This home was perfect for our group. We loved having 3 en-suite master bedrooms. The location is great for beach(Siesta Key), waterfront restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book again!

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

The house was great. We loved the pool and the lanai, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen didn’t have everything we needed for our six week stay, but Jennifer was very responsive and immediately provided what we needed. The neighborhood was great for walking, and we enjoyed being close to the Nauti Parrot Tiki Bar, the Brunch Factory, and downtown Fort Myers.

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Everything about the house is perfect!! Beautiful, spotless, high quality, quiet & safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area! And recommend it to anyone! Oleg is quick to respond to any questions.

If you are looking for the absolute BEST place in Siesta Key to stay…THIS IS IT! Before the trip even began Gabriel was so responsive and helpful to all of my questions. When we arrived at the sweetest bungalow on the street, I knew we were in for such a treat. We had 9 women that stayed at the home and everyone had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The home was deceivingly big! We also rented the cottage and it is absolutely precious! All of the women absolutely adored this place. We walked to coffee in the mornings and the beach was right at the end of the street! It’s in a perfect location! We LOVED the outdoor pool…the home came with beach chairs and the best beach wagon I’ve ever used. When I say the house has everything…I couldn’t think of anything she didn’t think of. And last and most important thing to me is the cleanliness of the home… this house was pristine! Stop scrolling…this is your place!

This place was wonderful. The pool lanai was amazing. The home is close to everything and has bars restaurants within walking distance.

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

Virginia & Vanessa were fantastic hosts. Thoughtful professionals who communicate at a high level. The property was perfect for our family. It was clean, safe, private, and spacious. The house was free of clutter, which was particularly helpful given that we had a toddler in tow. The beach was walkable, lots of restaurant options close by, and great playgrounds. Thank you so much for the great stay, we hope to come back again!

Paradise Retreat is absolutely wonderful. The beach theme decor throughout the home is so relaxing. Both Robert and Sandy were very responsive to the few questions we had about the property. There are a couple fast food places within walking distance (Culver’s and Wendy’s). Within a short drive or Uber ride are so many great restaurants to choose from. So many extras were included in the home that we weren’t expecting and the home is really well stocked. How thoughtful to have birthday balloons and flowers when we arrived! Thank you again Sandy for being so thoughtful and helpful during our stay. Finally, the heated pool is amazing!

Olga’s listing was a perfect home for workcation. Has an office room, looks exactly the same from the picture, very clean, and they’ve got everything you need if you plan to cook. I take sleepy seriously and curtain kept room nice and dark in the morning. Movable shower head and instapot were added bonus for us where we were able to cook rice. Pool was super clean despite hurricane hits hard in the area, too. There has been minor issues here and there due to Hurricane Milton but Olga was very attentive and always promptly helped to solve the issue. Highly recommend to rent it if you plan to be in the area.

This place really started to feel like home as we have rented long term for the last I believe, four years. We knew we could get in our car and get to the beach, eat out or visit friends because everything was nearby. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare most of our meals. I loved that we had access to a washer and dryer and the back yard was very inviting just to sit in the sun. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns too. Wanda’s house was beautiful - extremely clean and spacious with a large living room and dining area. Located in a cute, quiet neighborhood with an easy 10-20 minute drive to many of Sarasota’s attractions. Would definitely recommend for a group or family, and would absolutely stay again!

Very nice home. Cozy space and beds. Nice pool. Our electric went out for about 12 hours so we couldn’t see anything the last night, but they were very attentive. It wasn’t their fault at all. Other than that, wonderful stay.

We had a great one month stay! Dorina was very responsive and accommodating. We have a one year old, and they purchased a pack and play and a rocking chair for us to use doing our stay. The place was exceptionally clean! We had some minor plumbing issues (shower drain backed up), but they did everything they could and quickly took care of the issue. The hosts went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely recommend booking with them.

Tracy's place is wonderful, and she is very attentive. She gave us lots of tips on what to do and where to go, which was a big plus. The backyard is very relaxing with a lovely spa where we enjoyed the evenings. The house was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. If I return to Siesta Key, I will definitely stay there again.

This was my second time staying at Deanna's place and just like the first time it was great. The house is comfortable and clean and in a great location. Close to restaurants and stores. The pool is awesome, couldn't get the grandkids out of it. The house was well stocked with everything we could've needed. Deanna was great at communicating. She provided detailed instructions that made checking in and everything else easy. We had no issues while there. Will definitely book again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home on the canal in Cortez! The property exceeded all of our expectations — it was even better than the photos. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere while still being close to everything we needed. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. Sitting by the canal in the morning with a cup of coffee was a highlight, as was watching the sunset from the spacious deck. The host was incredible — super friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. Their attention to detail and care for guests truly made this experience stand out.
