Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

We are 2 couples that vacation every October in Port A. Having stayed in many Port A rentals (and previously owned a rental in Port A) Sean's condo is the perfect location, very spacious, nice updated kitchen (although lacking any food storage bowls) and super clean. I will say, the secondary bath rooms do need to be updated. (Don't know about the primary bath, we stayed in the second bedroom). The shower head in the hall bath is super low, my husband is just under 6 feet tall and the water hit him at chest level. Handheld would work better. Toilets are older/low and didn't flush completely...every single time. The 3rd bath toilet is in a very crowded space and the toilet paper holder kept falling down. The couches were not very comfortable, but I get it...it's a rental and furniture takes a beating. The hallway outside the door is super dark and extremely hard to see to unlock the door when we would come back at night. That's not Sean's fault, that's on the builder...

This is our second time staying here and we really enjoy it! Our kids really love the two heated pools and although the pool table in the clubhouse is gone (the gentleman who worked there said it was broken and they haven’t replaced it yet), it was still fun to play a little shuffleboard and foosball. The water pressure in the unit is pretty low and the bathroom counter could’ve been a little cleaner but that’s being pretty nit picky, I’m guessing the water pressure might be true to all units in this complex. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Thank you Joseph!

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

Amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and just as described/photos. Very short walk to a peaceful beach that wasn't crowded at all. Sheldon was proactive and helpful in making sure we got checked in easily and left very helpful instructions. Pet Friendly & priced right!

Bobbi was an excellent communicator from the very start. Especially with my last minute reservation for New Year’s Eve! I was grateful to stay in their rental with my dog for his first time experiencing the beach!

Was a perfect getaway for a walk on the beach, a soak in the hot tub and clean and nice retreat for sleeping.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water from the back window. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

Our communication with Micole was great. My husband and I (and our dog Bella) enjoyed walking to Gypsy Park every day thanks to Micole's recommdation. And the view of the bay off the back deck was beautiful! This was the best stocked Airbnb we have stayed at. We found plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed along with samples of many items we tend to forget...dental floss, pain relievers, etc. There were even dog bowls and doggie bags! What a great place to relax and visit the area! We hope to be back next year!

My wife and I spent 5 weeks at this property, from late January through the end of February. We loved the space, the area where its located and the other great people we met in the building. Everything was as advertised, complete kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. We only had to contact Ken (owner) once or twice and he responded immediately. Our time there flew by as there was always something to do, whether on the Island or in Corpus Christi, the options are abundant. You could have everything from action packed days to quiet ones on the beach, which is right across the street and you can just drive onto the beach and park there. We would certainly not hesitate to book this property again in the future. Very well done. Thank you Ken & Liz

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Condominiums. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and the beds were very comfortable! The ladies in the office were friendly and made us feel right at home.
