Our stay was great. Home was clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. The screened in porch overlooking the lake was wonderful. Saw a couple deer. A little rough getting down to the dock but definitely doable. Jennifer was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

The hosts were great. Answered our questions within the hour. The home was amazing. Thoughtful touches, including lots of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bath towels were luxurious. Decor was tasteful. Space was spotless. Deck and porch were great and we all loved the swing! Arcade games, table tennis, and foosball downstairs were fun for the kids and adults. Beds were comfy too!

Our group really enjoyed the patio and furniture outside. The stargazing was amazing. I felt as if I was in outer space. Almost slept on the back patio star gazing. We did fall asleep abruptly. The nature and the lake were a peace of heaven like passing through the solar system. Thank you.

What a wonderful house! Justin has thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was very comfortable. The location is beautiful with decks and 2 fire pits. It is private and quiet and we would definitely recommend this home especially if you are coming with kids!

This trip was planned to be a peaceful reset and relaxing. It was all that and more. All the locals are kind and helpful. Great restaurants! Dave’s pizza as well as Porgie’s was wonderful. So was King’s Table. There’s a place called Gentry’s for all your souvenirs, custom made shirts. Just about anything you can think of. The house was so peaceful, clean and inviting. We loved the two back patios. They were wonderful for coffee, games and dinner. If you need it she has it all. Planning another trip when there’s not a hurricane back home. Paula was very kind and let us check in early when we landed. We also went to the state park and walked the nature trail……it was stunning! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll see you again!

We had a wonderful time here, and it worked very well for a multi-family stay! Patrick was very helpful and we appreciated the whole area!

We chose this Airbnb because of all the bedrooms that was offered. We actually rented the entire unit. It had more than enough bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms for 17 people. The scenery was just absolutely beautiful and it was quite peaceful as well. Unfortunately we could not check in until after 3 PM on Saturday and after coming from Columbus, Ohio on motorcycles we chose to rest. Sunday the one day that we had there it rained all day, but we were able to fellowship with all our members and enjoyed ourselves. Check out was the very next day at 11 AM.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with this place! Everything down to what we needed to cook in the kitchen was well thought out. The home was peaceful, pristine and perfect for our Christmas in the mountains. We also enjoyed walking the mountain bike path behind the house! We feel restored. We highly recommend you stay here!

The house was great for our family. Dawana was great with communication. We didn't have any issues and would look to rent again if we are back in the area.

the surroundings outside were serene and the inside was cozy. It was the perfect place to stay. We are from out of state and we're visiting with family in the area. The home made me wish we visited when it was warmer and that we had a boat. It was above and beyond what we needed but I am grateful we had a peaceful place to come to at the end of the day.

Had a belated Christmas gathering of family members that we were unable to connect with during the holidays. This was a great place that was basically equal distance for all parties. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

Had a great stay at Sasquatch Acres. Really nice spot l, peaceful but not too remote. Good location for exploring the surrounding area and the caves. Check in was easy, Lynn was proactive and directions excellent. Place was as described, has a nice cabin feel with some modern touches. Really relaxing few days with the family and dog, highly recommended.

This home on the river is absolutely stunning and had plenty of room for my family to relax after long days in the sun. All of the sleeping arrangements were great too. The two decks in the back of the house were an outstanding place to drink our morning coffee. The views and scenery were fantastic and even saw many deer walking within feet of the house. Wow what a place!!! Will definitely be booking again for next year.

We enjoyed a family vacation with four adults and four kids aged 6-9. Pros- clean beautiful home and property. We all enjoyed the hot tub, and the swings around the fire pit. The house was private and spacious. Everyone loved the game room. It was about a 30 min drive to mammoth caves, which we went to most days to see caves and hike. After our outings we enjoyed a lot of time at the house playing board games and hot tubbing. Cons- my husband had to do some figuring out to get the hot tub to heat properly the first night. The outdoor furniture was a little lacking, it would have been nice to have a patio table for dining/playing games. Considerations- not exactly pros or cons but things I would want to know ahead of time- the area is very rural, which was peaceful and what we were looking for, but a drive to a lot of attractions. The house is on a large hill that I wouldn’t like for toddler aged kids. There isn’t really lake access at the house, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Amy was a great host. She was quick to respond when contacted with questions and willing to address any issues that arose. Amy’s place worked well for our needs.

Lovely. Only wish I had arranged for a longer stay Wish that I had arranged to cook dinner for our group in the beautiful kitchen instead of having a group dinner in a café at Mammoth Cave Lodge The back porch the surroundings are all beautiful. I will absolutely recommend this house and the adjoining properties as a wedding venue for my nephew.

David was wonderful! The house was probably the most kid friendly place we have ever stayed. Beautiful home and location. Clean, lots of things to do, tons of space! Made for a wonderdul staycation for Thanksgiving.
