This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

Mit has been fantastic in accomidating us. The place we just as advertised and has been a great resource for us to stay in comfort and privacy.

Tiffany and Doyle’s place was amazing! The location could not have been more perfect. So close to all the trails and to downtown. The house itself was also perfect. Our kids loved playing outside on the playhouse and the adults enjoyed lounging on the deck. The house was spacious and allowed us to make and enjoy meals. Overall, we could not have picked a better spot to spend spring break as a family. And the cherry on top of an already exceptional stay was when we realized we forgot our son’s watch after checkout - they so kindly retrieved and mailed it to us. Topnotch hospitality!

My wife and I came to Bentonville for a long weekend. Martha's place had plenty of room to relax between our adventures. We also appreciated that the home was nicely appointed and clean. It was close enough to downtown that biking or walking were very doable. For the mountain bikers, Coler Park was a stones throw away.

The house was as described. It was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. I ended up sleeping in the swinging bed as I have back issues and a very firm surface is best for me. My travel companions indicated that they slept comfortably in the beds. Instructions were easy to understand and to follow. The kitchen has a variety of cookware to fit everyday needs. The extra touches to welcome our little dogs were great. It showed just how much the hosts try to make for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area and the house is available.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here, and it was fantastic both times. Everything was very nice and very clean. Extremely well stocked with everything you could ever need. Snacks and drinks are also provided. Very comfortable bed, and we loved the shower and bathtub as well. Great communication. Always ready to provide anything you need, and very fast response times. Great location in downtown Bentonville. Very easy to walk to many great restaurants, shops, entertainment, and trails. We love this place, and we would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Easy access to the interstate without the noise. I love that there were two king beds and large space. The nespresso machine made the best coffee. This will be our go to location when in NWA.

Took a weekend trip with my brother for golfing. The condo had a great view of the course and was a close drive. The Anchor, across the street was cool. Mostly for families with kids. We went and had BBQ at the RoadHog down the road, it was outstanding! Enjoyed every bit of the short time there.

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Great location, huge open space! For a family trip with two small babies it was perfect.

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!

Great place to stay and a great location.

Great, cozy place to stay. My sister and I stayed for three nights while on Monkey Island. We loved the theme and decor of the condo, golfing. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Tammie was a great host and responded very quickly to your needs. Thanks. Janet
