Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Das Highlight sind das kostenlose Gym und die Sauna, welche für einen Aufpreis erhältlich ist. Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Bei uns gab es einen kostenlosen Brötchenservice, auch sehr praktisch!

Meine Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu Empfehlen.

I was for approx. 2 weeks in David´s apartment. I know Hamburg already very well, so it is a perfect area for a stay in this beautiful city and the apartment is also in a beautiful house on the top with a perfect view around. The spacy balcony would be lovely for warmer times. I was there in Dec. / Jan.. The apartment itself is also very spacy with nice furnisher. Communication with David was quick, friendly and on the point. Thanks for the hospitality.

Es war eine super unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Bildern und in einem super Zustand mit toller Einrichtung und einem super schönen Garten. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool. Es war ein echter Glücksgriff .

Mein Mann und ich waren für eine Nacht mit seiner Schwester im Appartello. Uns hat besonders gefallen das wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten. Wir haben sogar Näpfe bekommen, eine Kleinigkeit an Futter und ein paar Infos bzg einer guten Route zum spazieren. Das Schlafsofa wurde auch direkt vorbereitet. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden immer wiederkommen.

Great stay. The location of this apartment can't be beat. It is steps from the Aussen-Alster (a very nice lake with a walking path and view of downtown Hamburg across the lake). Excellent bus connections to the center and the airport around the corner, and a 15 min walk (or short bus ride) to the subway. Also an EDEKA supermarket is just around the corner. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with heated floor. Not a problem for us but good to know: Windows of the bedroom look out onto a wall and another apartment building above that, windows of kitchen and bathroom look out onto the inner courtyard where people from other apartments in the building walk by, so you will have those blinds closed at all times. There are no black-out curtains in the bedroom. Kitchen has salt, dishwasher, stove, oven, glasses, plates, silverware, french-press, tea kettle, tea pot, small fridge, 1 frying pan, 1 cooking pot, salad/mixing bowl. It doesn't have a colander, toaster, microwave, or oven dishes.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schönen ruhigen Viertel. supermarkt, Drogerie, Restaurants und alles was macht braucht, um die Ecke. Wir sind mit dem Bus rund um die Uhr in die stadt und wieder nach Hause gekommen. Check in in out hat super geklappt, Bettsofa war schon ausgeklappt und bezogen und sehr gemütlich, Schlafzimmer war verdunkelt und wir haben uns wie zuhause und sehr wohl gefühlt! In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die alster und läd zum spazieren, sup oder sitzen am Wasser ein. Alles Tipp topp, wir kommen gern wieder!

Neues Jahr, neuer Trip zum Freilichtmuseum am Kiekeberg. Auch in diesem Jahr habe ich das airbnb von Kayode gebucht. Alles prima. Gut geeignet, um nach den Arbeitstagen im Freilichtmuseum abzuschalten. Ich werde es sicher wieder buchen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Ich hatte das Glück, drei Monate in diesem wunderschönen Architektenhaus zu verbringen – ein echter Glücksgriff. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die Ruhe, die diesen Ort besonders macht. Die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und holen die Natur direkt ins Haus. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist ein echtes Highlight – es fühlt sich an, als wäre man mitten im Alstertal, das tatsächlich nur knapp 300 Meter entfernt liegt. Statt Autolärm begrüßt einen hier am Morgen das Zwitschern der Vögel. Der Balkon ist durch seine geschützte Lage schon im März ein warmer, sonniger Ort zum Verweilen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist durchdacht und so gestaltet, dass man sich als Gast wie zu Hause fühlt. Wer einen ruhigen und stilvollen Rückzugsort sucht, ist bei Monika und Christian genau richtig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Florian nous a accueilli chaleureusement et s'est montré très flexible malgré notre réservation tardive. Il nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour trouver où dîner. Son logement est très confortable et moderne, et d'un calme absolu. Ce fut un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec joie lors de notre prochaine visite de Hambourg !

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Hamburg, and a significant part of that was thanks to Kathrin, our fantastic host. Kathrin is incredibly welcoming, warm, and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself is nothing short of delightful – it's not only clean and cozy but also perfectly matches the pictures provided in the listing. The attention to detail in every corner of the house creates a charming and inviting atmosphere. Staying at Kathrin’s place was a truly enjoyable experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable place to stay in Hamburg.

Monika and Christian are absolutely the best hosts anyone can ask for - but more importantly, they are genuinely good people. They ensure that your experience at the residence (and Hamburg) is comfortable and enjoyable. They do not see you as guests but as family members and friends. The residence is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and is accessible by public transport. Also, the facilities at the residence are in great and neat condition. I would 100% recommend this for your next stay in Hamburg.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und den Fotos entsprechend gestaltet. Uns wurde direkt von Anfang an ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Eindruck vermittelt der sich auch absolut bestätigt hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber und einladend. Neben einer super liebenswerten Katze wurden wir auch von einem kleinen Überraschungsgeschenk begrüßt. Reiseplaner, Empfehlungen etc. waren zu genüge ausgelegt/wurden vermittelt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. :)
