This was a perfect getaway for a couple. The house had everything you could need and more. The private beach access was phenomenal with clear water and sea turtles. The local restaurants, Daddy Joes and the Glass Window Bar, were fantastic. The adventurous nature of the island is fantastic for anyone who likes to seek and find. Incredible peaceful. The local Bohemian people were the nicest people I’ve ever met. Mark and Susan are A+ hosts. They communicated with us often about power outages, which was no big deal at all. They provided great recommendations and made everything perfect. This truly deserves a five star review. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Mark and Susan for sharing your home with us. We had an amazing and unforgettable time.

Staying at Jodi’s home was a wonderful experience! The location of her home being on the Caribbean shoreline provided spectacular views and sunsets as well as a good location to easily get to beautiful Rainbow Bay Beach and local grocery stores. Her home was clean, well stocked with everything you could need to make you feel right at home during your stay on the Island. Jodi was easy to get in touch with before, during and after our trip with any questions or concerns we had giving a quick response each time and providing us very helpful information regarding our questions. Jodi’s Home Manual which she provides is filled with very helpful information not only regarding her home but filled with tips on grocery stores, restaurants, attractions and more throughout the Island. It was a pleasure staying at her home!

We had a lovely stay at Sonshore Cottage! The house was clean, had a beautiful esthetic, extra beach towels were in the closet for our use, a soft cooler and plenty of ice packs were available for our beach outings, and more! Sarah was also a very responsive host providing us with a lot of local recommendations and help if we had any questions. We will definitely stay at Sonshore Cottage again when we return to Eleuthera!

Fantastic accommodation on beautiful Spanish Wells. Excellent access to everything on the island. Beautiful, clean, modern space. Responsive and friendly host. All the amenities you’d want to enjoy a beach getaway.

Beautiful home overlooking a stunning beach in the center of Eleuthera. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and perfectly clean. This home spoiled us during our trip to Eleuthera and was so welcoming and comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. There is a huge center dining room table and each bedroom wing is private and comfortable with on-suite bathrooms complete with lovely walk-in showers. The walk down to the beach crosses the beautiful back yard and there is a deck and covered sitting area overlooking the wonderful sugar sand beach that stretches for miles. We can see why past visitors love this prime location. Close to town to visit for groceries, gas and the Friday fish fry. It truly has everything you need and more. The view from the back deck is breathtaking!

Three little birds is absolutely magical. The house has so much charm, is decorated with so much love and comforted all our needs. We loved waking up hearing the birds, drinking coffee in the garden and watching the sunset from the roof terrace. The location was fantastic, away from the craziness but literally 5 min walking to get somewhere. The beach access was great, the access to ramora bay beach bar and marina was beautiful and the all the helpful tips from Tim made our stay truly incredible. Ow, did i mention the comfortable beds? And perfectly silent working AC? The spacious kitchen en all the boardgames in the livingroom? 5 stars and beyond❤️

We had a great experience at Sayle Point , the location is great…45 min from North Eleuthera airport, and close to groceries and good restaurants like Front Porch, Leorosa, and Rainbow Inn. The house is updated and stocked very well and everything worked as it should. We picked Sayle Point b/c of its beach but unfortunately we could never use it b/c the Caribbean was abnormally rough during our stay so we just drover over to the Atlantic side and played there. This was our third trip to Eleuthera and you learn to be flexible and just roll with it and enjoy this beautiful island. Laurie was great to work with and we would try Sayle Point again so we can take advantage of its own beach and snorkeling area. Beautiful house and property! I highly recommend a boat excursion in Spanish Wells with Da Salty Pig and ask for Gary.

What a wonderful home away from home. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a nicer Air B n B. I am guessing this was professionally designed. The bathrooms especially are awesome and the upper deck was great for stargazing. The location is a bit hard to get to but so is everything on the island which is really the point. It’s secluded and the nature is pristine. The house position is ideal between the Atlantic coast and the Caribbean. You get the beach from the Caribbean and the fresh breeze from the Atlantic. Read: we experienced no bugs at all. The water was beautiful and the beach a walking distance. The only thing I would note is that I expected more from the island in terms of the groceries offered. We knew it wouldn’t be lavish and it could have been the season but fresh vegetables and fruit were hard to find and not of good quality.

Our family could not have had a better time. Jody’s place did not disappoint and exceeded expectations. Taking my family of 6 to Spanish Wells kids aged 14,13,9,4 (turned 5 on the trip) was quite the adventure with a long journey to arrive. Because of this I had no shortage of questions for Jody. His responses were perfect, thoughtful, made sense, and most of all extremely quick. The house is beautiful, about a 1 minute walk to a beach you feel like is all yours, or 30 seconds if your one of my kids. But the walk was pleasant, peaceful, and was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Lit up wonderfully at night as well. So happy we picked Spanish Wells and could not recommend Turtle Cottage or any of Jody’s cottages on this stretch of heaven. I honestly could go on and on, they were helpful and flexible with travel woes, gave advice that was on point and just good people. Go here and don’t miss opportunity to be here during Christmas.

The house is beautiful, clean and convenient. Sherri is also extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Christy was amazingly responsive leading up to our trip helping us to find a lobster hunting charter which was fantastic and even booked our transportation to and from the airport which requires a boat taxi. She even met us at the dock, brought us to our golf cart, and even personally showed us to where our boat charter would pick us up and brought us to the house. The house was perfect for the 3 of us and we really enjoyed our quiet time in the morning on the porch and the day bed and chairs by the water on the property. The house is a 5-10 min golf cart ride to everything on the island. Lastly, when we did ask for anything, they were extremely responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a peaceful and quiet stay—just what I was looking for. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and a grocery store, which made things really easy. It wasn't too hard to find, though I had a small issue with the instructions initially. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable experience!

The cottage was the perfect location. Loved view from the porch and crows nest. The toys were useful too...kayak, paddleboard and hammock. Outside grill and table were a great addition. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, seating and space for the three of us. We cooked alot, kitchen amenities somewhat scarce but doable. It is a shared outdoor space with your neighbors, but ours were wonderful. Harbourside was very helpful with water taxis, phone numbers and contacts for our adventures. We planned a day trip to Eleuthera with ease. We would absolutely choose to stay at sandcastle and sanddollar again.

Gail and Austin were both fantastic hosts. Very responsive and accommodating. The rental was next to their personal home on Russell island. Awesome private water access at the end of their road. Austin showed us around their garden and cut fresh fruit for us to try. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. Ac in every bedroom is nice. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and with the recent renovations it’s even more beautiful than ever! Bonnie is super responsive, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this rental, and will happily stay here again next time I’m in SW.
