The annex is clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped. Nice area, really peaceful. Sliding patio doors overlook the garden, with lots of trees and bird song. Very little other sound which is amazing for somewhere so close to Dorchester. Clear instructions for everything, lots of parking and the hosts are friendly and helpful.

We had a really lovely stay at Marsha’s place ☺️. Marsha and Dave were both really helpful and friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations - our cockapoo loved the woodland walk into town! The studio itself had everything you need and provided a great little base for a weekend break. It’s perfectly situated for so many lovely walks or a trip into Bath for shopping/more exploring. Thank you so much for everything - we would definitely recommend!

The kids and I had the best time! Having the sea and beach on our doorstep was incredible. Fossil hunting, fishing, walks, amusements, great food and a very cute little cabin to call our home for 3 days. Waking up and seeing the sea every morning was the icing on the cake. Thank you Neil & Sarah for letting us enjoy some of the magic. We very much hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic time staying at James and Emma’s. Whilst the location is tucked away off the normal path, their clear instructions made it easy to find. Their restaurant recommendations were also great and meant we found some real gems that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. We would love to stay again if we were ever back in the area.

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

Really grateful for a fabulous stay at David’s barn. It was as described. Loads more space upstairs in the bedrooms but kitchen ans living area while compact was just what need for short breaks. Even stocked up with some basics for the stay which was a lovely thoughtful thing to do. Thanks for a great stay.

This was our second stay at Stanley Cottage. We arrived on a cold March afternoon and the cottage was so warm and welcoming. The cottage is like brand new inside, exceptionally clean with a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water. Kilmington is a very pretty multi award winning village with a very nice pub offering a wide choice of food and beverages! Kilmington is a short drive to the coast and has a fabulous Wildlife Park with plenty of exotic animals 5 minutes up the road. Overall a fabulous place to stay and we’ll definitely be going back.

We loved the place, didn’t want to leave. The bed was divine. It felt so cosy and the design/little details made us feel so at home. Would definitely recommend ☺️

Was perfect for a Valentines getaway! We are so grateful to Sam and Adrian for extending their hospitality, they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had plenty of information about the surrounding area! We have to give our thanks also to William who provided lots of snacks and drinks through his tuck shop :) The barn itself was cosy yet spacious, the bed was super comfortable and water pressure in the shower was decent. The kitchen was fully-equipped for us to make a beef wellington on Valentines night!! Even the temperatures were near freezing - that didn’t stop us from taking full advantage of the fire place out on the patio! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to come and stay again! Thank you again Sam, Adrian and William!

We had a two night stay in the cabin and absolutely loved it. The cabin is cozy, clean, well kitted out and the hot tub in the garden was well looked after in a beautiful setting for relaxation. There’s plenty to do in the local area and some beautiful local walks and pubs. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to come again.

We had a lovely few days exploring an area of Somerset we hadn't visited before. The Potting Shed was perfectly located for the things we like to do without having to drive very far at all; walks from the accommodation, a couple of NTproperties within a few miles and several pubs along the way. The Potting Shed was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The tennis court was amazing and floodlit too so no excuses for bad light stopping play! Tamzin was lovely and on hand if we needed any help. We would recommend.

Great little space, really nicely converted. It was easy to find, convenient and lovely inside.

Small but beautiful house with nice scenery and easy access to most of the tourist attractions.

The Den is a wonderful place to stay, with a wonderful garden and stream, and generous hospitality from Sue and her husband. With good wifi and immaculate decor, it's a perfect place to stay if you're on your way to the Army Flying Museum.

Perfect stay! Lovely accommodation, amazing location and the bus stop is so convenient for an easy trip into Bath. Would definitely come back.

Just returned home from a couple of nights at Claire’s place . We had a great stay , lovely location for us as visiting family in the area . Fantastic pub a stones throw from it , recommend booking as it was busy . The place was beautifully clean lovely comfy bed and everything and more we could have wanted for a couple of nights . It is next door to Claire’s house but we felt very private but nice knowing they were close if we needed anything . Great communication from Claire , earlier check in and a later check out . Thanks Claire for a lovely stay 🥰

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Beautiful Lazy Lodge. Superb location 15 min walk to Avon beach & local amenities close by. Great to have the hot tub to make the most of those relaxing evenings, plus lovely not needing to go anywhere as it was such a relaxing vibe & having the kitchen there too was fab option for dining in. They were fantastic hosts & we had a really relaxing stay here throughly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Gerties House in Glastonbury! We were so happy with house clean and spacious it was! The amenities were great too! Kim was a great host who knocked to check everything was good and directed us on where the local sites were. It is a literal stones throw from Glastonbury Tor which was a beautiful site with spiritual significance 🫶🏻 there were lots of friendly locals up at the Tor too! It was roughly 20 minutes to the High Street which was full of quaint little shops that were full of goodies such as books, tarot cards, crystals, instruments etc. The abbey is also in the town which is a great visit! We will definitely be back to Glastonbury and to Gerties House! Thank you Kim and Edd 🙏🏼

Sarah keeps a very nice little place. everything was straight forward and I'd happily return. Great area for dogs with the enclosed public woodland opposite

We have stayed at many locations all over the world, and this was one of the standouts. A lovely presented annexe with all that you could ever need need, with quality furnishings, a very comfy bed, ample space inside and parking right outside the annexe, waking up to the magnificant views from upstairs looking out over the fields was a real treat. Karen & Roger are just fantastic hosts, the welcome goodies where very well received especially the home made apple juice, and we very much enjoyed the apple orchard and Cider Shed tour. Roger is the most genuine host, who is willing to share his knowledge and passion on all things cider, it made for a most memorable stay in Wiltshire, we cannot reccomend Bromham Cider Farm enough. a most fantastic stay.

Ride on Time is a wonderful pace to stay, it is convenient for restaurants, shops and local attractions. you will find everything you need for a very comfortable stay, and should you have any problems Izzie is a great host close by and always willing to help.. It is so peaceful you would never guess you were minutes from the center of town.
