Great place to stay with your family. We had 2 kids under 5 and it worked out wonderfully. The description of the place is accurate, including the fact that there’s an upstairs unit that may be a little noisy if people are heavy footed. It didn’t bother us much since we were out most of the day, but if you’re planning to sleep in bring a noise machine with you. Parking can be a little tough if others don’t adhere to the parking rules. Issues we had were caused by others. The unit was great and clear instructions for everything are provided. We’d definitely love to come back again.

This was our 2nd time staying at Staci’s place — it is one of our favorite rentals (and we travel a lot!)!! The location is perfect and Staci is super responsive. The home itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped with the essentials plus games. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as puzzling at the dining room table with the fire going :)

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of friends (three families). The kitchen was well-stocked, and the large dining table made for a memorable Christmas dinner together. The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to the waterpark and Attitash Mountain, and about an hour to Santa’s Village and several other ski resorts. There were also multiple grocery stores conveniently nearby. Overall, the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

My family and friends of ours traveled together for a quick getaway. The place was in a great location. The setup ideal for our group. The home was well equipped and clean. Would definitely stay again!

We spent 4 nights in Nancy's Airbnb while skiing at Cranmore. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The living room was a very comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The reclining sofas and a wood burning fireplace were awesome! Nancy was very responsive to my questions prior to check-in and her instructions were clear and helpful. We hope to return next winter.

My family loved this house. It was very cozy and we felt like home! We love the location and the how the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utilities. Super close to Attitash, only 6 minutes away.

Great spot for a weekend in the Whites! convenient to all the hiking in Franconia Notch, as well as dining in Lincoln and Woodstock. Cozy place, kitchen was great for meal prep. would definitely stay again!

Julia and Peter were extremely responsive and helpful to our needs and very accommodating to some unique circumstances we had. Highly recommend their property!

This was, I believe, our third time staying at Emily’s place. Per usual, it did not disappoint. The mountain views from the condo were as breathtaking as ever. The condo was clean and well stocked. We love the area and all the family friendly mountain activities. Emily and her husband were very responsive. At one point the water was accidentally or automatically turned off a bit before check out (per usual protocol heading into a NH winter), and after I messaged Emily, it was back on within 30 minutes. I highly recommend her place and hope we are welcomed back.

We had a perfect family reunion. The place fit everyone, infact we had extra room. There was enough supplies for dinners, showers and enough room for all of us to hang out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the White Mountain Retreat! It was an awesome location on the mountain and nothing is better than skiing right to the door at the end of the day! The condo was super clean and had some nice extras such as sleds, shampoo and coffee…little gestures that made the stay that much easier! The communication was top notch from day 1 and the electronic guide was very informative. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely book here again!

A great stay! Was very close to Cranmore Mountain resort, which is what we were in town for. The place was very clean and bigger than we expected. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay! This is a comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and well equipped condo for up to 4 adults and 4 children (our group was 3 adults and 3 children). We were not familiar with the Seasons complex and did not use the clubhouse amenities, but for a longer stay we definitely would have checked it out. We selected based on proximity to several ski areas. We enjoyed Bretton Woods (30 min) on Sat and Black Mt. (15 min) on Sunday. Good location for Attitash and Wildcat too. Worth mentioning (and likely clear in hindsight with photos) is the loft area is open and above the living room so difficult to have conversation after kids go to bed. However not an issue for us! Also, this is an older property so sound insulation is not great (no reflection on the owners and beyond their control) but we could hear the big group next door. Quiet hours are published and enforced however! It's a lovely place and was perfect for our Feb ski weekend!

After my third stay at Justin's condo, I can say that he is a top notch host. He is super friendly and communicative, lets you know when the unit is ready for early check in. The place is clean and comfortable. I will absolutely be looking to stay with Justin again when next summer's concert season comes around.

The place is across from Loon. And the view from the place is spectacular. The location was great. Jessica was quick to respond and gave clear instructions about the place. The kids loved the bunk beds! And we had a great couple days in the White Mountains. Pool, Hot Tub, and game room were nice amenities to take the kids after a day on the mountain. We had an amazing time.

Kate's accommodation was ideal for both of our families. With four children and four adults, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The abundance of toys and games for the kids and the popular bunk beds made it a hit! Kate provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The secluded location is perfect, yet conveniently close to all essential amenities. The thoughtful welcome book was a delightful addition, offering great recommendations for dining, nearby attractions, and the host's favorites. We would definitely choose to stay with Kate again. What a great spot! The host thought of everything; right down to snacks on the bar. I cannot tell you how impressed we were! I would highly recommend them to family and friends. We are looking forward to retuning.

We were looking for a week long stay near XC Skiing in NH. Tuan's condo was perfect. It was very spacious and felt brand new. It was convenient to North Conway and Jackson and therefore close to many skiing and dining options, yet it is located in a beautiful, private woodland location. Over the course of the week we had 3- 8 adults staying at the condo and it was great because of the open concept layout and 4 sleeping areas. Furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms were all comfortable and clean and worked well for that size group. The extra space in the lower level was very private and helpful for my two young grandchildren to have their own space, but one small note is that as is typical of most sofabeds, the mattress might not be well suited for an adult that is particular about their bed. During the week, we had several family members working remotely and the WiFi worked well for us. We would definitely return to Tuan's place in the future.
