This house was perfect for our spring break trip. It was beautiful and clean, in a great location and close to the beach. Aaron was a great host, very communicative and reminded us about important things. The wagon and beach chairs were very handy, and the private back yard pool was awesome! We walked to many places to eat and even to the grocery store one day. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed here for a wedding with a group of friends. It was conveniently located and the pool table, ping pong table and pool were great amenities to have! Quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard. There were limited items in the kitchen (like pans, glasses), but we made it work and found that we overall had what we needed. The rooms were clean and cozy. The couch was very comfortable. The soaps in the shower were not full, but we brought our own anyways. Lidiana was very responsive to messages whenever we had a question. Thanks for hosting us!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral, you have found your vacation rental here. The pictures do not do it justice for how clean the house is and how much space you have. Anita gives clear instructions on checking in and out to make it very easy. Have you ever gone to a house and overpacked because you just don’t know what they have at the house like I do? The kitchen amenities here that are not listed are AMAZING. A few include spatulas, knives, scissors, towels, trivets and potholders. Plastic & glass cups & dishes and even a few disposable for that last morning u don’t want to clean. Plenty of Tupperware, pots and big bowls. Coffee pots include both Keurig and drip brew. We loved the outside area with pool, hot tub, large umbrella, clean grill and plenty of beach/pool toys and towels. Garage area had fishing poles, golf clubs, foosball table, & extra coolers. I would say to read the rules so you are aware of everything and book it now if available.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

My stay was amazing.. This was my first Air bnb and I definitely would recommend. The host was very easy going and proactive with communication. I have no complaints.

Place is great and exactly as described. Pool and hot tub works flawlessly and enclosed area is excellent. We had a great time!

Beautiful place and spotless! The outdoor area was amazing. We didn't venture out very much because the property had everything we needed to relax. Publix was only 4 mins away to grab groceries. Sanibel was about a half hour as well as ft myers beach. Beds all very comfortable, our teenage son slept on the Murphy bed and said it was great. nice heated pool, fishing from the dock, quiet neighborhood. we took walks and felt very safe. could use a few more things in the kitchen like rubber scraper, pizza cutter, cooking pans for oven, pool towels and kitchen towels. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Ken and Becky communicated very quickly and with complete and clear details. The place was very comfortable and had a homelike feel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

loved Lisa place! The location was perfect for all our activities, all within 35 minutes! The Villa was very clean and full of useful housewares so it was like being at home. Our dog loved the park 3 miles away and Fort Myers Beach allowed pets on leach. We will definitely use Lisa again, very nice lady!

Everything was perfect, the place, the atmosphere, the spacious Apartment, very crean, perfect. I Would return

Ours was a short stay, but lots of supplies for laundry, cleaning, towels and toys for the pool, etc., if they were needed. We did very little cooking but the kitchen had ample dishes and cookware for preparing meals. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and the closet was large with lots of hangers and space to get all our travel gear out-of-sight. Several dressers for clothes. All very clean. Living room furniture was comfortable for reading or watching TV. Overall it was much, much better than staying at the Marriott and not as expensive.

Our stay at Karley's condo was amazing! One of the best experiences we have had. The condo was spotless, felt like home, furniture was so comfortable, the interior design was tasteful and modern A++++++. The view of the intercoastal, boats coming in and out and the Yacht Marina was incredible. We sat on the screened in porch every evening and enjoyed a glass of wine. The best part is the dolphins swimming by looking for fish. I would highly recommend Karley's condo, it was perfect. We couldn't have asked for any better. Truly a treat and a wonderful vacation. Thanks Karley you were awesome!

We had a great time in Fort Myers. Easy location to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this location!

Christine was a wonderful host and the property was fantastic. Right on the beach!
