Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this home! It was beautifully decorated and so clean...we loved the vintage decor and artwork! It was in a good location with plenty of parking. The amenities were great, and the TVs in the bedroom were such a plus. We will definitely book again when we come to town!

We were traveling from Maine to North Carolina and Nina's home was the perfect stop. It was everything we needed and she is obviously a dog lover which we appreciated. Very clean and some nice amenities.

A group of friends were attending a wedding nearby. This place was close and affordable. It's all very nicely decorated. It was very clean and all listed amenities were there. Upon arrival we did have difficulty with the lock, but Amy was very responsive and helped us within a few minutes. A few people in the group were awakened by trains, but most of us slept through them.

Joseph was very clear and proactive in his communication and we enjoyed the spacious and clean apartment.

Lovely little stand-alone with rare yard AND two off-street parking spots! I previously lived in Wilmington DE several years ago and while prices have risen significantly in the area, this was a great value for the price. Walkable to Trolley Square and several great restaurants around Little Italy/Union St area. We loved being able to walk to the grocery store too! Host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The space was very comfortable amd thoughtfully furnished with a large kitchen/dining area. We also appreciated the snow removal, in unit laundry, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and having a place that was dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Loved Landon’s place. The house, the view, the amenities were all beautiful. Would 100% stay again. Landon was also very responsive and flexible with our checkout timing.

One of the best shower heads I have ever had the pleasure to use. Took a ton of will power to not stay in the shower the whole stay. It appears that Ruthie and her family live in the house when guests are not staying. That did not bother me and my guest, but something to note. Really close to a Casino if that is what you are looking for. Less than a 5 min walk.

Beautiful house right on the water. The view over the river is breathtaking. I don't know if you get used to it if you live there, but it was a wonder every morning when seeing it or when coming back to the large living space.

Overall great place. A few aspects missing (one light bulb out, 2/3 TVs not apparently hooked to cable or internet, only one lamp in master), but felt very welcoming and an easy and convenient place for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with full kitchen. Location was great.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

10/10 the beds are sooooo comfortable and nice! Host is great and kind . The area is nice. Overall great stay.

My family loved staying here. We had my 3-month old and my sister brought her 8-month old so we were looking for a place that could keep everyone entertained in one location and this place did just that! We enjoyed bird watching, collecting rocks on the beach, swimming in the heated pool, and watching the sunset from the hot tub in the evenings. This was also the first time I could say that the listing looked better in person than the pictures. Thank you Joni for letting us stay here! We made some amazing memories!

Absolutely breathtaking view out the back door. So much fun fishing off the dock on the property. The pool was amazing but only got to use it one day due to weather. We went for walks daily so peaceful not much traffic our doxy loved it! Great pet friendly home. Has a fireplace that we used one night as well! There is just so much to say about this home away from home! We will definitely be renting it again! Brian was an absolute pleasure to talk to and he responded back very quickly. Thanks Brian we look forward to working with you again soon.

Pauline is always an excellent host. I’ve been there a few different times and she is always responsive, friendly, and proactive. The house was nicely decorated for Christmas this time. It’s alway super clean and stocked well.

Hi Trish, the house was immaculate like last year. We enjoyed our 2nd visit. We had to get salt for entrance which hopefully we didn't drag too much in. Tried to sweep the best when we left. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Oh my gosh, this place was amazing! It is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay. The unit was spotlessly clean. The area is quiet and out of the way, and it felt like home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and if I find my way in this area again, I will absolutely return. Great place for a weekend getaway or family retreat. Quiet and relaxing. the fenced and gated back yard was great for our dog.

We loved every second of this AirBNB, everything was amazing. Maria and her family were so accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return. Not to mention it is located 3 minutes from the grocery store and local chain stores!

Family neighborhood, private entrance and apartment. Great kitchen and comfy bed. Cute place to sit outside.
