Really great place in Sea Ranch! The place is really well-maintained and has everything you need for a peaceful stay.

They could have charged more for this place because of it's proximity to the ocean and the spaciousness of the home. Huge backyard for the pups to run around. It's nice to see some owners just want to be able to offer families a nice space that they can afford. We had fun and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Our group of five stayed at Lan's Airbnb for three nights. Even though it was our first time here, we immediately felt comfortable because the house was very clean and well-maintained. The living room and bedrooms were cozy, and the bathroom was great too. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen, laundry facilities, and parking, which made our stay super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with supermarkets and shops nearby, making grocery shopping easy. We mostly drove around, but with the BART station close by, getting to Berkeley or San Francisco would be a breeze. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, I’d definitely recommend this one!

A wonderful house! Many of the beds are very tall which could be hard for small kids or older family members. But we did not have any issues. There's plenty of space to hang out and relax. The house is very well stocked in terms of kitchen cooking items and glasses and plates. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the third time that I stay in one of Alphe’s places. It has always been pleasant and comfortable. The places that I stayed in were clean and cozy. The kitchens were stocked with all the appliances needed to cook. It’s clear to see that Alphe takes pride and care in the places she rents so the travelers will have an enjoyable stay. She is easily available to answer any questions or listen to any comments. Her descriptions of the places are accurate. We stayed as a family with two elementary age kids and had a lovely trip. My kids loved sleeping in the alcove and even though it was a bit cold to play outside, they enjoyed the back garden too. The space heaters kept us plenty warm at night and the beds were super comfy. We had everything we needed for our trip and it was easy to cross the road and walk to the grocery store for anything we wanted. This was a relaxing and quiet way to do the bay area and we would absolutely stay with Stacey again.

This studio was beautiful and pristine with a large bathroom! The most well-stocked rental we have stayed at. :) Perfect for me and my dog. We enjoyed the local surroundings and path (Lynch Creek Trail) behind the neighborhood. Plus we were only 30+ min from the coast (a beautiful drive also). Definitely recommend.

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the accessible tip sheet with QR codes provided helpful local insights and added instructions. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
