A perfect family getaway by the beach. The dining table looked out at the stunning ocean view with ocean breezes. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms ensured everyone was able to relax and enjoy the summer retreat. The pool, while small, is great for family fun in between ocean surfs just a brief walk away. Table tennis is fun. Host was kind, thoughtful and proactive. Linens and towels high quality. Great family space with separate TV and couch to the main living room. Great for dog lovers. Definitely felt like a luxury beachside escape.

Great location and views. Short walk to dog friendly beach. Lots and lots of space, well furnished and appointed house, modernised bathrooms. Great place for family holiday with a dog.

Cannot wait to re-book. There will never be enough time to enjoy that palace, can't fault anything, Jodie was so helpful and an absolute gem to correspond with.

Fantastic stay in a fabulous apartment. The views are amazing and the property is very cool and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the pool access was a bonus! It’s a great location, the beach is so close and Peregian Beach has some lovely breakfast spots and is easily walkable. Aaron has been super helpful and has responded to everything very quickly. We look forward to returning!

This was our second time staying in Cathy’s wonderful home. It’s perfect for a family - 1 min walk to the beach, quiet but still walkable to Peregian restaurants and shops. 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Cathy.

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.

Amazing stay! The house is exactly as per photos. It is a beautifully appointed and comfortable space, walking distance from the beach and shops. Having a heated pool in Noosa is a rare find and made all the difference for the cooler and rainier weather. It was decked out with everything we could need, including lots of games for the kids to play which they loved. Janelle is an incredible host and we will definitely visit again.

This house is a lovely property, one street back from the beach, with sweeping ocean views and great privacy. We found the layout and amenity really great for a small group, also suiting family groups. There is building next door, but this did not affect our stay the week we were there. The check-in process was easy and we were greeted with a personal handover and a lovely cheese and charcuterie platter to enjoy on our first afternoon. I would definitely book this home again, thank you for having us! ☺️

We had a fabulous stay at Louise’s place. Louise was very kind and accommodating, and allowed an early check in and a late check out. Her gorgeous place was pristine clean and extremely well equipped. We always come with extra toilet paper, washing liquid, bin bags, beach towels etc but this was all provided in excess. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. The house is spacious and it was a bonus allowing us to bring our pets. There is a great pizza place only 2 minutes away, as well as coffee. Everything else including the beach and main restaurants are a short 10 minute drive away. Thank you Louise and family, we will definitely be back.

My family and I had a fabulous time at Summer salt in Sunshine! It was the perfect place to accommodate our large group. My family of five (3 children under 6) stayed in the main house which was perfectly set up for us. My mother visiting from Canada and my husband’s mother and partner each had their own private dwellings on the lower half of the property which was perfect in allowing for their privacy and separation during our 9 nights stay. The pool was fabulous especially for small children as it had a soft landing and perimeter and wasn’t too deep. The location was great and only 10 minutes walk to the little sunshine village as well as a path directly down to sunshine beach. Penny was a great host and extremely responsive and welcoming. She even offered us a late check out without request! Would highly recommend Summer Salt if you’re visiting Noosa and travelling with a two or more families! Thanks again Penny x

Great family home and pool with good facilities and location for a fun holiday

Rick and Trish have created a beautiful oasis that allowed us to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Desert Flame is a wonderful, modern, spacious home. It was perfect for a week over Xmas with 2 families and my 80-yr-old aunt. We loved the pool, and we loved the location - 5 minutes walk to Marcus Beach - perfect walking for our cavoodle and great swimming for the kids. Note that the middle pavilion does not have air-conditioning which is only an issue when it is over 30C every day!

We were very happy with our stay here on the sunshine beach. Kitchen was well stocked with some basic supplies and equipment to be able to cook ourselves. The house was very clean and tidy. Location was very close driving distance to Noosa. Hosts were very friendly and informative, providing everything we need. Highly recommend.

Rob’s place is gorgeous, it had everything we needed and more. Perfect distance to Hastings street….And drivable to anywhere else. We had a fabulous week away in the sun…and rain! Thanks for sharing your place rob and having the lovely staff at niche looking after us.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday with the kids. The house is located at a close distance to Hastings street and the main beach, so we were always able to head out to enjoy all the activities, but then get back to the calm and peace of the house, away from the bustle and noise. The pool was great and kids absolutely loved it. All the amenities and comforts provided. Definitely a great spot to get away.

We had a really great stay st the house. It was super close to the beach, you could see the water from our bedroom. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with plenty off room for him to roam. The place is filled with amenities and is very comfy cosy. It’s close to all the shops, great coffee and the surf club. The team at the rental place were extremely efficient and easy to deal with.

We found the perfect spot on the Sunshine Coast! The house is beautifully laid out and decorated. There's loads of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and the location near the Peregian beach shops and park is ideal. Host was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Our family’s second time staying at Adam’s place. We love Sunshine Beach and surrounds. The location of this property is unbeatable- a short walk to the beach and the shops. We love the space and the vibe of Adam’s home. We always feel welcome and settled. Another great trip- thanks so much Adam!!

Excellent location write on the beach. We felt like we were in the bush with plenty of wildlife, such as a goanna and birds viewed from the veranda. About a 15 min walk to the village but you can easily catch an Uber if need to. I would definitely recommend this house for a beach holiday getaway.

Bree’s place is fabulous. Beautiful stylish home, close to everything you will need on your holiday. This was our second stay and we hope to get back again. Park your car and you can then walk to everything. Cafes, beach, park, great shopping, excellent IGA, pub, bottlos etc. Pool is beautiful as is the huge deck for relaxing to watch the sunset. Also Bree is an excellent host. Highly recommend Bree’s home for a Peregian holiday.

Hayley was such a responsive, friendly and generous host. Her house was warm and inviting, so much so that we felt part of the family. Our fur baby felt right at home in the secure, private yard. The stay was a short walk to a popular beach which was also very dog friendly. Hayley's house had every convenience which made our stay so very enjoyable. I would like to thank Hayley for her hospitality and would recommend her lovely home to anyone.
