Staying at Matt’s place was an absolute pleasure. We found Matt to be friendly, quick to respond & very helpful with suggestions of what was worth a visit in the area. During our short stay we managed most of them & more. The accommodation was perfect for us, clean, spacious, bright, all on one level, parking at the property & peaceful. We were very grateful for the welcome supplies which were thoughtfully left for us. We have family in the area & this made the perfect base. We still have a lot to explore in Norfolk so no doubt we shall return & would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely stay, great for having a cosy place to settle if you’re out and about for the day & great if you have dogs as well with the surroundings! Just perfect! Everything you need and more

The cottage is in a lovely, quiet location, but within easy driving distance of lots of great places to visit - Blakeney, Cley, Cromer, Felbrigg Hall, Blickling, Holt, Sheringham (are all places we visited during our 3 days here). Paul is a lovely host, very friendly and approachable, and made our stay a very pleasant one.

What a lovely, lovely stay. Had the nicest time this week. Erna was so lovely and left plenty of goodies for me when I arrived. Room was immaculate and in such a good location, with shops just round the corner. Thank you so much will definitely stay again :)

A perfectly appointed and comfortable apartment for one. Every little detail considered, great communication and generous breakfast included in the price. Set in a very quiet residential street close to the centre of Wymondham. Will be back!

Lisa was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay. Only two things to point out, the accommodation we were in is very comfortable but it is two bedrooms and two bathrooms but no real living room. One small point is that the fridge does not have a freezer, in case you were needing ice!

The nook was an absolutely amazing getaway for us both and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Both Dawn and Graham were so lovely and welcoming and suggested loads of things to do nearby and were very lovely to talk to 10/10 would recommend!

We truly loved our stay from start to finish. Excellent hosts who are attentive, genuine and go above and beyond for their guests. The room was incredibly well equipped with everything you could think of and more! They went above and beyond in providing a wide selection of groceries and paid attention to every last detail including electric blankets and dog amenities! They were so warm and welcoming on arrival, it felt like a really special place to be. Local knowledge and recommendations were provided both via message and in binders in the room which was so useful to make the most of our time in the area. Would absolutely make a return trip and cannot recommend enough! Thank you

I stayed with my family (two adults and two kids 2 yo and 5 yo). The cottage offers lots of toys and has comfy beds. Aline reminded us right after booking that there is no sink and cooker in the cottage kitchenette. That was ok, we worked our way around that. Aline was very responsive when being contacted about anything like turning up the heating or similar. The garden around the cottage is lovely and the landscape beautiful. Great for long walks. Would recommend this place to others.

I would stay here again, and I plan to! It really was very nice, clean and comfortable. Richard was very helpful when I needed the Internet speed tested (for working remotely) which was excellent. Glad I found this place.

Thank you Kevin and Lisa for a fabulous stay. Such a clean, tidy and well thought out little haven. Although compact, there is lots of storage and thoughtfully placed shelves, hooks & cuboards etc to help keep the rooms clutter free. Very well equipped, with good kitchen facilities, maps, games, blankets etc. Super accommodating hosts, who provided extra thoughtful touches, to make our stay special. Always on hand to respond to any questions and requests, and very welcoming to both us and our 7 month old puppy. A well placed base for Cromer & Sheringham, with lots of local walks too. Additionally the Roman Camp Inn, 4 minutes drive away serve great food & have lovely kind and friendly staff. We will definitely visit again!

Lucie's space was peaceful, beautiful and comfortable - everything you could hope for and more! The space was clean and welcoming, with all the bits and bobs we could need. Lucie was flexible with check in and out, even offering to let us have an extra hour before checking out because of daylight savings! The garden and surroundings are beautiful, and perfect for really taking a breath and enjoying the birdsong and windchimes amongst the flowers. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The renovation of this old barn has been sympathetically completed. It provided what felt like a true “British” village experience. So different and welcoming from our other Airbnb experiences in the UK. Paul and Anne were very responsive and offered assistance when needed. We managed charcuterie, wine and a continental breakfast easily. Check the hours of the pub. We were disappointed that it was closed Mondays. Perhaps the best discovery that we made in the area was the RAF aviation museum at marham. It was very well done and was a great place to spend a morning.

Hôte très attentif avec qui j'ai pu échanger librement et amicalement. C'est un aspect important, trop souvent négligé par les propriétaires AirB&B. On voit que Paul apprécie ces rencontres et ces échanges. Il est aux petits soins pour ses invités et vous fait sentir chez vous.

We had a nice stay at the annexe, it was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Really nice touch with breakfast items, milk juice provided. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, we will have no hesitation to book again

Very impressed with accommodation, and also very helpful with the area also, never seen such a clean property and they left us some food supplies to get us going. the ergonomics are well thought out, housed four of us no issue. couldn't be happier especially with such short notice. worth it!

We had a wonderful stay - it is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was lovely to have a garden to enjoy and the view was incredible of the Norfolk broads. One of the best air b and b's we have ever stayed in. Very peaceful and relaxing with very friendly hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Outside of the immaculately clean and equipped place that you offer - I need to call out the extras and the attention to detail - extra blankets, storage, the lovely snack tray, breakfast items and a stocked fridge! Absolutely wonderful and so very appreciated. You genuinley could not ask for better hosts, or people, than Mary and Graham. The main purpose of our visit was to investigate the area for potential move and Mary and Graham gave up some of their own time, one evening, to share with us their experiences along with answering all of our questions. In fact answering questions we had not even thought of or did not know we had. The accomodation was exceptional and we both commented on what great sleep we had (such a comfortable bed). The house had absolutley everything you could think of along with a welcome pack to ensure we had the basics. Walking distance to Bungay which we did on at least 3 occasions although you may need a torch (that said, Mary did provide one as well). Honestly a fantastic little bolt hole if you are looking for a base to explore the area, or a quiet break away. Could not recommended enough. Just a final thanks to Mary and Graham again who really went above and beyond. Thankyou for letting us stay in your home.

what a wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights. Richard was lovely, and very helpful. an unfortunate power cut happend, but Richard kept us informed. the shower is amazing, a nice comfy sofa to relax on, and a the bed Was super comfy! such a great place. thanks again Richard. highly recommend.
