Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home me & my family enjoyed our stay.

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

I met up with my friends from all over the country at Lili's beautiful home. We were immediately welcomed with a sign with my name on it as we entered the door. We had gone out to the pool when we first arrived, and Lili sited us there, so she came in to introduce herself. She gave us so many great recommendations about St. Augustine. Easy walking distance to the downtown area sites. We hope to return and will definitely rent from Lili again. The beds were comfortable, lots of clean towels, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom made our stay very easy. Thanks again Lili!

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful, and the house was spotless with unique floor tiles. The pool was perfect for our kids, and the location was great—safe, charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The leather reclining couches were super comfy, and the movie room with Netflix and Hulu was a hit. The laundry room was a great bonus, and the spacious kitchen (with a fridge that had a TV!) was a fun touch. Overall, a perfect trip—we'll definitely be back!

This by far was the best Airbnb I have rented. The house was adorable and we felt right at home. Everything was super clean, provided more of the small things than any other rental (spices, board games, kids toys, etc.) I have stayed in and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. This was my grandsons first vacation (14 months) and it couldn't have been more perfect. The fence around the pool relieved so much worry for his safety. It was spacious and open for him to run inside and out. There were 5 adults and one toddler and plenty of room! The host was super quick to respond and lovely to work with. The maintenance man came by and was so nice and even the lawn guys apologized for interrupting our day (they totally didnt and they even waved back all 100 times my grandson waved at them). We did not end up walking anywhere because we mostly stayed at the house but it was very convenient to everything. The option to heat the pool was the best $150 spent. Overall, I would recommend 100/10!!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at your home in Orange Park. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of three couples, offering plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a great visit. One of the highlights was the spacious sun room, it was the ideal spot to gather, relax, and enjoy each others company. The home was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, with retail and grocery stores nearby. Also there were eight public pickle ball courts at W. E. Varnes Park less than a mile away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I decided to book this place to celebrate my boyfriends 25th birthday. It looks like a page from magazine. This was a spectacular sensual mini staycation. It’s exactly what we both needed. Directions for utilization were precise & clear. I adored all of the sexy decor, sleek appliances and supplied amenities. The bed felt as if we were sleeping in the clouds. The space is absolutely spotless and smells wonderful. The time went by too quick ! We will definitely be back! Thank you Juliana & Mike.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jacksonville beach. The property is walking distance from the beach. There were beach towels and chairs already provided for us at the property. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The backyard was my favorite part, it was well manicured. I would rate my over all experience a a 10/10.

Comfortable home, clean and easy access to to hwy and parks nearby.

The house was great for what we needed it for. The pool was awesome for our two kids. The master bathroom/bedroom was my husband and my favorite part of the house. We also loved how close it was to the beach just a two minute golf cart ride. The host was very responsive and when we had a couple issues they got them fixed quickly. My family would definitely stay there again.

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

Staying at Matt and Tashas was great. Its a serene home with all the basic amenities you need. Its very clean and centrally located to crescent beach and st augustine downtown. Matt was very communicative and proactive if I needed anything. It was greatly appreciated as I ended up having to do the trip alone instead of with my friend like I originally planned. The sitting area in the backyard was also very private and made for peaceful mornings enjoying the sunshine and birds chirping with a cup of tea. Overall a great stay in a quaint location with a lot of tranquility & convenience.

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Camilles Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet - von 2 gut ausgestatteten Badezimmern, über Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Strandhandtüchern und Gesellschaftsspielen war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Dieser ist relativ kalt, das ist von unserer Seite das einzige Manko.

It was the perfect place to detach, unwind and relax. Great communication throughout booking and the stay. Everything was as pictured and expected, good condition. Fully stocked with everything you could need for home, pool, and beach. Great neighborhood to walk around in, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thank you, we enjoyed our weekend stay in St Augustine. The house was very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed for our stay. We liked that we were only a few miles from town, so the location was very convenient for us.

This little house was so adorable and the beach was right across the street. Loved the location and that there was parking. The little backyard was fully fenced and perfect. It felt private and was great for dogs and included and outdoor shower and foot rinse. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. There was also beach chairs and umbrella that made going to the beach a breeze, didn't have to bring much with us! The place was clean and well maintained. Would love to visit again!
