We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed. Loved the heated pool. The place was just right for 2 of us. We walked the beach every day, toured the USS Lexington and enjoyed the Texas State Aquarium as well as the Padre Island National Seashore.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. The place was immaculate. Everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. It’s very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and had lots of fun riding the full length of the beach looking for shells, picnicing, just having fun for a couple of 70+ year olds. 😃 Also, a big plus is the delicious pizza place, Padre Pizzeria, and the tasty hamburger place, Padre Island Burger Company. We rented our golf cart from a real friendly lady at the Salty Dolphin, just down the street from this condo.

Very responsive host with easy check-in instructions. Clean and comfortable as well. Would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay here, don’t have an amazing view of the beach but you can still see it from the balcony. It was nice being in the first building but the elevator was sketchy. No fault to the owners. We enjoyed our stay even with the hurricane coming in!

Highly recommended this place!!! John was very responsive and accommodating. I had an unexpected emergency occur and was not able to keep the dates I initially reserved. John was very flexible and was able to change my dates without being charged additional fees. I your every in Corpus and need a place for vacation, contact John. You won’t regret the stay.

Eric, Is awesome. I stayed for 3 months. The place is quiet, clean and Eric will get back to you in minutes for anything. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of amenities and quick walk to the beach. The condo was great and the host was easy to reach when we had questions.

Bobbi was an excellent communicator from the very start. Especially with my last minute reservation for New Year’s Eve! I was grateful to stay in their rental with my dog for his first time experiencing the beach!

Was a perfect getaway for a walk on the beach, a soak in the hot tub and clean and nice retreat for sleeping.

Amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and just as described/photos. Very short walk to a peaceful beach that wasn't crowded at all. Sheldon was proactive and helpful in making sure we got checked in easily and left very helpful instructions. Pet Friendly & priced right!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water from the back window. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

Colleen’s beach front condo was one of the best Airbnb stays my family and I have experienced! Her place was gorgeous. The condo was immaculate, the views out to the ocean were amazing, and the amenities were spot on. Colleen had everything one could possibly need for the beach from beach towels, beach toys, fishing poles, wagons, etc. Colleen was quick to respond and made the check in and check out process nice and easy. Would rate her place even higher if we could!

We stayed here for a beach trip with our young children and we all absolutely loved the place. Darryn responded to all my messages/questions immediately and was always helpful. The room was perfect for us, and Darryn does a great job keeping the place clean and maintained. We had zero issues and no complaints. We definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back.

We are 2 couples that vacation every October in Port A. Having stayed in many Port A rentals (and previously owned a rental in Port A) Sean's condo is the perfect location, very spacious, nice updated kitchen (although lacking any food storage bowls) and super clean. I will say, the secondary bath rooms do need to be updated. (Don't know about the primary bath, we stayed in the second bedroom). The shower head in the hall bath is super low, my husband is just under 6 feet tall and the water hit him at chest level. Handheld would work better. Toilets are older/low and didn't flush completely...every single time. The 3rd bath toilet is in a very crowded space and the toilet paper holder kept falling down. The couches were not very comfortable, but I get it...it's a rental and furniture takes a beating. The hallway outside the door is super dark and extremely hard to see to unlock the door when we would come back at night. That's not Sean's fault, that's on the builder...

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and the location was perfect to everything. The best part about our stay was the location and amenities. Because of its location you don't need to drive anywhere.

Wendy’s place was wonderful. Lots of little details that made the place very cozy. Lots of soft blankets, comfortable beds, and cute decorations. It was a little bit from Port A, but we knew that, and enjoyed not being right next to all the huddle and bustle. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Oh and I would add the pool and hot tub were well maintained and nice!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own private space and bathroom. The view is incredible!

Excellent Airbnb for a crowd! We had plenty of space, not only in the bedrooms, but in the living areas - would definitely stay there again!
