Mark’s place was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family weekend Nationals trip. Mark was very responsive and friendly! We will definitely book here again in the future!

Mona was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her space is beautiful and relaxing. I really appreciated the local tourism books and print out of things to do and restaurants nearby. The location is conveniently located just 7 miles or a 12 minute drive from the beach! It is a great place to rest after a day of adventures; we would absolutely stay here again. Jenn and John are wonderful. Jenn met us upon arrival to introduce herself and make sure we knew a few details about the rental. super friendly, we had a couple brief conversations with John as well. Great hosts! The property is very homey. My husband is a huge sports guy and to have access to great TV channels was a plus. Kitchen is well stocked with pots pans and dishes. Jenn coffee and fruit and some little snacks available. We know we will be back. Great location of you need to be nee town center or Chicago beach. both less than 10 minutes away.

I really enjoyed this stay. It was so peaceful and private. I'm from NJ, and this place offered me an escape and peace of mind from the hustle and bustle. Everything was just like the pictures and as described in the pictures. I just really enjoyed the peace, quiet, and space. Clean and has all the amenities.

Had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood / property is beautiful and peaceful. Just a short walk to the beach with mostly private neighborhood access. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful but also respected our privacy. Everything was as described or better and we'd love to stay here again!

It’s hard to put into words the satisfaction we felt after leaving this property!! The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need while on vacation in a “home away from home”. If you didn’t have something, they are a quick text away with helpful, friendly answers and suggestions! The kayaks were a GREAT amenity. Our family used them even more than we expected. The beach was just a short 8-10min walk , and we even used the provided wagons to haul our necessities! The beach was clean, calm, and beautiful! Plenty of dish ware to cook and enjoy meals , family games provided, TV’s in every room, you won’t run out of fun! Walk out your back door, there’s your oasis!!! Stunning in ground pool, plenty of seating, lounge chairs, grill, outside shower convenience, and a deck down by the water to enjoy sunsets and sunrises 😊 Regina connected with me a few days before arriving and made sure no questions went unanswered! Highly recommend this property and hosts! We will definitely be back!

This was my 1st airbnb and I stayed for 2 weeks. it was perfect! it's an adorable 1 bedroom & close to my job. I was very comfortable here. if I had any issues, it was addressed within 20 minutes. I will definitely come back here if need be.

Great place to stay… close to everything… clean and comfortable… would definitely stay again… definitely the place to stay for a couple wanting a beach weekend getaway or if you have something you need to do in the area… you would never even really know that its attached to the host’s residence… Thanks for having us… definitely appreciate everything… 😊

Great location. Very walkable and easy to get around. Charming neighborhood. The space was very charming as well! Brittney provided very easy to follow instructions on where to park and how to access the space upon arrival. It also was great that there is dedicated parking!

Our family of 5 had an amazing week at "Forget About It." Shannan was extremely communicative and responsive to any needs that came up before and during our stay. The house is well appointed, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It really is just a short 2 blocks to the beach, easy to do multiple times per day. Equipped kitchen, lots of games for kids. She was extremely thoughtful, even bringing over a small toddler-sized picnic table for our twin toddlers to use during the stay, as the indoor dining area is at the high-top island. And provided extra beach towels when requested. Fantastic beach ammenities including a Sun Ninja Shade, wagons that converted to beach chairs, beach toys, and sporting equipment. The pool and back patio were heavenly, just perfect for taking a dip and then relaxing in the shade of the covered portions of the patio in the afternoons and evenings. Tons of pool toys. We had an amazing and relaxing week at Sandbridge! Thank you!

My partner and I loved our stay! Jeremiah made us feel right at home. We loved how dog friendly our space was and how there were so many helpful amenities. The location was beautiful and within a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

This was just perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. Our son's family lives about a mile away, and we visit often, so we plan to book again. The pictures and description on the website tell the story.

The best part about this place is the location. It is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. Traci and Kurt were very responsive hosts, while at the same time giving us our privacy. This was our first time staying in accommodations right next to the hosts and it was much better than expected. Overall, it was a good size for the two of us for the weekend. There were some smaller cosmetic things we noticed but felt like the price had been adjusted accordingly (compared to other accommodations in the area). We would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for me as I came from out of town for a work training. I felt safe in the area and there was plenty of shopping and restaurants around. It was clean, quiet, and easy to communicate with the host.

Perfect little getaway with a close park you can walk to for dogs. All amenities are available and host was easily reachable for all questions. The place was clean and massage chair was a great plus. Overall loved the stay.
