Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

Fairfield House was the perfect house for a Christmas get together for our two families. There was plenty of space for 11 adults. The large dining room table and spacious lounge worked well for dinners and game playing & the generous welcome pack was much appreciated as was the hot tub. A short walk to the shops and pubs in Williton and a 5 minute drive to Watchet. Thanks David & Shruti for a great few days away.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Fox’s Den while visiting family in the area. Mo was really responsive and friendly and was there to greet us on arrival. The location is so beautiful and peaceful and the garden was great for our three year old to run around in. The accommodation was exactly like the photos and we felt right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay as a group of 6 adults. Staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The house we stayed in was exceptionally clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we would need. Would recommend to others.

Another great stay here! This time, for a longer period of time, additional cleaning and replenishment was offered throughout. A very proactive and helpful host who obviously takes pride in their property and guests. Would highly recommend to others and consider using again in the future.

The accommodation is great and just what I needed. The Coach House is well kitted out and there was a lot of useful information about things to do. Bed was really comfortable, and so was the sofa. Kitchen had everything I needed. It’s in a great location - lovely cafes and handy shops/supermarkets in Llandaf North which is a ten-minute stroll, if that. The train station is also there, that is two stops to the city centre. You can walk into the city centre, which is about an hour but that’s mainly along the Taff Trail and through parks so a lovely walk. But also at the end of the street is a great park where you can take dogs. And the street was very quiet. Communication was great and the instructions for getting in were really clear.

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the house. My only feedback would be to leave instructions for using the hob! Otherwise, a perfect stay in a great airbnb. Thanks for having us

Second time staying here on a short break. Laura is a great host, very responsive and always friendly. Apartment is perfectly clean, warm and in a great quiet location with an easy short walk to the beach. 5 minute drive into Falmouth for shops, restaurants. Thanks Laura for the welcome goodies, always appreciated after a long drive.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was cosy and homey. We used Ilfracombe as base to explore other local areas, however the location of the apartment was fab for walking into the town to explore. Leila was a very responsive host and did everything to make our stay comfortable :)

We had promised ourselves to return to this lovely part of the world, and to rebook this apartment if available. It’s a fantastic place and location. We appreciated all communication and would also like to say thank you for the cider & biscuits left for us to enjoy!

Anna was a wonderful, considerate host, ensuring the flat was warm and cost ahead of our arrival. Xmas decorations sparkled and the decor gave a real hygge vibe. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I won’t stay anywhere else in Falmouth again. Superb. Six stars!

This was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The furnishings and decor were amazing, and there is a lovely private garden to sit in. Great location on Vivary Park, next to the town and restaurants. Mark was such a friendly and helpful host and I would recommend highly to others to stay.

Mia’s place was gorgeous, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was lovely to have all the necessities there, including milk and toiletries to use. It’s in a great location and Mia was always so friendly and responsive. I would 100% recommend! The only bit to keep in mind is that this is not exactly an apartment, but a self sufficient section of a family home with certain doors locked to make it private. The parking is also an extremely small lay by in front of the back garage, accessible by a very steep, narrow single lane ally way. Mia was helpful in helping us find this, but just be aware that if your car is larger than a fiat 500 and you are not a confident driver, you may struggle.

Cute, cosy and a lovely flat! Everything as described . It was spotless clean, the kitchen had everything one would need. Our favourite feature was the wood burner, it made the atmosphere so romantic, we didn’t want to leave the place! Heated up the whole flat so much too! Sam was very responsive to our queries, provided a lot of information throughout stay. It’s an easy walk down to the town centre, takes about 10 mins - we’re fast walkers. Coming back is up hill, it was fine for us as it was a short walk by beautiful houses. Overall a great stay. Thank you Sam!

Overall a very good experience

A lovely lodge in a great location. Perfect for our needs. Nice walk to Looe directly from the beach, and having the beach shack open in the evenings was a bonus. Great area for sea swimming (with a seal for company!) and easy to get to other parts of Cornwall. Louise was very helpful and responsive. We’d visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Coombe Villa. Simon and Charlie were so helpful and responsive. They really went over and above to help us and provide anything that we needed. The house is great and so well equipped with everything that you could need. We travelled with two very young children and it was ideal - everything very easy and cots, blackout blinds and more were provided. The house is spotless and so well designed. It’s within easy walking distance of lots of amenities and the guidebook provided by the hosts was so helpful. We would highly recommend this thank you for such a great stay!

Us 9 from 7 to 70 had a really great holiday. Despite sometimes dodgy weather, we loved using the numerous house facilities. The sheltered from breeze,wellness area exceeded expectations, especially hot tub & sauna & was well maintained.Also much family football ! & basketball. The outdoor gym a good perk. Pizza oven good fun too. Indoors budding pianists explored their talents ! The conservatory was beautiful to relax & eat family meals in if we couldn't eat outside. Locally the walk to Porth beach for us was fine & walk to the island beautiful. We made use of the body boards & kids wetsuits at the house and all tried out paddle boarding at the Gannell ( again free because the house offered inflatable board ). So busy we only watched 1 film in the cinema / playroom, but it's a great asset to have, as was the annexe, a real little home. the lettuces growing if we wanted & just the huge space in & out. Unlike many places, upstairs was spacious & all fully carpeted, so very quiet.

We had the most amazing time away as a family for Christmas. The place was perfect for our youngest member of the family under 1 years old, all the way to our grandparents. Everyone felt at home, with space to relax on their own and together. The walks around the estate were perfect for the mornings and the location was perfect for a short drive to the local towns and beaches. Thank you Emilie and all involved! One of our favourite Christmas' together.

Our second stay at Jan's and we loved it. Four our group of 7 friends it is perfect: plenty of spaces to be together and enough room for people to have their own space if needed. Gardens and surroundings are beautiful, it's so peaceful. Hot tub and pool table are a bonus. We will be back!
