My stay was great! The location was great, lots to do and eat within walking distance. I really appreciate the recommendations Amy and Hoang provided in the area as well. Everything was clean and simple. The check in and out descriptions were super helpful. I would stay here again!

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

I needed a place near campus to host an evening get together for a small team and this was the perfect spot! It was right in the middle of west campus and was easy to access. There were four beds and two foldable couches. There was a nice patio area and roomy kitchen. Great spot for a quick get together and would definitely recommend for those trying to stay close to the college life. Great host overall. Very communicative and friendly.

Lovely condo, beautiful view of Austin. Kitchen had all the amenities including plenty of coffee for our stay. Lovely pool area and cute coffee shop in the lobby. Location was great near all that Rainey st had to offer with easy access to other parts of the city. Valet parking was quick and efficient whenever we needed the car. There was some highway noise at night but we really loved our time here!

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

We had a great stay in Austin! It was our first time and we felt safe and comfortable. Lynn was a great host with wonderful recommendations and so many Austin musts were right there and yet the condo itself was quiet and peaceful to be in. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Austin and will recommend to my friends.

Luis’ place was perfect for a couple days in Austin. We were able to access everything we wanted to do with a quick Uber or scooter ride, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Just be advised that the walls are fairly thin: we were kept awake one night by conversations in the neighboring apartments. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Elaziels place was amazing. I travel to Austin a lot and this was my first time staying here. I raved all week at how nice the room was and how it fit my needs for the week perfectly.

Wonderful spot in the heart of Austin. Peach and Cynthia were wonderful and very accommodating. The property is just steps from Barton Springs and everything that’s happening in Austin. I’ll be back again real soon!

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

This was a great spot. Close to lots of great stuff, comfortable, clean and well stocked. It was easy to get into, the location was ideal and the host so easy to work with. It's a true two-bedroom two-bath with a comfortable living space a compact outdoor space. The building was easy to navigate and quiet. I will be back next time I am in Austin! Thanks for making it so great!

Great place to stay in an area that is not as popular as it will be. The area is walkable for restaurants and bars. At the same time, there are also a wide array of options for exercise and outdoor fun. And Himesh provides all the information you’ll need and more. Super friendly communication and accurate instructions for check-in and check-out. We’ll be back!

This is the kind of place we all hope we stay at when we use Airbnb. It was clean, well appointed and stocked with everything you'd expect it to have. Host was easy to deal with and communicative, I will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

I was in town for work and brought the family along to sneak in a bit of a vacation—so glad we chose this place! The condo was exactly as pictured, with so many thoughtful touches. The hosts had a portable crib set up for us, along with toddler dishes, utensils, a highchair, and sweet books, which was so great. The makeup towels, pool towels, and overall setup made everything so easy and comfortable. The space was beautifully designed—elegant, upscale, and full of Austin charm. The view was amazing, and we loved the walkability to Lady Bird Lake. Downtown was also walkable if you're up for a bit more of a stroll. The pool view was stunning, and while we didn’t get to enjoy Rainey Street with our little ones, it looked like so much fun. Overall, a fantastic stay—great location, excellent hosts, and a space that really went the extra mile so many little touches that made this place stand out. Would absolutely 100% stay again! Already planning our next trip!!

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

This was a nice weekend getaway! Being right on the lake was very nice. It was the easiest check in and check out! Melinda and the owners were very receptive to feedback on upgrade suggestions for the dishes, etc. We will definitely be back.
