Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

We had a really good time here and enjoyed the house as a place to be. The house is a renovated three-bedroom Victorian terrace, with a kitchen and bathroom at the back of the ground floor and a steep set of stairs between the lounge and dining room. The third bedroom is accessible through the second bedroom. It is convenient for getting into the centre of town. It is suitable for children, though with two toddlers we brought a portable stairgate with us.

Thank you Fran and Ed for a wonderful stay. You were the perfect hosts. Great communication throughout our star. The house was immaculate , comfortable beds and so cosy. Loved all the art work, colours and quirkiness of the house. . So close to the sea, easy walk into Cromer. Plenty to see in the area. We will be back for sure.

Had a lovely break in Ely. Bobs house was very cosy and had everything we needed! It was the perfect location for our visit to Ely cathedral, which you can see from the house! Would recommend the Octagon Tower tour, but not for people with a fear of heights! We had a couple of meals at Wildwood restaurant in Ely High Street that were very good also! Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge was very interesting too and entrance is free!

my first air bnb experience and it was fantastic. Anna greeted me on arrival and her place felt very welcoming and homely. The ad was exactly as it described. Situated perfectly to get to all the places of interest in the city. A great host, a great place to stay, thank you Anna!

Lovely welcoming holiday home, very clean and modern, great location on the broads would definitely recommend and stay again. Our party was 6 adults and 2 children wasn’t crowded felt like we had our own space. Plenty of eateries, pubs and things to do close by.

Such a beautiful house in a fab location. Loads to do in Holt and a short drive to the beach, we loved staying here.

Beautiful house full of character. Accommodation was perfect for our family get together. Guests do need to be mobile to access the bedrooms upstairs as very steep staircases but all rooms & bathrooms were great. Lovely comfortable beds with hotel quality bedding. Log burner was a cosy addition which we made good use of during our pre Christmas stay & the Christmas tree was a lovely festive addition. Appreciated the welcome supplies! Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay in a beautiful part of north Norfolk.

Lovely, historic house within walking distance of the city centre. Some nice architectural features on show with lots of rooms beyond the three good-sized bedrooms - plenty of space to relax in. Lovely pool, kitchen and dining area and more garden around the side of the property which you might otherwise overlook. A quiet, residential location yet it’s only a short walk to the local shops and barely a mile to the city centre. Jane was awfully responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend should you want a nice place in Norwich (and did we mention the pool?!)

It felt like the house was our home for the duration of the stay. Phale has thought of everything to make it feel like home but also user friendly i.e leaving essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms, candles with matches, plenty of towels but also it was a warm and cosy home from home. We had accidently left valuables behind and Phale co-ordinated getting them posted back out to asap!

Great house, very clean. hotel standard linnen and towels. basic essentials supplied like shampoo, bin liners ect. great location. nice house. good fast communication with owners fantastic. would use again. definitely recommend.

This place was great from start to Finnish. All 4 bedrooms are very similar so worked well with 4 couples, very modern, and had everything anyone would need. Thank you very much

We loved this fab quirky little cottage!! Ideal location to access Cromer’s cafes and restaurants, and ideal to explore the Norfolk coast and broads.

Well appointed place with worthwhile and clear instructions on the parking! The house was spotless. We have stopped in holt before at a hotel and will definitely be switching to this place next time!

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time here, very cosy and perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle. But also with plenty to do nearby and easy to get to the City centre!

We absolutely loved our stay in Cromer and exploring the North Norfolk area. It was an amazing AirBnB to stay in, right in the centre of town and Freyja was a delight to speak to in preparation for our stay. She was communicative, very hospitable (even accommodating dietary requirements ie. providing oat milk on arrival) and was helpful in letting us know the best place to park. Cromer is quite a small town, so we had seen the majority of the town, as well as exploring Sheringham and Holt (all very close by). A perfect getaway from the concrete jungle that is London. We had a lovely couple of days at Gary's place. Gary gave good directions and clear instructions for getting in to the property. The house was very clean and cosy, it was perfect for the four of us and our 2 dogs. The house is in a great location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the Norfolk coast. There is a local Tesco's if you want to stay in and cook and also plenty of takeaways. Many thanks for a lovely stay Gary, I expect we will be back again in the future 😀

Fantastic Town House where we enjoyed a family gathering for 14 of us. Rebecca was really helpful and really responsive to any enquiry. We had a smashing time. House is beautiful and kitchen area perfect for Games and gathering. Thank you for sharing your lovely house.

This is a excellent let in a good location on the outskirts of Cromer. It is very well presented and equipped with everything you might need. An upstairs lounge may not duit everyone but it worked fine for us. Definitely one of the best places we have rented in this are and we would be very happy to stay there again.

We booked last minute, check in was extremely easy and property was warm and spotlessly clean. Host was very friendly and helpful and responded very quickly.

Me and my family stayed here for Christmas and had such an amazing time! There was so much space and the place was lovely - exactly as described and shown in the photos! The house was also beautifully decorated for the festive period which made us feel right at home and the location allowed for a Christmas Day walk on Cromer beach. Sophie was always super helpful and responsive, and was really flexible when we wanted to check out slightly later on Boxing Day. I can only recommend both Sophie and this beautiful house and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at The Haven in Sheringham, hosted by Lisa. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was exactly as described, and we had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was well stocked, making it feel like a home away from home. For those who enjoy walking, we highly recommend the stunning 8-mile coastal walk to Cromer and back. The route takes you along the beach and clifftops, offering awesome views of the coastline. A stop at one of the cafés in Cromer makes for the perfect halfway break before heading back. Lisa was a wonderful host, making everything smooth and easy for us. The Haven is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the Norfolk coast while staying somewhere spacious and well-equipped. Thank you so much, Lisa, for hosting us!
