Muy buena atención de Richelle. El lugar es tal cual las fotos. Tiene todo. Bien ubicado. La zona es muy tranquila.

Close to the supermarket and easy to check in

Sin dudas lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca al SuperFood y la playa, el apartamento tiene lo necesario para estar cómodos, es básico pero cómodo, cuenta con agua caliente en la ducha. Jesús nos solucionó todo, te facilitan una ruta para conocer la isla y en mi caso se me rompió una llave que rápidamente Jesús nos dió solución inmediata, siempre pendiente que la pasáramos muy bien en Aruba y así fue, recomiendo el lugar

What a wonderful place and what lovely hosts! The place was beyond perfect - everything very clean, cozy with a very nice personal touch and the pets and pool a treat for our 5 year old daughter! The BBQ was a really nice one! Mitch and Jessica were so kind and pro-active hosts, making sure that our stay would be as wonderful as it could be - arranging a sleeping couch for us, organizing a child seat when renting a car with them (without us even asking for it), and so many, many more things! They asked us if we wanted privacy during our stay - but we actually enjoyed having them around (cannot imagine anyone who wouldn’t) and still had a lot of privacy!:) We highly recommend this place and would love to visit it again sometime- who knows..!

My family of 3 this trip enjoyed our stay here! Hot water in the master bathroom on the right handle with detachable shower head was very nice after a long day out. The house felt older style with newer amenities and had everything we needed for our stay. I guess the one thing missing is a pool to cool off in the hot sun but they said that was coming next haha! We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade with a warm breeze. I downloaded maps but had difficulty finding this house#. The housekeeper shared her pinned location and I was able to use that to route to a house next door and it worked. We had an issue with one of the toilets not flushing correctly but the housekeeper was very attentive and fixed the problem after messaging. Clear communication and respectful of privacy. Since our flight wasn't until 4pm and nobody needed the house right away the host was happy to accommodate us for a couple hours of late check out. This wouldn't be guaranteed but it was helpful for us!

Our stay at Jose's place was fantastic! Everything went smoothly, and Ismael was an outstanding host, always helpful and showing us around San Nicolás. If I ever come back, I know exactly where I'll stay. Highly recommended!

Exactly as advertised. More beautiful in person. Great communication by host. Quick response to questions. Property manager was very friendly and was waiting in parking area for our arrival. It couldn’t have gone any better. Won’t hesitate to book again.

Enjoyed the stay overall. I did get lost the first day but Nicole helped me to get back home. She was very helpful by giving me the name of the homes and gardens for the location when we were lost. I would recommend me using that location. I enjoyed the island and especially baby beach. I would most definitely recommend baby beach if you want privacy and less crowds for the day, the water is beautiful at baby beach. I enjoyed the California light house I would recommend driving there instead of getting a tour. It cost $5 to climb to the top to see 75% of the island. And, I will also recommend driving to the caves and baby beach instead of taking a tour bus, both trips will save you money and time. I definitely recommend a car rental while on the island which the host will provide for a low rate of $40 and Kevin will be on time to pick you up from the airport so you don’t have to worry about standing in a long line for a car rental at hertz and etc. Kevin was also very informative!

My family of 7 had a fantastic time! Beautiful spacious home with an incredible outdoor space! The pool was fabulous! Beautiful details all over, from the gardens to the bedrooms. It is very close to a couple of great grocery stores, lots of restaurants, and gorgeous beaches which were easy to get to with a rental car. Very happy we had a rental car to get around. This home is fantastic. We would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Nuestra estadía en este departamento fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El lugar estaba impecable, muy bien decorado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda y relajante. Silvana y Pico fueron extremadamente amables y atentos, siempre disponible para responder cualquier pregunta y darnos excelentes recomendaciones. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Aruba. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Very walkable location with two great restaurants next to the apartment, Island Grind Coffee right down the street, and a 10-15 minute walk to the high rise hotel district in Palm Beach which has lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants. You can easily access all the best beaches in Aruba from this location and it was one of the most affordable options in this area for the amount of space and amenities you get with it.

Our family of 9 (ages 10-62) stayed comfortably in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach with turtle spotting while snorkeling every morning at 7 am. Private pool was perfect. Relaxing on the pool deck was a dream, so peaceful and plenty of seating options for the whole family. Truly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at this property, and there were both good things, and also things that I wish I would’ve known before booking it. The property itself was modern, clean, but smaller than the picture made it seem. The size was definitely for a maximum of two people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. There was not any storage for our clothes, so they had to stay in the suitcase or on the couch. The pool was clean, but much smaller than the photos makes it seem. While we were there, the washer and dryer broke. Our electricity also went out for a short period of time, however that was due to a neighborhood wide outage (and not an occurrence I believe happens often). My husband and I also had to come a day later than expected, and when I told the host ahead of time, I did not receive a response. Otherwise, we had a beautiful stay. The walk to the main strip was 10 minutes, and the walk to the beach was closer to 15 to 20 minutes.
