Keith and Yeva are great hosts and have a beautiful home. The kitchen was great to cook in and the hot tub was a very welcome relief after a day of golfing. We look forward to returning!

Jesse's home was so beautiful and peaceful. Everything was very clean. Jesse was very quick to respond and very helpful. I would love to stay here again! Maybe during summer so we can go for a swim ;) Garage was a plus with all the awesome arcade games, pool table, and ping pong table. We had so much fun!! Elizabeth’s house was great! Easy to walk to Chico State and places to eat. She was kind when messaging me also. I appreciated all the communication. We would definitely stay again!

This was a lovely four-bedroom old farmhouse tastefully updated and very convenient. It was very quiet at night, and felt like it was out in the country even though there was a neighborhood on one side of it. The pool was lovely, and the the house had everything we needed. Jessica was communicative, helpful and accommodating. It was my first AirBnB experience and it was great!

Samantha’s airbnb was great. Loved the house and the antiques were a plus. Enjoyed the historic book collection and the leather chairs to sit in the family room. Watching Netflix on the TV was easy and watching local news on WiFi TV was easy as well. I will come back many times as my daughter will start Cal State Chico in August 2025.

This is our new Airbnb of choice for visiting family in Chico. The location is great: private and quiet residential neighborhood next to Bidwell, easy access to all parts of town, local grocery stores, etc. The house itself is fantastic for families- 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house is SO CLEAN, instructions everywhere for items. Great furnishings: comfortable couches and beds, nice towels, amenities, fully stocked kitchen ware. Clean and empty garage for us to park in. The house doesn’t really feel like an Airbnb because it’s so nicely furnished, it’s like staying at a friend’s house! We visited in the winter so did not use the backyard but the pool and sitting area outside are so inviting! Great technology throughout the house- AC, WiFi, TVs, etc. Everything was top notch. Dave’s place was outstanding. Located on the Silverado Resort estate - you have access to the many amenities. The views were outstanding. Very quiet and peaceful. The home itself is nicely decorated with many modern features. Only 15 minutes to Yountville and 10 minutes to downtown Napa. We’ll definitely staying here again in the future.

We had the most amazing stay with our family. We have never arrived to such a welcome in any other home, from the second we opened the door it was a restful haven, especially after 24 hours of travel. We even chose to lengthen our stay. Attention to detail was outstanding. Very comfortable beds, beautiful peaceful location, we hope to be back!

This location was perfect for my employees, who are working on a new home construction project in the area. They felt right at home and couldn't believe how accommodating everything & everyone was.

Debbie's Airbnb is very well stocked with amenities. Probably the best and the most thoughtful amenities we have ever encountered on Airbnb. Debbie is very responsive and communicates well. The condo has a good layout and is very conveniently located, especially if you are playing golf at Silverado Resort. We would definitely stay here again if in the Napa area.

We absolutely loved the home! Checkin was a breeze and we were thrilled with how well thought out the place was. Very comfortable for us, private feeling without being too far from activities. We also found probably the best house manual we’ve seen in our stays. Comfortable beds, huge tv in the living room and well stocked kitchen made it hard to leave in the morning but a pleasure to come back to! We enjoyed walking around the small community in the evening and wine on the patio. Communication with Kristina was awesome! She had great recommendations and she was quick to respond to my questions. This will definitely be our home base again next time we visit Napa!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy bungalow! The location within a world-class country club was unbeatable. While the kitchen is on the smaller side, it was well-equipped for our needs, allowing us to easily prepare breakfast and lunch. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing tub. We were particularly impressed by the host's quick response to our inquiry, even at an off-hour. It made the booking process seamless. The availability of numerous Level 2 EV chargers and ample parking was a major plus. We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

We stayed at the Treehouse for five nights while we were visiting the Bay Area. We are a family of four (me, my wife, our one-year-old son and my wife’s mom), and all of us love pools/hot tubs and a good sunset. Josie and Russ’s Airbnb delivered on this and more—it was the perfect stay for our family and exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home immediately and always had a response from our hosts within 5 minutes of reaching out. The house is so cool, full of big windows and magical nooks and crannies. The furniture is really nice and the place is stocked with every amenity you could think of, from comfy blankets and towels to sleep masks. The outside is well landscaped, with quality outdoor furniture and trail access to a bucolic hillside where dozens of cows roam all day. The pool and spa is one of the most unique I’ve ever seen, and a truly unforgettable, fun experience. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in town!

We had an amazing stay. Place matches the description and photos as it is. We get a good view of Mount Shasta and Lassen Volcanic National Park from the Airbnb. Very peaceful and quiet with practically no noise in the surroundings. Could get a bit difficult to navigate at night on the gravel road leading to the house as it is in a remote place. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Also gave us an hour or so extra during checkout

My family booked all 3 of Eric's properties for our Thanksgiving this year. I did not have the pleasure of staying in this house myself (I stayed next door), but all of the reports from my family were that it was great. People and dogs all had a fantastic time. Communication was prompt for any questions we had. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and multiple gathering spaces for our large group.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Sonoma!

Our accommodations were exactly what 5 girls needed. We all had our own bedrooms, while mom/daughter shared one room with a king bed. Cannot stress enough how CLEAN the house was….Thank You for that. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Enjoyed all the restaurant recommendations as well. Thank you Lawrence for making our sister’s trip memorable!
