I told Craig that I have heavy bags and he kindly offered to help me since there’s a few steps up to the apartment. He even came by and helped me with my heavy bags again and took me to the train station. The place fits two perfectly and it was very cozy and warm. Craig always answered my questions and replied to my emails. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and I like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Almost everything is close by; restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Thank you so much Craig.

This was a repeat visit for us, as it has everything we needed and is close to HPP. There was quite a bit of noise from upstairs on the Sunday evening when we arrived, but we didn't notice it after that. Overall very happy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless and all the fittings were very new and good quality. The main living area was very spacious with a nice view out of the French doors. The location seemed like it was in a very nice part of Sheffield, it was a very quiet area and we heard no noise form outside. We can highly recommend it. Mark and Ann Marie

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely perfect location for access to Buxton and couldn't be much closer to Pavilion Gardens for a lovely morning walk. Lovely property with plenty of space and character, would definitely stop here again if I was visiting Buxton.

This is a really lovely apartment for two with high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. And glorious panoramic views of Nottingham, with the city centre only a few minutes walk away. A sheltered balcony with seating and AstroTurf drew us outside to enjoy the April sun. Our bed was very comfortable and the pristine bathroom was supplied with good quality toiletries. Great shower! Just beware the tiny steps on every threshold as you walk through the building, I nearly tripped up! The lift up to the 5th floor was fast and very clean inside. This attractive brick building has clearly been renovated quite recently to a very high standard. Two hundred metres away is an NCP multistorey car park. Get the NCP app on your phone to scan the QR code on entry to receive a discounted rate. Beware...there's no lift, so park on a lower floor. Across the road is a great tapas restaurant, best we've been in outside of Spain! We'll certainly book this apartment again when we go to Nottingham.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in a peaceful location with a stunning view across the valley. Comfortable beds and great showers. It is the ground floor of a house with the owners living above, but it has separate access from the side and there was no noise from above at all. The spacious locked shed was an added bonus for storing my husbands bike. Just 5-10 mins walk down the hill to the shops, train station, open air swimming pool, cafes and restaurants in Hathersage. And only 25 minutes drive into Sheffield. The George was a lovely spot for a very tasty evening meal. Stunning walks from the door, including up to Stanage Edge. A great spot to stay for a walking holiday in the Peak District- we highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time staying in this home, the views were amazing and we’d 100% come again. A good feature was a folder containing everything we needed to know and some recommendations on places to go and eat.

We had a lovely stay and it was ideal location for what we wanted. It was spotlessly clean and easy access. It was great that we were able to gain access from two o’clock.

Bom vamos lá, não tem palavras para descrever essa estadia que tive com eles, além da casa ser muito limpa e organizada! Era muito linda e aconchegante! Uma das coisas que gostei muito foi que cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi a eles pra deixar a mala na casa, e eles foram super atenciosos e me permitiram deixar as coisas lá até da o horário da entrada! Me senti muito bem e acolhida nessa casa! Sem contar que é do lado do centro e tem um enorme shopping a poucos passos da casa! Recomendo demais ❤️

Great place, great location

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

This place was convenient and perfect for our needs. Leah was very friendly and helpful. Even left us sweets and chocolates!

Great garden apartment, I have been several times as the location is great for me and it’s really comfortable and well equipped. Martin and Michelle are responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend

What a fabulous gem nestled in the stunning Derbyshire countryside! Wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home, perfectly equipped accommodation and perfect for a stay with the dogs! The enclosed dog paddock was wonderful with enough room for them to run and play safely. The yoga studio was a beautiful place to practice and a real bonus to the stay. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Angus’ place for a little getaway, and it was one of the best breaks we’ve had in a while. The apartment shone for its attention to detail and beautiful interiors, it was well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Loved our stay in Sheffield. Location was perfect - unbelievably quiet as it was so close to restaurants and shops. Easy walk into the centre ( about 1 -1.5 miles) . The apartment was perfect, exactly as described. It had everything we needed , was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were very, very comfy and rooms were spacious. Jermaine was very helpful and responded quickly when we messaged. Would love to return and highly recommend a stay here.

My stay at Nick’s AirBnB was exceptional. The physical setting was exquisitely designed and organized, just like in the pictures, and the little balcony added even more. I found the building and setting to be quiet, as other reviewers have remarked. Everything was spotless. I could fully relax and take care of laundry, get some downtime, and regroup in the middle of a hectic trip. But what really set Nick’s place apart was the kindness and compassion shown to me by his wife, Pat, who took on hosting duties, when I experienced an emergency on my arrival day. Not only did Pat stand by me through the emergency itself, but the next day she asked if there was anything *else* she could do to make things easier for me!?! I was astonished. I never would have expected anything like what she did for me. But it made a real difference. Thank you for showing me what that depth of kindness looks like. You are rare treasure. And, I will always remember your beautifully designed little flat!

Great place - loved the apartment and the outdoor space. Brilliant location and friendly communication. It was very noisy on the Friday night but I suppose that's what you get for being right in the centre. Saturday was quieter. We had a lovely stay and would recommend. Thank you!
