House is in a very private and peaceful location with plenty of crabs and fish in the creek. Loved all the timber homemade furniture both inside and outside the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful home with great facilities. Lovely outdoor kitchen with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Access to boat ramp and river was a great bonus for the kids and they were so happy to catch some fish and mudcrabs for tea. A lovely peaceful spot to relax

This was my second stay in this beautiful space, this time having the good fortune to meet both Rachael & Quinton, two of the most wonderful and accommodating hosts (and people !!) you’d ever hope to meet. A bonus is the attention to detail they’ve given in creating this gorgeous ‘barn’, photos only giving a partial indication of how lovely it is… to top it all off, the pink and mauve skies at dusk are to die for 🩷

Great location,mesmerising views and close to Beach. Thanks Stacey for all your support, you are amazing a host. Highly recommend this Beach House stay. Perfect for family & friends ,who wanted a break from busy lifes and be close to Mother Nature.

Simply magical, We came to bloodwood for 2 nights after our wedding and honestly , it was even more magical then the photos show, everything is perfect even down to the luxurious French linen, You can really feel the love that Carly has put into bloodwood and the love that radiates from her property. The little touches that she ads like fresh sausages and eggs that were delicious and fresh flowers , she really doesn’t miss a single thing, it felt so homely and magical , Comfy and luxurious . We brought our 11 week old puppy and he loved exploring the area, We cannot wait to return to bloodwood. Thank you so much x

Perfect location for a family vacation with the beach less than 50metres away. House has a nice open plan. Babette was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We will be back.
