This is the perfect place for me when I have to come for meetings in the area… Perfectly comfortable, totally friendly hosts, walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants, easy parking, super comfortable bed, fireplace in the winter, what else can you ask for?

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Boston. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders das Frühstück bei Lisa. Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Location was great. Basic stay but it was perfect for what we needed. If you have a lot of luggage, just make sure you know it’s in 2nd floor so you need to carry your stuff upstairs. Two of the rooms are facing the front street so it could get noisy especially after a lot of snow with the snow plowing truck.

We absolutely loved our stay in Brookline! Grace was an amazing host, and her historic home was the perfect base for our Boston adventure. The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants and the public transit.

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

We were delighted to stay at the airbnb and had a wonderful time! We definitely plan to revisit and look forward to our next trip to Boston. The stay with our hosts made the whole experience very special.

I really enjoyed my stay with Kate. She was warm, welcoming, and reliable. She is genuinely interested in people and our conversations were wide ranging, from gardening to art to history. I can't wait to return. Kate will always be my first choice of host in the Boston area.

Our stay at Aah-qua was fabulous. The house is impeccably clean and comfortable. Trisha and Greg are a wonderful team. Stay here if you get the chance! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious. If you are tired of the same old routine with hotels try this place. It was definitely a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The most exceptional Air B&B we’ve ever stayed! The sailboat was docked in a beautifully, well kept marina. The few people we saw on their boats were quiet and very polite. The boat itself is well maintained and beautifully kept. We were in the heart of the historic district with sights to see and many restaurants within a short walk. And yet…as we sat on the deck with charcuterie and wine it was quiet and peaceful, exceptional! We will be back!

Staying with Myra was the original and wonderful AirBnB experience. We received a wonderful warm welcome, excellent recommendations for a late dinner in Newton, great ideas for running routes and such a lovely breakfast in Myra‘s kitchen with pancakes on day one and a lovely granola / yoghurt mix on day 2. Myra is the best host you can imagine and we had lovely talks with her about traveling the world, local universities, political challenges and much more. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. A full 10 out of 10!

This bed and breakfast was so lovely! Located in the Brookline area of Boston it’s a quick walk to the Main Street and lots of shops/restaurants. I only stayed one night for a concert and it was perfect, I could walk to the venue. Beds were comfy, my specific room you had a shared bathroom with one other room but it was super clean. It’s quiet but a white noise machine is provided, ear plugs, fans. Easy check in and I recommend reserving parking since you can’t park on the street overnight.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.

Jodi is a great host and outstanding human being. She is generous, friendly and welcoming. The house is nicely decorated with an artistic touch. I would love to come back, I felt like visiting a good friend. Totally recommend!

Justin's 300+ year old pre-American Revoluion home is in incredible & intact condition with many original architectural/design delights including original floor planks, fireplace / kitchen hearth, and beautiful barn (which we learned from our host is likely the oldest surviving barn in the country on its original foundation). Justin generously shared his vast knowledge about the history of home and the original (and subsequent) owners of the house. He was also delightful to hang around with, and very helpful with logistical details and recommendations etc. The accommodations (including modern bathrooms!) are charming and appropriate, and the home is full of era-appropriate artifacts and eclectic/fun items, all of which Justin invites guests to interact with. Highly recommend - especially if you love his old houses and history. I can't imagine another unique opportunity to be so up close with a house of this era without it being a no-touch museum setting. The home & host are treasures!
