After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We’ve just enjoyed 5 fabulous days at The Bothy, where Julie and Graham were consummate hosts. Thoughtful little touches, like providing a welcome pack and breakfast ingredients were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed the homemade cake and jams! The Bothy is light, clean and airy, and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the sofas in the living room. (Throws were also provided so you can snuggle up with your dog!) Loved that guest access was provided for using streaming services on the TV. This is such a lovely place to stay: well placed for visits to The Broads, Norwich and the beautiful Norfolk coast, with many local country pubs if you fancy eating out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bothy for a trip to Norfolk, and we will definitely return. Thank you so much, Julie and Graham!

Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

Lovely small cottage tucked away off the road but close to local amenities. The cottage was kept clean & had all we required for a comfortable stay. Gail, herself was extremely helpful with instructions given on how to find the cottage. All in all our stay at The Stables proved to be a really pleasant one & Tess (the dog with us) seemed to enjoy herself too.

Lorraine was a great host, communication was excellent. Told us all the best places to eat in the area etc. Annexe was great, clean, with private garden. Conservatory was lovely to sit in during the late afternoon. Really pieceful place to stay. Would definatley recommend.

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

Great accommodation that was perfect for what we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the town was only a few minutes drive. Paul and Debs were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do during our stay. The accommodation was clean. The roads outside were quiet at night. The kitchen was as advertised and they included some food and refreshments which was lovely. A brilliant location with friendly hosts made for an excellent weekend.

A brilliant experience all in all - Fahri was a fantastic host who communicated perfectly, very throughly too. The room was bright and airy, the provided kitchen with Coffee, Tea, cereal was a really nice touch. The location was also perfect, only being a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Norwich. Can’t recommend both Fahri and this location highly enough!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Penny's. Beautiful area, lovely cosy home, super comfy bed, very good shower . Penny is super friendly and so his the adorable Tig :) Highly recommend

This is a lovely space. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The cooked breakfast was delicious and Clare is a friendly host. My dog enjoyed the stay too. The location is great - next to many of the wonderful Norfolk Norfolk activities. I would stay again.

We had a lovely stay with Trish. Made very welcome. Lovely cozy home with a nice comfortable room. We were offered Breakfast too. We will definitely be returning.

Before I'd even arrived John and Chris made the process of arranging a time to check in and instructions on where to park really easy, even though they were travelling abroad at the time themselves. They were very quick to respond to messages. The welcome was lovely, personable from the moment I walked in. My room was exactly how it appeared on the photos. Comfortable with lovely extras like a great selection of teas and coffees, including decaffeinated drinks which I really appreciated. Also fresh milk in my room which was great along with sparkling and still water. They really are thoughtful. Breakfast was lovely which I hadn't been expecting at the point of booking but was yet another extra that made my stay special. John and Chris can't be faulted for their hospitality. They're also really interesting people to talk to so if you and they have time, do chat. I will certainly return and have already been recommending Number 26.

Yosita was welcoming and friendly. The house is a beautiful listed building and our room was at the top of the house and was nice and quirky, just what we like. Breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay there again.
