Athina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir habe uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone. So kann man den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen, roch es frisch und im Schrank waren Sachen für das erste Frühstück. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Wasser und Prosecco. Vielen lieben Dank Athina, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben, liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, die hauseigenene Taverne bietet authentische griechische Küche, sehr empfehlenswert. Ideal für Reisende, die abseits der Touristenmeile untergebracht sein möchten. Sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Kos :)

This was my second stay at this wonderful apartment, and it was just as great as the first. The space is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated near great local amenities, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area. Anemos- their family owned restaurant is situated just below the apartment- the food is excellent, combined with the warm hospitality and sea views make for an amazing dining experience! John and his team were incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really does set the standard for Greek hospitality; creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be returning again!

We had a fabulous time at Uno Apartment on the beach in Tilos. Right on the beach. Just a few steps from our patio to our very own beach loungers. It was perfect. Beautiful bay for swimming and a choice of restaurants literally next door. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Ample room for the two of us to spread out and with the patio table and chairs for eating along with loungers and easy chairs outside we were spoilt for choice. Angelos father Pantilos was in hand to greet us and service the apartment during our stay and generally chat! Washing machine facilities too which was really useful as we are in a 3 week trip. Kitchen was simple but adequate for breakfast prep and light meals. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you x

La casa di Efstathois è molto accogliente e pulita, gli spazi sono comodi e funzionali. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ed eravamo comodissimi. La cucina è dotata di tostapane, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè americano e piano cottura tutto nuovissimo e funzionale. Si trova in una vietta interna ma in un minuto sei al mare e sulla strada principale, a pochi metri c’è anche un supermercato molto fornito. L’ host t stato molto gentile e reattivo, l’ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato la casa fino al pomeriggio senza problemi. Consigliatissimo!!!!

We loved our stay here. Aikaterini and Olympios were lovely hosts - very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They both really did everything to make our stay feel special. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and in a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! The apartments are located in a quiet spot a short walk to the beach and some of the best bars, restaurants and tavernas in Kefalos. The view from the balcony is just beautiful, as was the setting, surrounded my olive trees. Studio 2 was absolutely perfect for me. I loved that the kitchen and dining space was separate from the bedroom and that the balcony was sunny and of a brilliant size. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, including the shower room. The bed was firm (perfect for me!) and the air conditioning was superb. Kalliopi is a wonderful host, so warm, kind and considerate to her guests. Kalliopi was incredibly responsive to any messages I sent and nothing was too much trouble. I can't wait to visit again next year!

Andrea und seine Freundin sind tolle Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft zeigte uns Andrea die Unterkunft und gab uns eine Übersicht von Kos und einige Empfehlungen was wir besuchen sollen. Der Check-In wahr super einfach und unkompliziert. Bei Ankunft waren bereits Wasser und Säfte kaltgestellt. Die Unterkunft war am Tag der Abreise nicht weiter belegt, somit konnten wir gegen einen kleinen Preis die Unterkunft gegen 16:00 Uhr verlassen. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Ortschaft Mastichari. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand in unter 5 Minuten und die Bars und Restaurants in der Innenstadt in maximal 10 Minuten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auf dem Balkon kann man Abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Unterkunft hat keinen privaten Parkplatz vor der Türe. Aufgrund der engen Straße muss man sein Auto in den benachbarten Straßen parken, dies stellte für uns jedoch kein Problem dar. Tolle Unterkunft, klare Empfehlung!

Excellent central location, convenient for restaurants. In particular enjoyed quiet and private courtyard. Very relaxing. Varied welcome food pack. Comfortable and spacious.

Everything was great. My stay at Nisuri Home was fantastic. It has an incredible terrace with nothing in front but the sea on the horizon. The location is perfect, the place itself is totally clean and very welcoming. The cottage also served as the perfect base for exploring the nearby out of this world active volcano and amazing beach of Pachia Ammos.

The place is at literally 2 min walk from the beach! It is very private, the house looks new and beautifully decorated and perfect for 2 couples or a family. The bedrooms are both very nice with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The bathrooms are very comfortable. Washer is a good plus. The air conditioning works perfectly which is great in hot days. Lots of sunshine coming into the house which is beautiful. Very nice outside porch with sun beds. Plenty of parking space in the private area surrounding the house. We couldn’t be more happy about our choice! Dimitri was very responsive and accommodating for early check-in. I would highly recommend!

Yigit is a very responsive and helpful host. Takes care of all possible issues and constantly informs you. Place is clean and everything is working fine. There are some abandoned village homes around the house though which are not depicted in the photos. That is the only downside. People in the village are welcoming and helpful. The place is worth the money and I would overall recommend it.

İlk airbnb deneyimizdi ve şahaneydi. Evin konumu muhteşem, hem çarşının başlangıcında, hem plaj sadece 5 adım ötede, hem de huzur dolu... evin otantik oluşu ve denize açılan pencereleri ve balkonu bizi büyüledi. Nisyros adasında dolaşmak kadar evde vakit geçirmek de çok keyifliydi! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibimiz ve ailesi, dünyanın en tatlı insanları olabilir! Bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve güleryüzleri ve misafirperverlikleriyle bizi evimizde hissettirdiler. Kendilerine sonsuz teşekkürler. Bir sonraki konaklamamızı şimdiden iple çekiyoruz.

The studio is a quiet basic space next to the apartments also rented out, off the main road and situated almost as far down the island as you can get. It feels more villagey here near the fishing harbour of Kamari away from the more commercial strip of hotels and tavernas further north. We enjoyed peaceful breakfasts and eves on the balcony, watching the chickens& ate at nearby tavernas. Local groceries for basics. We hired a car to explore nearby sandy beaches but Kamari harbour beach looks fine as a small pebbly bay if you want to stay put. Accommodation was clean& basic with sheets kindly changed at midpoint of our stay. My son slept in a single bed in kitchen which was hotter & harder to cool down than the double room. Overall this was a peaceful fairly low budget stay in a good area for quieter beaches in south west Kos.

My husband and 2 boys came out to Greece to meet our daughter and granddaughter. We all came to the villa and could not fault anything. The boys loved playing chess. Enjoyed good BBQs in the garden. We could walk to Malibu beach in 20 mins which has a free pool and bar. Anytime we messaged the hosts they was quick to reply to our questions. Clean and spotless throughout. Granddaughter 4 months was comfy in the cot provided by hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much we had an amazing week

Ioannis è davvero una bella persona, è stato molto ospitale, cortese e disponibile. La posizione della casa è strategica per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e alle spiagge più belle del sud e dell'ovest, a nostro pare imperdibili. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l'appartamento perché le indicazioni su Maps di Airbnb non erano precise.

Wow! What a welcome. We requested an early check in which was agreed immediately and we arrived to find Akis waiting for us. The fridge had been filled with water, juice, bread, cheese & meats and there was coffee and tea and much more provided. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Both spacious double bedrooms had quiet, efficient air conditioning units and a furnished balcony. The apartment is situated just behind the rather pricey Ikos resort. Kastri Island could be viewed from the balcony and the beach is a short 600m stroll away and next to some beautiful old church ruins, great for photos. There’s an abundance of great restaurants and bars within easy reach but the apartment is really peaceful. We were also allowed to use the pool in the apartments opposite which was a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again without hesitation.

L'isola è davvero un luogo di pace e serenità! L'appartamento è molto semplice ed essenziale ma la posizione è ottima: al mattino appena svegli basta attraversare la strada e puoi fare il bagno in una bellissima acqua trasparente.

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!
