We had a lovely stay in the Old Surgery in Holt. This is a fantastically located property being only 2 minutes walk from the centre of Holt, with off-street parking but still appeared private and close to the countryside. It was also ideal to take our dog for walks straight from the house. The property has plenty of character and while it can be a bit quirky, once we got used to the layout it had everything we needed for our stay and is close to all the local amenities and beaches. Stephen was an excellent host, being very responsive and welcoming and able to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Holt.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Mia's house. It was a gem of a place, cosy and homely. There were 10 of us and at no time did the house feel crowded. Mia was so helpful and kindly let us go into the house a couple of hours early and also leave an hour later on our last day. The house is perfectly placed, we visited the Sainsbury's Centre, has some lovely walks nearby. Only a few miles from Norwich, we can thoroughly recommend the guided tour of the cathedral and lunch at the Ivy's. Cromer and fish and chips were great too. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mia's house and should we need a large house in the Norwich area, we would love to stay again. One of our favourite weekend's away!

Wow, wow wow.......What a fantastic place to stay. It felt roomy, comfortably, clean & bright. Everything was modern and the access at the rear of the garden was excellent for kayaking, boating & fishing. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit was a plus. Can highly recommend the White Horse Inn which was a 2 minute walk away in the small village.

The room is sweet and confortabke. Massimiliano and his wife are very friendly and helpful. We got everything we need~ Otherwise the location is good. We do recommend to other guests.∶)

We had a simply lovely stay at Carwood House in North Norfolk to celebrate a family birthday. Mark and Jo appear to have thought of everything, and the house is absolutely stunning, enormous and full of character. There was ample room to prepare large meals in the well equipped kitchen and we had the option of either eating in the kitchen/breakfast room, or using the separate more formal dining room. The children had plenty of their own space, taking over the games room to play table tennis and pool, or relax with their own separate tv! The adults didn't mind though, as we had the lovely sitting room to ourselves, complete with a wood burning stove. The garden is massive, the children and dog had great fun playing croquet and we used the firepit at night to enjoy the planetary procession! Add to that the central location, being under 20 minutes to the coast and Norwich, means we are already planning our next trip.

our stay was amazing! Cullums place was spotless and so big! 6 of us stayed for a work do.. and we decided to come back early as we loved the place so much. 10mins from Norwich and Cullum was the perfect host.

Thankyou so much Henry & Anna for the most beautiful, magical stay at the bodney cottage! We celebrated my partners 30th & it was so special - the most peaceful, romantic place even better than the photos! Watched the shooting stars from the hot tub, the house was so cosy & warm with the fire place an absolute dream. The best air BnB we have ever stayed in & would be thrilled to visit again!! Couldn’t recommend enough, Thankyou! X

Such a lovely cosy cottage, very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here, very relaxing and peaceful. 10 minute drive to the beach where we enjoyed lots of walks.

We had a fantastic 4 nights here. Beautiful house right in the heart of the village. Lovely walks straight from the door and excellent cafes to return to afterwards. We would highly recommend.

Amazing stay and the photos don't do it justice! We were three couples and there was plenty of space! I highly recommend staying here. We took a taxi from Norwich which was £36. You can walk into the local town which is around 2 miles away. Surrounded by beautiful nature!

A wonderful winter break. The house is beautifully warm with both stoves on and they were very easy to operate. Candlelit throughout was magical- we had a thorough digital detox. Our dog had the time of her life on an endless beach. Thank you to Darryll for being such a responsive and thoughtful host - welcome pack much appreciated and we were warm in comfortable beds and appreciated the excellent hot shower.

accommodated us last minute when we were let down by another booking (double booked). Great place and fantastic hospitality.
