Tatiya is a very nice host, friendly, very responsive and tries to help in any way possible that everything can be perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious and has everything you need: comfortable beds, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, kitchen with everything you need, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Security is very good 24/7. Easy and flexible check in and check out. The location in a very quiet residential area, great for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Thank you for everything Tatiya.

This was an excellent, comfy apartment, about 12 mins walk to ISB. If you are attending an event at the school, it's a great option for accommodation as the area is quite residential. The apartment was clean and comfortable and really well stocked with snacks, teas & coffee machine, shampoo & toiletries (even complimentary sunscreen!). The host was incredibly responsive and the home is well labelled for details like wifi code, how to use appliances, etc. It has 2 comfy beds and would sleep a family of 3 or 4 nicely. Not much to do in the area if you are not going for ISB events or visiting people part of the nearby community.

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

I loved my stay at this place! I was here for a month, and it was perfect for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of food spots and a 7/11 right around the building. Although it was slightly outside the main areas like Sukhumvit, the MRT was less than a 5-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around. Han was great - quick to respond and always helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a very comfortable stay and the host Shirley was lovely and picked me up form ten airport and dropped me off the next day which was very helpful and motivated me to book this flat. Close to airport and safe area all local nice eateries if you walk along and see Amozon cafe and 7/11 Ofcourse along the way. Nice quiet building , comfortable bed air conditioning works washing machine and big fridge. Would recommend Shirley’s flat helpful host who will respond and help out. 🙂

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

A very cozy, exceptionally clean studio, with the most comfortable bed I've slept in during my travels. Snacks, food and beverages were waiting for me when I checked in which I greatly appreciated! No other Airbnb host has gone that extra mile for me!! The swimming pool was wonderful and provided a nice break from the heat. The building was very clean, quiet and modern. When I mentioned to the Airbnb owner the building's sauna and steam rooms weren't working, she gifted me a 2 hour Thai massage at her expense to make up for that inconvenience. Plenty of room for 1-2 people, a tv with Prime video, Netflix, YouTube, etc., a nice sized refrigerator, 2 a/c units, an exceptional shower, and a balcony with a washing machine and detergent, all overlooking the pool. A little far from downtown Bangkok, but the LRT, taxis, Grab, vendors, restaurants and a grocery store are just outside the front door. Well worth my stay in Bangkok!! 😊😊

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

The condo room was appointed wonderfully. Kwang made sure the refrigerator was stocked with enough complimentary water to last my entire stay. I must also commend her on having an ample supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was top notch. The location is <5 minute walk to a MRT station if you need to venture into Bangkok proper. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11, but the condo has a couple of vending machines on the ground floor in case you are craving a snack or a drink. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. One of the best Air BnB places.. Strongly recommended, you can conveniently travel to BKK's attractions via SkyTrain system...

Orn place was nice. Quiet and peaceful. Communicated well with me. Clearly. Also gave me great advice on places to go. Used Grab a lot to get around. Mini Bus Golf cart to main street. Security was great and there active at all times. Theres are 2 7-11’s many small restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, laundry, nails and a massage place. Ate at many of the thai cafes there. Used the massage place for a foot and body massage. Great price. The main street had some street venders and a few restaurants and bank. Not a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The pool looked nice as well as the work out area. Never used them but people were using both. Thanks Orn

The place was everything and more. It is located in a very safe area in Bangkok! Walking distance to the MRT ( about 10 min). There is a big shopping center right next to the condo that has truly everything . It is kind of comparable to Target in the US. There are also several other little stores in that shopping center along with a food court with local foods ! A small 7/11 is also across the street. The condo is very clean and has lots of space. I love the views over the city. It has a nice little pool on the roof top and a little gym with some basic equipment! Anytime I had a question I received a response back in a very shortly! I would recommend to download the GRAB app as you can get a taco really cheap-even to the airport! If I come back to Bangkok I will definitely stay at her place again! Thank you again for being such an awesome host! Also, when we got there she had cold water bottles already in the fridge. Body wash and hair shampoo was also available in each bathroom and it has also a small washing machine which was super convenient! The clothes dry within hours because of the heat!

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

The condo was extremely new, clean, quiet, and just all around lovely! I traveled with my mom and loved that it was 2 br, 2 bathroom and the bedrooms are separated by indoor stairs so there was a lot of privacy. The pool is very nice and refreshing before sunset and there's also a sauna room but we didn't use it. The location is a bit far to the city centre (1 hr by car, around 300baht for Grab), but the shuttle bus service to Saima MTR station was convenient. From there on, you can take the Purple line. The host was very helpful and lovely too! She helped us out a lot via AirBNB text during checkin and also gave us great local recommendations. All in all, it was one of the newest and nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in, and it's great for 2 or 3 people groups.

We stayed for a month at Joy's place with our three children. We all loved our stay. The place is next to the MRT station and bus stop which takes us everywhere and also close to Nonthaburi Boat Ferry stop (Bus 65/30). A lot of food places are all around the apartment, and Big C super market is just a few minutes walk. Joy was always proactive with her communications. She also send us extra blankets immediately when we requested. Washing machine is downstairs in the parking lot to use for 30 Baht. There is a drinking water filling station also downstairs in the parking lot. We paid 4000 Baht as security deposit for electricity and water, and Joy returned the remaining amount soon after check-out. Joy upgraded our stay to another apartment on the same floor which was very clean and comfortable for our stay. It had a bathtub, a spacious kitchen, and and lot of space for all of us to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend our stay with Joy and really enjoyed her hospitality.
