the hosts are very friendly, they also make the whole staying experience amazing by providing food reccomendations, places to visit around okutama and many more. Though i only stayed for one night, i can already feel the warmth the hosts tried to gave me, we walked together on my check out day while talking about a lot of interesting things. would definitely come back and have a wonderful time together with them again. their place is the best place i stayed on my whole trip.

Max is a great airbnb host. He also owns a taxi company so we hired him to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. Even though Tokyo was in the middle of a typhoon, Max picked us up and drove us 90 minutes to our airbnb. This house matches its description. It has just been totally refurbished - everything is brand new and works fine. It was very hot for the first two weeks and this place has 4 aircon units which kept us very cool. Just a few steps from a nice long trail along a nearby river which are dog enjoyed walking every day. The neighbors are very nice and the neighborhood is super quiet. It is only a 10 to 15 minute drive to Yokota Air Base, 10 minute drive to downtown Akiruno, 25 minutes from Costco. Go try nearby Edo Ichi sushi bar - it is a classic neighborhood sushi bar with excellent food. Max speaks perfect english and is very responsive - a great host. I recommend you download the app called "Line" which he uses and most Japanese use to communicate with each other.

The airbnb itself and the location were both great. The space was comfortable and had all the necessities we needed. The location walking distance to the train station and also multiple restaurants. I would stay here again. Not only that, but the host is wonderful. He helped carry my luggage down the stairs. 10/10

Our family of 4 loved our stay at June’s place! It was in such a great location - only 2 stops from Shinjuku but in a lovely local neighbourhood. The size of June’s place was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and we loved the heated floors for our cold spring nights! The 7/11 was directly downstairs and was very convenient for breakfast and snacks. They also offer luggage forwarding which we highly recommend! June was a wonderful host. She messaged to let me know we could check in early which we were so grateful for arriving on a cold rainy day. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and we had two awesome local meals. We highly recommend June and her place!

Great place and Leticia is a really great host. She met us and walked us there since it is a 12 min walk from the metro, telling stories along the way. We had a great time staying here and this fit 5 of us comfortably.

the location was amazing! it had everything we needed from conbinis to restaurants to a dryer. it is not far to walk to the station as well. the place is quite small actually but it fits 2 people. won’t be able to open 2 huge luggages at once though.

Absolutely fantastic location if you want to be thrown right into the bustle of Tokyo. Just 2-3 mins from the Scramble, the place has lot of food and restaurant options nearby. Lot of convenience stores too. Host was very responsive and the instructions were spot on, and description of the place matched the place. Cozy amenities, had all necessary amenities for our 5 day stay. The surrounding areas are a little seedy, but nothing too bad. Overall, great value for money and a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

My family of four had such a wonderful stay at Masami and Masahito’s apartment. This was our first stop in the city and even before we arrived their clear communication and proactive messages made arrival and check in a total breeze. The apartment was spotless and uncluttered. Everything is thoughtfully labelled and easy to use, and we were able to make ourselves at home right away. Basic supplies as well as a thoughtful snack basket were left for us, and there is a big grocery store a short walk away. The apartment is a short walk from several parks and playgrounds which we used often during our stay, and proximity to Hatagaya station (Keio New Line) made it easy for us to explore the rest of the city. We would not hesitate to recommend Masami and Masahito’s apartment to anyone visiting the Shibuya area of Tokyo!

Well located with nearby train stations. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, 15 minutes to Golden Gai, and lots of nearby restaurants. Apartment was small but suitable for our needs.

The home was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. It was in a peaceful and quiet location but still walking distance to the train and very good coffee. Really enjoyed the relaxing stay here!

Host was very detailed, communicative and responsive. Location was great. Slow and limited WiFi. We didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb and still hit the max limit and lost WiFi every day.

Toshi was an excellent host! He was very prompt and very helpful. The location was excellent, seconds from the supermarket and a Family Mart nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I am going to return whenever I am in Tokyo. You will be happy!

This was my first trip to Tokyo, and we weren't entirely sure on the blest place to stay in the city because it's so big. Eric's place was in the perfect area in Shinjuku in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Super close to the train station, and you can get to Shibuya and other places very quickly. The host responds very fast and the Airbnb itself was perfect for 3 people which is how many guests I had. Majority of our time was spent out and about, and this airbnb was the perfect place to come home to after a long day to just sleep. I would not recommend having more than 3 people stay in this airbnb just because the rooms are small and it is really only suitable for 3 guests. This airbnb was perfect for my trip to Tokyo and I highly recommend booking it!

Andy è stato un ospite gentile e reattivo, ci ha fornito istruzioni chiare su come raggiungere la casa e poter entrare e ci ha anche consentito di fare il check-in in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto. L'appartamento è piccolo ed essenziale ma esattamente come descritto e con tutti i servizi necessari (ad esempio asciugacapelli, diversi asciugamani, detergenti per la doccia, bollitore...). La zona è residenziale e tranquilla, ma a due passi da negozi, ristoranti e stazioni dei mezzi.
