After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

Our stay was perfect! The house was great for my partner and our dog. The location was AMAZING! We were able to walk to tons of local bars literally a block or two away. Scooters and bikes were right on the corner and we were able to ride right into the city. It was a VERY QUIET neighborhood too. The location was right off the interstate and so easy to get to. We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. We plan to book again the next time we are visiting! Thanks for everything!

Jen’s place was just like it was described. It was in a cute and quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog with us and the greenway was 2 blocks away which made it very easy for walks. There were also dog bags, water and food dish and a leash at the house which was a nice added touch. The house was cozy and felt like home. The water was hot and stayed hot! It was amazing. Jen was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Adam's home is a beautifully updated space - very inviting and looks exactly like the pictures. It was mild early March weather and we especially enjoyed the backyard! We had never stayed in Windsor Park, it is a fun and eclectic neighborhood. Although we prefer Broad Ripple, we always felt safe and enjoyed walking to Mass Avenue and The Garage.

We had a great stay. The location was great and central to everything we wanted to do. The screened in porch was so lovely for all the rain storms when we stayed. Would book this house again!

Quaint little gem close to Ball State. House had everything needed including comfy beds, full kitchen, and wifi (important to my teen). Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute drive. Overall great stay, would come again!

Great stay for the Taylor Swift concert in Indy!! Had everything we needed & in a convenient location to the stadium. Felt safe staying here as two females!! And extra bonus for being pet friendly!!!

Very nice and accomodating. 10 minutes from downtown Muncie. Was a nice place for our family to all get together while in town for a funeral. Host was kind and provided everything we needed.

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

House was comfortable and has a lot of charm. I love the hard wood flooring. the color, feel l, and sound of it just added to the feel of getting away from it all. my family and I was able to decompress and relax as well as get our individual projects completed. Michelle was very proactive. She reached out to us to make sure we were okay prior to check in, during our stay when I had a question she replied really quick, and during the check out she wanted to make sure we had no issues. When we return later this year I will definitely look forward to staying here again if it is available.

Nice roomy place clean area easy to find

This is our 3rd stay. Patrick has been a great host since day one. He is professional, attentive , and great to work with. This house has been perfect for me and my family of 6 (Pug included). It is well furnished, with added furnishings with each stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, safe, and in a great location. Thank you Patrick for your hospitality!

Great place to stay for my weekend visit! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home is spacious with greet amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cozy & clean space. Had all the basics you could possibly need. The fire pit was an exceptional amenity our daughters loved. Great location especially if you are attending the 500 festivities in May. Host was readily available for help & offering suggestions & he responds promptly. Would certainly stay again & recommend!

This was a very cute and comfy place. My biggest thing when we stay away from home is comfort. Place was clean and in a quiet area. Lots of stores and restaurants, a cute downtown area down the street with shops and cafes. We would stay again if we needed to.

A nice modern house overall but the neighborhood is pretty rundown. It was not great if you have dogs to walk with many outdoor cats and garbage. That was the main disappointment for us as the yard wasn’t quite big enough for the dogs to get their exercise but we appreciated that it was fully fenced. The area by the river a couple blocks away was the best option for walks. The location is close to most attractions. The zoo is just a few minutes away and we could get anywhere in 15 minutes or less. The living room was pretty cosy to unwind in after a busy day. The decor and quality of furnishing were lovely! We also enjoyed the big whiteboard with recommendations from previous guests.

We had a great stay in speedway! House is right on the corner but traffic sounds we’re at a minimum! The bedroom on the right had a super comfy memory foam bed and felt like you were being hugged when you sleep. Super cute little house 😊

Another great stay at Sarah’s place in Carmel! Location is perfect for my needs-close to Main Street with great restaurants and shops Sarah very accommodating Thanks so much!
