Shaun was a great host - very responsive and helpful automatic messages. We didn't have a car, but the Broad St NJ Transit station was a < 5 minute walk and a 20-40 min ride to Penn Station in NYC. Nice view of the NYC skyline. The unit faces the freeway, so if you're noise sensitive consider this. We cooked a lot and had groceries delivered. Many smaller bodegas and Hispanic restaurants within walking distance - had a really good El Salvadoran meal! Neighborhood was busy but felt safe. The unit is consistent with the photos. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked to actually cook. The gym had everything my husband needed for his workout. If you think you might need to do laundry, throw a few pods into your suitcase. We would definitely check for availability here when we return to visit NYC!

This was our second stay at Jay’s place. It’s a lovely apartment mixed with old world charm and modern amenities. We were able to do some light cooking on the hot plate in order to stay in during the cold spell when we were there. We had everything we needed to make a lovely meal. The house is cozy and the linens are top notch. The town is a charming river town with a few nice restaurants (love MP Taverna!). And easy to take a walk down to Hudson River park or access to the Aqueduct trail. We will look forward to another visit!

Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. Estoy muy feliz de haber podido disfrutar gracias a lo cómoda que me sentí en este lugar. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, sin duda contactaría nuevamente a esta excelente anfitriona.

Beyond that, the host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and even provided thoughtful touches that made my visit extra special. Andre was a wonderful and communicative host. The unit was exactly as described. I was in town for 3 months over the summer for work, and this unit was exactly what I was looking for - good kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the work day. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around, and is close to several grocery stores/restaurants/other stores. If you're looking to walk to the Metro North train, it's a short walk less than a mile away, but know that there are some big hills! I had a great stay here, and would choose this Airbnb again if I had another long term stay in the area.

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

We had a nice, peaceful two-night stay. We were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when I come to the area. It was very cozy and comfy. Parking was very easy on the street too.

Great host with an amazing place , definitely enjoyed my stay and will be back. I highly recommend this place for your New York visit. No regrets.

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

This is a great option for staying in the Lincoln Center part of town. The host is very professional and has excellent communication. The apartment has a nice view and is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. All in all great option for NYC.

We had a peaceful stay. Tristin was very responsive to our queries. Private parking and Jacuzzi stood out in this listing, we loved them. There were some loud elevator/drilling sounds in the night- not as disturbing, but caught us by surprise the first day we checked in.

Everything is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. A very cozy home that was very thoughtfully stocked with things you might need. Roma was a very sweet and accommodating host and made sure to leave me with some snacks and a bottle of wine after giving me a quick tour. A jacuzzi and a parking spot is a such a gem in Brooklyn. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.

The views from this apartment a beyond million dollar views! The living room is all windows and the sunset across the river is just unbelievable! JP was an incredible host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had everything we needed in the apartment as well as some fun extra touches like games and a monocular to see across the river. thank you for being such a kind host! We would 100% return on our next visit :)
