Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

We had a fab time, great coastal location, lots to do and wonderful weather……struggled with the WiFi / internet back at the pad tho. Good job we were mostly out and about exploring a lot of the time. Only issue it caused was communication with Zoe, but she responded quickly when messages got through (thank you Zoe)

Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

Helen was great! Very clear instructions and very easy to communicate with. The bungalow was as described and the location was beautiful. The pool was a real bonus for when the weather was a bit damp. Would recommend.

Beautiful little bungalow with all the amenities you could need. Bed was so comfy too! Good spot for exploring Exmouth and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend!

This is truly a wonderful place to stay. The view really is amazing and it is quiet and peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable and all the bedding and towels smelled flowery fresh. The bath is cavernous, if you leave just the hot tap on for a good while, it heats to a perfect temperature and could hold a small village 🤣. The bungalow has everything you could need, from vinegar for your (absolutely delicious) local fish and chips, to a good pair of binoculars to search the view. The owner was very friendly and supportive. Thoroughly recommended!

We were blown away by the location, such beautiful sea views. We loved the bungalow which had comfortable seating, a luxurious king sized bed, smart tv and a fully equipped kitchen. A wood burner ensured cosy nights by the fire. A great little spot to get away from it all; a lovely bolt hole above the sea. Highly recommended.

Fabulous house Fabulous host beds very comfy house very homely, very clean and warm,great location for sightseeing went to St Michael's Mount, Eden project, Finicular railway all not to far a drive from Kam's Moran's restaurant exceptional, had a lovely takeaway from Hong Kong Dinner. The hot tub was amazing, any problems very quick response from Kam, would definitely return lots more to see.

Absolutely brilliant stay with two friends, we all needed a break and to unwind. We were not disappointed. Clean, cosy, comfortable and quiet - all of which was wonderful, but with the hot tub and stunning views, we left feeling like we'd had a week off, not just a weekend. David is a generous host, very responsive and kind, it felt like he knew us already! Thank you so much.

It’s great that’s it’s so close to Sidmouth and so easy to walk into the town along a riverside walk. There are so many places to visit in the area. Thanks to Deborah for keeping in touch to make sure our stay was such a good one. We would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nigel’s bungalow. It had all the amenities, was in a great location and had parking available. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the dog treats, spare dog bowl and dog towel. Enjoyed the wine too!

Fantastic location to explore Bude. 8 mins walk down top the beach and 10 mins into town. We are locals so know the area very well and you couldn't ask for a better location. Nice quiet road but easy access to everything you need. Couple decent pubs by the beach and perfect spot to start walks over the cliffs and coast. Property itself has plenty of space and everything finished to a high standard. The front and rear gardens were perfect for the kids to run around and ensure you get the sun at all times of the day. Highly recommended

House in private area with good parking. Good location for visiting lots of places in north Cornwall. Decor a little dated for my preference, but all very clean and with large, spacious rooms. Friendly hosts.

This cottage was beautiful inside and out and had all essentials provided along with a few added extras including milk, bread, butter and biscuits! A lovely hamper was also provided for Blue the dog. Matthew was a great host with all information communicated prior to arrival and being on site and contactable throughout the stay if needed. I stayed in this cottage for my birthday weekend and Matthew had also allowed my sister to enter the cottage prior to my stay to add some birthday decorations and there was also a lovely card and drink from Matthew and his family which was a lovely touch. The cottage is definitely worth what you pay for it and me and Blue can’t wait to return on our next visit to Devon.
