Came out here and saw wild Deer, Turkeys and I'm pretty sure I saw an alien 👽 but it also could have just been Drunk Uncle Kurtis. He's a little pasty under the pale moonlight. Eitherway we had a blast!

Big Nick was a unique and perfect glamping experience to celebrate our son’s birthday! It felt magical being in the trees, especially at night with the lights. Our teenagers spent hours on the jumping pillow and playing soccer. Loved the quality time around the firepit. Enjoyed exploring Kannapolis and Mooresville. Lazy 5 Ranch was a hit! Would absolutely recommend!!

This a very unique experience in a very safe area. It is a treehouse which is awesome. You are literally in somebody's front yard, so you have to be ok with that. Host is home in the main house. View is incredible (overlooks all of Silicon Valley). Please note this is a treehouse and is NOT insulated. Host did provide space heaters, but the first night we were there as very cold and even with space heaters all on, it was still chilly. I would imagine very hot days might get pretty warm too. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 13) and there was just enough space to make it work, 2 or 3 people would be the ideal amount in my opinion.

5/5 stars, lovely peaceful place to stay and easy to find. The nught we stayed the area was under a severe weather and tornado threat and within less than half an hour of checking in the host came and talked to us and gave us an escape plan to go to a safe place if the weather got to bad out since we were staying at the cabin on the lake. They went above and beyond to make sure we would be safe during our stay with the storms coming in. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great time stay in the Meadowlark Treehouse! It was the perfect place to just hangout and relax; playing games, reading, watching a movie, or having a fire outside. Our kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. Thanks for providing a unique place for us to stay!

Leam's treehouse was an incredible place for a little writing retreat. I was honestly obsessed and in love with it in every way. I didn't want to leave. It was super clean and cozy. Unique, with so many thoughtful details. Not generic in any way. Truly a special escape. I will definitely be going back and I want one of these on my property!! Thanks Leam for creating such a magical space that evokes wonder and a sense of comfort and familiarity all at once. Brilliant! Stop thinking about it, and book it now before someone else does.

What an awesome place!!! We loved our stay at the cabin. The land it’s on is beautiful & it’s super close to all the fun Helen has to offer. Josh was wonderful at communicating. We felt very welcome & would absolutely come back. Loved this experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the treehouse. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including a hand written card and treats from a local bakery upon our arrival. The treehouse itself was immaculately clean and incredibly well thought out in terms of design. This was the perfect getaway to reconnect and relax. We would love to return again.

Just what my husband and I needed! We were looking for a romantic getaway someplace quiet and unique. When we came across the Fire Tower tree house I instantly knew this was going to be so amazing and it didn’t disappoint! So many things to do! Fishing, hiking, roasting by the fire or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. What a beautiful place to stay. We hated that we had to leave! Thank you Dan for building suck a wonderful place and allowing us into your world.

Catherine and her place were both absolutely amazing. She has so many special peraonal touches around the home and it was so clean and welcoming. We can't wait to stay here again!

This place is AMAZING! The place was even better than expected, a very private place with beautiful views and such a unique place. We loved the wooden structure and a beautiful kitchen with pristine appliances! The place was super clean and the provided amenities (robes, slippers, etc.) were a great touch to the place. Would definitely recommend and if we’re ever back we would love to book again!

The Beehive Treehouse was magical! Nestled in peaceful surroundings, this cozy treehouse provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Relaxing getaway in a unique setting.

The location was as described. We called the hosts on the way in because we kept passing it unknowingly. They came outside and pointed us to it. Very nice family! The outside was so cute. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom floor was heated, which was amazing. We did close the door at night to keep cool air in the sleeping area. We primarily used the location to sleep, and were out and about all day. I'd say this is ideal for a short weekend due to the small space and kitchen area. It was nice to disconnect (no TV) and enjoy each other's company. Great wifi though if you need tech. The only downside I came across was there was no soap/shampoo/conditioner for showering. The AirBNBs I've been to have had such things (usually pumps in the shower) so we did have to go to town for some shower items. Overall, I am very pleased with our stay. The treehouse is lovely and you can see how much thought was put into it. We are lucky they share it with the world!

We recently stayed at Air Castle Treehouse in Ladonia, and it was an unforgettable experience! Nestled 6 floors high among the treetops, the location offered great views and a unique sense of tranquility. The treehouse itself was beautifully designed, combining farmhouse rustic charm with modern amenities. It had cozy furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large windows that let natural light flood in and allowed us to watch the squirrels, raccoons, possums, and birds feed from the hanging bird feeders. Watching the birds and animals was a highlight. Another highlight was the 5th and 6th-floor outdoor decks, where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine while listening to the sounds of birds and rustling treetops. At night, the starlit sky was mesmerizing—a perfect spot for stargazing! Steve offered helpful recommendations for nearby hikes and local attractions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can hardly wait to return!

The treehouse was such a great place for me and my girlfriend to spend a few days getting away from the stress of day to day life. The fire pit was wonderful at night, the lights made it feel so warm and peaceful and cozy. Waking up to the sun peering in through the big window was so nice. I felt very well rested after both nights of sleeping there. It was well worth the price and I would absolutely recommend this to couples, or just anyone who wants some solitude. There’s plenty of good walking and hiking trails for outdoorsy people. The restaurants in the Hendersonville and Brevard area were amazing. I would strongly recommend Ume, Haus Hiedleberg, Flat Rock Bakery, and Love eat Thai kitchen. Overall the stay and trip was amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bide in the Trees! The treehouse was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed and more. Sheri was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided clear check-in instructions, great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. We came here for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!!!

I absolutely loved this cabin/treehouse. The view was excellent. Just a few steps from dock. Plenty of activities, if desired.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying at Treehouse A. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was really relaxing after a day of hiking. The resort’s communal area had cornhole, which we played almost every night. Of note: we did have to drive at least 45 minutes-1.5 hours to get to hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains, but we honestly didn’t mind because Treehouse A was such a peaceful place to come home to. Definitely would stay again!

Absolutely magical!!! My partner and I stayed at Rik’s this weekend and had the most beautiful and relaxing time at his treehouse. The photos really don’t do the place justice - Rik’s creativity and craftsmanship in these 2 treehouses is absolutely amazing. It’s like staying in a human sized fairy house!! Walking around the property gives you a wonderful feeling of peace and really connects you with the natural surroundings and wildlife. We highly recommend coming here if you want to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our only regret is actually planning activities during the day instead of spending our days at Rik’s. We’re already planning on returning and making the most of the quiet retreat he’s created.

We came to the treehouse for an anniversary. Tim & Erica were very responsive to all communications. A big thank you to them for sharing this beautiful space with us. The treehouse definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s a fabulous space to get away and recharge. We’d definitely rent again from Tim & Erica!
