Wonderful little retreat in the heart of town. Lovely place with thoughtful touches. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Our third stay at Robyn's cabin, and not our last. Much appreciate the welcome fresh baked bread, butter, jam and milk together with other essentials to get our stay off to a great start.

very friendly and helpful, very nice location, hot tub was very clean and nice to use already set up and ready to be used if wanted. Pippa was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and very helpful if needed anything, the poolside lodges we stayed in was very clean and had everything you'd need in it. we are looking at going back in summer when swimming pool is open. only downside was the busy main road getting in and out of complex can be bit tricky other than that was lovely stay and would recommend the place.

Arrived in the dark so had slight delay in finding the right house but Christine came out to help and showed me to my rental. Plenty of treats and more than adequate breakfast were there but I didn't need any local info as I was visiting family. Slept exceptionally well in the comfy bed. Garden was lovely even at this time of year.

Stayed here for 4 nights - fantastic location for walks along the coastal path. Very comfortable set up, quiet and peaceful surroundings plus the added bonus of gated parking too . Facilities were as described, it was so useful having a little kitchen area to dish up meals after buying fresh produce from the local deli’s across the Norfolk coast region. Plenty of hot water and heating which made it all feel cosy esp during the evenings. Will be returning for sure in the not too distant future.

Lovely quirky little place to stay in a peaceful area. Perfect for a couple or family of 3. Hosts were really nice and friendly. The cats and chickens in the garden were lovely and a real novelty for my young son. So many interesting items relating to the music theme in the room and the big table football is a great addition. Everything we needed was in the room and everything was clean and tidy. There is only one sink in the bathroom but this is fine is you are only rinsing cups etc. Plenty of nearby places to eat out and visit. We woukd definitely recommend as an easy place to stay for a few nights.

Just spent a lovely long weekend and have come away relaxed, refreshed and energised. Neil was a great host, considerate and knowledgeable of the local area. It was lovely to be met and shown around the property. The bed is very comfortable and the skylight has a blackout blind which works well for sleeping in and start gazing on a clear night. The games room was perfect for those wet and windy evenings and having a log burner meant hours of warmth whilst playing pool and darts. The Suffolk coat is on the doorstep and would recommend Cove Hithe as a wild place to walk. The black dog deli is a must.

We had a lovely stay. Really quiet environment and enclosed courtyard for our dogs. This was a good place for us to explore the Broads and some of the beaches nearby. Had dog bows, towels and treats for the dogs which was a lovely touch. Place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Had such a lovely stay! Really clean and well decorated property, we travelled down from north to see family, so it was just a bit of a pit stop and we can’t say much about the area as we stayed in. Really useful book of places to go / takeaways/ shops. Good selection of amenities and thankyou for the milk and Prosecco left for us! Lovely hosts, very quick and friendly when helping with anything. Would definitely recommend, thankyou! :)

We had a lovely weekend at The Stables - great location for a wedding we went to, and lovely spacious bedrooms! We had our 20 month old with us and it was very toddler friendly with no steps and a highchair. Thank you!

Fantastic location for exploring Norfolk! Was made to feel very welcome by Deborah and Mark and the cottage was a home away from home. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could need in it from the fluffy towels to a very comfy bed. The welcome treat of tea, milk and biscuits also went down a treat! Thank you for a lovely stay and will definitely recommend The Swallows!

A lovely annexe building with very spacious rooms and well appointed. Everything was clean and fresh. Carol met us on arrival and was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings with loads of wildlife. Can highly recommend!

This is great accommodation in a wonderful location with views over the countryside and surrounded by nature

We had a great stay at Catherine‘s place. The property itself is quite large, especially the downstairs living space. The kitchen had a wide range of utensils to use and one of the bonuses was that this property had a washing machine and also a tumble dryer which was very good with a toddler in the family. Speaking of having a toddler, there were many different items which were great for a family with little ones. There were plates and bowls which were colourful and plastic, there were also some toys for children and on top of that there was a stair safety gate which could be fitted and also a travel cot too. Catherine gave very clear instructions for finding the house and there was more than enough parking space for two cars for those visiting. Not that we use them, but there was the availability of some garden furniture and a large patio at the front of the property. Friendly sheep would walk by in the field directly behind the property which was nice to see.

The annexe was a perfect base for us to visit both Norwich and the Norfolk coast. It's attached to a beautiful farmhouse, yet feels very private. The accommodation is really comfortable and warm with everything you need as shown in the photos. But the photos don't do justice to the surroundings, which are wonderful. There's even a little church in the grounds. We walked on Halvergate marshes, with it's vast skies. We would definitely come again and can fully recommend a stay there.

Great stay at Merchants Nook - Hilary was a great host. Great space for what we needed and great walks for the dog locally.
