Great location and felt private. Our kids loved the path out the back gate to the playground. 20 min walk to great coffee and bagels. Had most cooking tools you might need. Amazing soaker tub in primary suite, and beautiful hot tub in backyard. Will definitely be staying here again.

Believe everything you read about this "Little Cottage by the Sea." It was perfect in every way and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! And Michael was the ideal host!

We had a wonderful stay at Trish’s cottage in Hanahan, SC! The area is perfect for families, with plenty of dining and grocery options nearby. Trish was a fantastic host—always available and quick to respond to any needs. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the Charleston area. Thanks again, Trish!

Steffi’s place was perfect for our family of 5! Had everything we could need and plenty of room to stretch out after a long day of sight seeing in downtown (which is only minutes away!) Loved the neighborhood - quiet and beautiful! We saw dolphins on the Wappoo just down the street many times! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Lil Pearl. It was close enough to walk to Center St but also far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. This perfect little cottage isn’t far from a public beach access as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay exceeded our expectations! We needed somewhere close-by the hospital downtown, but also wasn’t in the city. This was heaven on earth - horses, bass fishing, our pups enjoyed the fenced yard and the peace that surrounded this place was amazing. Denise and Tanya couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating hosts. We’re definitely planning to come back!

We loved staying at the Shanty. It was perfect for out-of-towners attending a wedding. We had room for 4 people, plus space for gathering a few relatives so we could all ride together. Our dog loved having his own yard space, with the fence making it completely safe for him. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well equipped and we appreciated the decor and friendly touches, such as beach towels!

We loved staying at this cottage. Kimberly was friendly and helpful, and the cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. It was just minutes from downtown Charleston and the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable. The fenced-in back yard was a bonus as was having grocery stores nearby. Highly recommended!

The listing is very accurate to the property. We really enjoyed our stay here, and the golf cart makes it easy to venture over to the shoppes and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Such a great location. Super quick and easy walk to the beach. Loved the fenced yard and easy access. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Comfortable beds too! We were traveling with kids and the little one loved that he got to play with all the toys! The older ones loved using the Wii. Stratton was very helpful with my questions. I would definitely recommend for other families.

Our stay was too short. we should've booked more days at this lovely cottage. we loved the location, the place was clean, and the pillows were amazing. Short walk to beach and to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again

We were in Isle of Palms with my daughter and son-in-law (and their pup). Betsy's charming cottage is everything I would want for a beach weekend. Tastefully decorated, cozy, super clean on a quiet, lovely street - and perhaps the most dog-friendly rental ever. The cottage is spacious, and while there were only four of us, there is plenty of room for six adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything we needed to prepare dinner -- it was like being at home. We have rented a lot of properties over the years, and this one did not disappoint. I felt like a guest in Betsy's home -- highly recommend!

Very pretty, clean and comfortable place in a beautiful part of Charleston! Well within walking distance of all the historic sites and fantastic restaurants. Will definitely stay there again!

The cottage at 704 Palm Blvd. is just right for us. It has plenty of room, has several areas where people can gather, and is conveniently located. I had room to set up an office for work. We stayed a month to be close to our children and grandchildren. This is our 9th year to rent a house on IOP for a month and everyone agrees it is our favorite house. We plan to return next year. It is located two short blocks from the ocean, and the sunset views of the marsh from the yard are stunning. Melissa is an excellent host. She responded quickly to questions and made everything very easy. We wanted to rent a golf cart for the month and she connected us to someone who did a great job and was very reasonable. Melissa even helped me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind! We highly recommend this property and this host!

This cottage was ideal for our needs. We were a group of 6 staying to participate in the Kiawah Island Marathon. The cottage is a 5-minute walk to the starting line, so we did not have to worry with the shuttle. The cottage itself was spacious and has a beautiful exterior porch and screened-in sun porch. The 3 bedrooms comfortably slept 6 of us. We would definitely stay here again!
