We absolutely loved this location, the size of the lot, the older house with kid friendly spaces and fun stuff to do at the house. We never felt like we had to say "do not touch anything!" to the kids. Being that it is kid and family friendly, it has a used for love kind of vibe. Super responsive host, accommodating and kind. Would be great for a group with several families because it is large inside and out. 5 stars are for perfection and on many levels this was. Some things we cleaned better then it was when we arrived. This was great for our pack of feral boys and a snow play weekend. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Staying in this home was comfortable and relaxing. The entire place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed (plus more). I appreciated the easy, quick communication with Kate, and the ability to check in early. The pack n play and high chair were very helpful too!

This is a beautiful house in Pollock Pines. We were two families with a couple of toddlers. The house has a lot of room for them to spend their energy and offered a lot of activities to play and engage with. The kids room with books and bunk beds was a hit. After Skiing during day time, we loved spending the evening in the living room around the fire. Nicole is a very proactive host and took great care of us during our stay. We recommend this place.

This is our second time to stay at this place. I am Airbnb super host myself. I highly recommend this beautiful house. It is located at a quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished with high quality furnitures and comfortable beddings. It has good enough cookwares and kitchen supplies to make proper meals. Sufficient plates, bowls, wine glasses and more to set up dinner table. The house is very clean. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in town. In fact I already booked our third stay in coming months.

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

Rocky was such an amazing host!! The home is on beautiful property plenty of space for my dogs to run and play fully fenced in property! I would definitely recommended this home for anyone who is considering the area Collin’s lake is very close and all the small town stores and restaurants were great and close by ! Thank you rocky for having your home available for our stay!!

We stayed here for a snowboarding weekend and the location is great and close to resorts! Place looks new and clean, and complete with everything we needed. Host was friendly and gave us all the check-in information before we got there. We sure had a comfortable stay!

Very comfy cottage walkable and private very responsive host and bed was so soft and comfy loved the reading lamps over the bed and easy charging outlets right over the bed and on each side for you to charge with usb or plug outlet, We Stayed For new years there was led lights that gave the bedroom the perfect new years feel we were so surprised tv in the kitchen was nice to be able to cook while watching favorite show or have dinner at the table and watch a family movie the water was so hot in the shower only thing was the floor got wet easily and we only had a few towels also there were limited garbage bags for the kitchen we were able to walk the neighborhood easily and met some very nice people at the park location was safe an private over all 5 star stay!!

Carolyn and Ryan made our extended stay so comfortable. The space is large and well-appointed. The parking and entrance are nicely private and the neighborhood is wildly walkable. Downtown, parks, coffee shop, it was a wonderful place to base from. You feel right at home and being able to have our dog with us so easily was the cherry on top. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic spot, would stay here again. David was friendly and flexible. The flat is cozy yet spacious, and in a safe neighborhood with easy street parking on the weekends. It was also within walking distance of fun stuff, like Bueno Cafe. Great value for the money!

This house is gorgeous. Old but updated. The neighborhood is like something out of a movie, beautiful historic homes and giant old trees everywhere you look. The space is also beautiful with all kinds of old touches preserved but there is enough updates especially in the kitchen that make it feel modern as well. The backyard is beautiful. Robert and Luis are very clear with the info on how to efficiently go in and out as it is a big old house and there is a gate to the parking lot that you access through the backyard. I found this very convenient and loved seeing their friendly, quirky car RubyAnne occasionally as I would come and go. Overall it is super comfortable in this home, quiet and peaceful, and Robert and Luis are very friendly and accommodating. The bed is super comfortable and I slept very well every night. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend anyone to stay here if you are coming to the Sacramento area. Thanks Robert and Luis!

BOOK ASAP! Yes, this place has a reputation for its lengthy rules but they’re reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property is more gorgeous in person. Really, even the pictures of the interior don’t do it justice it’s really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor property is breathtaking. The river was the cherry on top!! The sheets and blankets were fresh and smelled good. The house was spotless and has everything you need even a blender. Danika was incredible and accommodating. She went above and beyond! She responded to all of my messages and helped me and my family create lasting memories with our 3 year old son. I’m still day dreaming about this stay at coloma cottages to be honest and hope to be back soon (maybe when it’s not 100+degrees) thank you guys for an awesome vacation!

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Modern, comfortable space that was well-appointed and clean. Great location and neighborhood. Erica was a good communicator and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sacramento.

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Matt was incredibly generous throughout my stay, always helping me. Being new to the area I was nervous, but Matt was so friendly and kind helping me to adjust to life in California. I always felt safe and I loved how close Matt’s place was to anything I needed! A great person, great location, and a great room! I couldn’t recommend enough!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!
