relax and enjoy nature. It was a peaceful, lovely trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The TV provided many options for entertainment at night. Very close to restaurants and the bay. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at Leanne’s place. The house was clean, organized, and set up with everything we needed. Leanne was great. We booked about 3 months prior to our stay and requested early check in as we had to be somewhere by 5. She was very responsive, followed up with me a few days before our stay as she said she would and again the day we arrived to let us know as soon as the house was ready. This was excellent service and I know she truly cares about her guests stay. Thank you Leanne for everything and we can’t wait to come back!

We can’t say enough nice things about our stay…we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We especially loved walking around petting all the horses! The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Excellent apartment style place. Separated from the main house nicely and afforded plenty of quiet and privacy. Well equipped and great location for San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this unique treehouse-style cabin! The hosts have gone above and beyond with thoughtful touches and attention to every detail, making the space both comfortable and luxurious. The private hot tub off the master bedroom was such a relaxing highlight, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect retreat. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests’ comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway close to everything!

My friends threw my bachelorette here and it was beyond expectations!! We had so many plans to go out to dinner or get drinks that always turned into just doing it at the Cabin, as it was always the better sounding option. The property is beyond the photos, so extremely beautiful and so peaceful and PRIVATE!! There are so many bedroom accommodations, and both cabins were so clean and cutely decorated! We all loved our stay and the constant talk was how amazing the property is!!!
