Jeff's place was a spacious, comfortable, inviting home away from home for a holiday family gathering. We were very comfortable and enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The living room was a perfect place for relaxing. In addition to enjoying Jeff's lovely house, we were able to walk to the arboretum and enjoy long strolls to work off holiday calories. JP commerce was just a quick drive away. I would be happy to return to this comfy home.

My mom and her friend had a wonderful 2 1/2 weeks stay at Sharon’s place in Jan. The location was perfect as they could walk to the grocery store any time. When the weather was warm, we all enjoyed walking the beach (3 blocks away!). Our kids enjoyed playing with the toys in the closet. My mom enjoyed the full kitchen and cooked there often. Sharon was kind, communicative, and helpful!

We were really lucky to find this amazing apartment for our first Airbnb experience. It was in a perfect location for us and offered many special touches to make our trip easier and more comfortable. It's easy to see why Vicki is a Superhost; she was thoughtful, attentive, and prompt in getting back to us. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a great stay at Michael's house. It was a stressful time as we were there to attend my mother's funeral. Michael was the perfect host and could not have been kinder to us. He responded quickly to questions or requests and he was very flexible: offering us an early check in and was accommodating when we needed to add a day at the end of our stay. The house was lovely: clean, well-stocked, warm and homey. The perfect place to come home to after a long day. It was nice to have different sitting rooms, if you wanted some quiet time. We were close to downtown restaurants, walkable when it's not 10 degrees! The ocean is right at the end of the street. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay again!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly as pictured and all of the beds and bathrooms were clean. There is another unit in the basement, but you can only hear the people down there if you are standing right next to the locked door between the spaces. We recommend Regina’s place and would stay there again!

This home was perfect for our needs - we wanted to stay in the neighborhood for an extended family gathering. We could walk to our destination which was wonderful. We felt at home and this house was stocked with everything we could need! We will definitely stay again! Marybeth was very accommodating and easy to Communicate with.

Nice, light and bright apartment in a wonderful building and Cambridge location. Many restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies nearby. My teens especially liked the ice cream shop next door. Always great to have laundry available. It is a nice building with a fantastic gym. Views overlooking the city. Had more than expected kitchen supplies, herbs/spices for cooking, etc. Would definitely stay there again if/when we need to be in that area.

Very aesthetically done up apartment in the heart of downtown Boston- walkable to Newbury street. Spacious and well stocked with everything you woild need. A real gem of a place. Would go back to stay there any time I’m in Boston.

We stayed here with two toddlers and had a great time! The hosts were very responsive: * We flew in from the west coast on a red eye, and asked if it would be possible to check in early. The hosts very graciously let us check in super early, so we could take a post-flight family nap. * It was cold and snowy during our visit, and the host was on-site right after the storm to shovel and salt the walkways and driveways. Their proactive actions made it possible for us to safely ferry our young children back and forth to/from our car. In addition, the Airbnb was very clean, and came stocked with enough cookware/etc for us to cook and eat family meals together. The travel crib was excellent and fit, assembled, into the closet of the main bedroom. The bedding was clean and warm. And the entire place, despite being in a basement, is centrally heated; we could keep it warm enough for our young kids despite the cold weather. And there were some toys! A great place for families

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.

After spending a few weeks in various Air BnBs this one was the best! You get your own space/bathroom/kitchenette. There is no stove but enough electric cooking appliances to make anything you need. Thank you Castagna!

Nice comfortable home and plenty of space. We enjoyed the spacious layout, nice kitchen and overall place!

We had a great stay. The apartment is bright, peaceful, convenient and LARGE! Even more than it seemed in the pictures. The manager was very responsive and we really appreciated the tea and coffee that was laid out for us.

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

This is my third stay at Anna & Samuel! The house is always very clean, warm and comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and inviting. Anna is always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. She is a sweetheart and takes pleasure and pride in hosting.

Visiting Anna and Samuel's home allowed for an immediate positive impression of Boston/MA. We felt lucky to be in such an enchanting house and room. More importantly, Anna was extremely kind and helpful. She was always present to guide us and all of her efforts for us (and other guests) felt genuinely friendly - I'd never seen anything like it, but she truly brought guests together and created a cozy environment for all of us. Very unexpectedly nice... I'd love for us to return next year! I recommend this place to any visitors of Boston/MA.

I stayed with my friends for one night and it was an amazing stay. Anna and Samuel were very nice and the room was beautiful, clean and well kept. location was excellent as well.I recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Boston.

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!
